In this paper, the optimum condition of (110) Si etching with the potassium hydroxide(KOH) etchant is presented. Although several researches on (110) Si anisotropic etching have been studied, there has been lack of effects of mask quality and etching conditions on the selectivity and the roughness o the etched surface. Three kinds of masks (film, emulsion and E-beam mask) were used in order to verify the effect of etching properties. Anisotropic bulk etching depends on the crystalline orientation and the concentration and temperature of the etchant. In order to investigate the effect of etching conditions on selectivity and the roughness of the etched surface, the concentration of the etchant was varied from 35 to 45 per cent in weight with increments by 5 per cent and the temperature was changed from 70 to 90$^{\circ}C$ with increments by 10$^{\circ}C$. The combination of the temperature of 70$^{\circ}C$ and the concentration of 40wt.% was found to be the optimum etching condition for high selectivity. Etched surfaces show minimum surfaces show minimum surface roughness at a temperature of 80$^{\circ}C$ and a concentation of 40wt.%. Comb structures with various comb widths were fabricated and the lengths of the combs wree measured with several etching time durations. A micro comb structure 525$\mu\textrm{m}$ high was fabricated for MEMS application.

비도로 차량에는 농업기계, 건설기계, 기관차 등이 있으며, 이러한 비도로 차량에서 배출되는 배출가스는 증가추세에 있는 것으로 알려지고 있다. 이러한 비도로 차량 중 트랙터와 콤바인은 환경부 대기환경보존법에 따라 배출가스를 규제하고 있으며, 자동차와 달리 실차상태가 아닌 엔진상태에서 배출가스 허용기준을 관리하고 있다. 이러한 배출가스 등 환경규제는 새로운 무역규제 방안의 하나로 볼 수 있으며, 농업기계 배출가스 저감을 위한 연료소모량 절감 및 친환경 고효율화가 중요한 문제가 되고 있다. 반면, 농업용 트랙터는 여러 가지 농작업의 동력원으로 설계되었고, 수십 단의 기어단수를 채택하고 있으며, 농업인의 경험에 의존하는 기어 사용으로 연료 이용효율 및 온실가스 감축에서 불리하고 관심이 낮은 편이다. 최근, 농업용 트랙터는 점차 대형화되고 있으며, 전자제어장치(ECU, electronic control unit) 기반 자동변속기술 적용방식으로 개발 및 보급되고 있다. 이로 인해 전자제어장치 기반 자동변속 농업용 트랙터를 대상으로 온실가스 감축을 위한 연료 소모량 절감 및 친환경 고효율화가 필요한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구는 자동변속 대형 트랙터를 대상으로 PEMS 장비를 적용하여 실차 및 전개성능 상태에서 엔진회전속도에 따른 연료소모량을 분석하고 향후 친환경 고효율 트랙터 개발을 위한 기초자료로 활용하고자 수행되었다. 본 연구에서는 엔진출력이 100 kW급인 자동변속 농업용 트랙터를 대상으로 하였다. 이동식 배출가스 측정장치(PEMS, portable emission measurement system)를 적용하여 실차 및 전개성능 상태에서 엔진회전 속도에 따른 연료소모량을 분석하였다. 엔진회전속도에 따른 연료소모량 분석 결과 엔진회전속도 2000 rpm에서 연료소모량이 23.2 kg/h로 가장 높게 나타났다. 엔진회전속도 1500 rpm에서는 16.7 kg/h로 가장 낮게 나타났고, 이후, 엔진회전속도가 2000 rpm으로 빨라짐에 따라 연료소모량이 증가하는 것으로 분석되었다. 반면, 엔진회전속도가 가장 빠른 2200rpm에서는 22.4 kg/h로 분석되었다.
A Case of Weill-Marchesani Syndrome with Inversion of Chromosome 15

Purpose: To present a case of Weill-Marchesani syndrome with corneal endothelial dysfunction due to anterior dislocation of a spherophakic lens and corneolenticular contact. Methods: A 17-year-old woman presented with high myopia and progressive visual disturbance. She was of short stature and had brachydactyly. Her initial Snellen best corrected visual acuity (BCVA) was 20/50 (-sph 20.50 -cyl 3.00 Ax 180) in her right eye and 20/40 (-sph 16.00 -cyl 6.00 Ax 30) in her left eye. Slit lamp examination revealed a dislocated spherophakic lens touching corenal endothelium. A microspherophakic lens, hypoplastic ciliary body, and elongated zonules were confirmed on rotating Scheimpflug camera (PentacamⓇ) and on ultrasound biomicroscopy. Specular microscopy showed corneal endothealial dysfunction. Systemic evaluation was performed, and chromosomal study showed 46, XX, inv(15) (q13qter). The patient was diagnosed with Weill-Marchesani syndrome. Results: Due to impending corneal decompensation, phacoemulsification and suture fixation of the intraocular lens were performed. The operation and postoperative course were uneventful. Three months postoperatively, the visual acuity was 20/30 (OD) and 20/40 (OS) without correction, and BCVA was 20/20 (+sph 0.50 -cyl 2.00 Ax 160 : OD) and 20/25 (+sph 1.50 -cyl 3.00 Ax 30 : OS). During the follow-up period, increased corneal endothelial counts, hexagonality, and decreased corneal thickness were achieved. Conclusions: In Weill-Marchesani syndrome with a chromosomal anomaly, a dislocated spherophakic lens may cause severe corneal endothelial dysfunction due to corneolenticular contact, and prompt lensectomy is important to prevent such complications.
