      • 間歇的 運動에 의한 脫水 및 水分攝取의 生理的 效果

        This study aims at revealing the physiological responses of dehydration (DH) and rehydration (RH) in intermittent exercises at the work intensity of 70% HR max. First, with general student public, three times of exercise (each for 20 minutes) at the given work intensity were taken, with a break for 25 minutes respectively. Their heart rate, rectal temperature and plasma electrolyte concentration both DH and RH were measured. Second, in two groups of athletes and non-athletes, 9 rounds of exercise (for 100 minutes) and 8 breaks (for 60 minutes) were taken, with RH forced 10 times to compensate for the subjects' water loss. Their change in sweat loss and plasma electrolyte concentration as well as the IVDP(Intensive Voluntary dehydration Phenomenon) were experimented. The summary of this research follows. 1) Mean heart rate and rectal temperature in intermittent exercises were higher at DH than at RH, growing up at the increasing level of DH. 2) RH saw no change in the plasma concentration of Na+, K+ and Cl-, while DH observed a significant increase. 3) HCO₃made a significant decrease at DH before growing up. 4) Mg++ had no change, while Ca++ increased significantly at RH and DH. 5) Lactate showed an increase with significance at RH and DH, especially greater at DH. 6) Osmotic pressure increased meaningfully at DH. 7) Anion gap increased significantly at DH and RH. 8) On the other hand, when the forced RH was held, the group of athletes had greater sweat loss per body surface area than that of non-athletes. 9) The athletes' plasma concentration of Na+ and Cl- revealed a clear decrease. 10) There was seen no significant change in the plasma concentration of K+, Mg++ and Ca++ in both groups. 11) The IVDP occurred at the RH of 2.3ℓfor athletes and more than 2.5ℓfor no-athletes.

        고관절 반 치환술의 대퇴 골절 예방을 위한 강선 고정의 효과

        목적: 무시멘트형 양극성 반 인공 관절 치환술에 있어서 수술 도중 발생하는 대퇴 골절 예방을 위한 예방적 강선 고정술의 효과를 분석하고자 한다. 대상 및 방법: 2004년 1월부터 2008년 8월까지 무시멘트형 양극 인공 관절 치환술을 받은 65세 이상의 환자 48명(1군)을 대상으로 하여 강선을 사용하지 않은 48명의 환자(2군)와 비교하였다. 평균 나이는 75.4세(1), 73.6세(2)이었고 평균 추시 기간은 19.1개월(1), 18.3개월(2)이었다. 수술 도중 골절 발생율 외에 수술 시간, 수술 도중 예상 출혈량, 입원 기간, 방사선학적 안정성을 측정하였고 임상적 평가를 위한 대퇴 통증과 Jensen의 기능 점수와 Parker와 Palmer의 활동 점수를 비교하였다. 결과: 1군에서는 수술 도중 골절이 발생하지 않았으며 2군에서 4예(8.3%)가 발생하였다(p=0.041). 수술 시간은 각각 172분(1), 162분(2) 예상 출혈량은 866 cc(1), 855 cc(2), 입원기간 36일(1), 35일(2)이었다. 방사선학적으로 침강은 1.59 mm(1), 1.67 mm(2)이었으며 임상적으로 대퇴 통증이 1예(1), 2예(2) 관찰되었다. 임상적으로 Jensen의 기능 점수는 평균 2점(1) 2.2점(2), Parke와 Palmer의 활동 점수는 평균 5.2점(1), 5.3점 (2)이었다. 결론: 무시멘트형 인공 관절 치환술에 있어서 예방적 강선 고정술은 골절률을 의의있게 감소시켰다. Purpose: The purpose of this study was to assess the effect of a prophylactic cable fixation for prevention of femoral fractures in cementless bipolar hemiarthoplasties. Materials and Methods: Forty-eight cementless bipolar hemiarthroplasties with prophylactic cable fixations on the femur were performed in patients>65 years of age between January 2004 and August 2008 (group 1). The control group which did not undergo prophylactic cable fixation included 48 cases (group 2). The mean age was 75.4 years (group 1) and 73.6 years (group 2). The patients were followed up for an average of 19.1 (group 1) and 18.3 months (group 2). The intra-operative fracture rates were compared. Additionally, operative time, estimated blood loss (EBL), and length of hospital stay were compared. Radiologic assessment for stem stability was performed. Clinical assessment was evaluated by the thigh pain and Jensen`s functional score, and Parker & Palmer`s mobility score. Results: There was no fractures in the cabled group (1), and 4 fractures (8.3%) in the control group (2; p=0.041). The mean operative time was 172 minutes (1) and 162 minutes (2), the EBL was 866 cc (1) and 855 cc (2), and the duration of admission was 36 (1) and 35 days (2), respectively. Radiologically, subsidence was 1.59 mm (1) and 1.67 mm (2). Clinically, one (1) and two (2) thigh pains were recorded and the functional score of Jensen was 2 (1) and 2.2 points (2), and the mobility score of Parker and Palmer was 5.2 (1) and 5.3 points (2), respectively. Conclusion: Prophylactic cable fixation is effective for reducing intra-operative femoral fractures.

        This paper considers the definition, cause, beginning, structure, and object of Won. In chapter 2, it observes the lexical meaning, particular or general, of terms with similar concepts, and defines the meaning of Won in Hae-Won-Sang-Saeng. In chapter 3, it finds out the cause of Won in the world not of mortals but of deities, and takes the religious analysis that considers its beginning as that of Tanju. Finally, it studies the structure of Won, with the both-sided, compound, mixed, and consecutive aspects, and inquires into the objects of Won, acting on closely connected with the three worlds of heaven, earth, and mortals.

        It is true that the development of industrialization and urbanization in modern society is of great profit in men's lives. On the other hand, however, it resulted in the devastation of environment and nuisance which threaten men's daily lives. Therefore, men came to recognize the seriousness of nuisance problem, and it is one of the most impending problems men are facing nowadays. In fact, almost all the attention of the whole world is focused on this problem. When men reflect on the fact that the nuisance problem is threatening men's health and daily lives, its seriousness becomes even the greater. Also in Korea, the rapid economic development since the 1960's came to encourage national recognition of the nuisance problem since the 1970's set in. Consequently, the necessity of studies on the solution of nuisance problem has become greater and greater. Men may depend on the development of scientific techniques in order to prevent nuisance. But men should remember that the treatment of nuisance is legally important problem, and should begin to study on "Nuisance Law" as soon as possible. We can say that nuisance law includes the problem of interpretation of present law and its treatment and future theory of legislation. For that reason, although Korean government established and proclaimed "Environment Preservation Law" in 1977, it was just a starting point in the nuisance law. Still lots of problems are left undone, and we will have to solve the problems one after another. As nuisance problem is one of the most important problems for men to solve, this paper aims to investigate modern phenomena of nuisance or industrialization and nuisance problems and to establish countermeasures by examining the tendencies of legislation for nuisance prevention in foreign countries.

The location of the large Daewoo and Samsung shipyards here has led to the creation of active distribution, service and financing business.

        This paper studies the definition of Won in Hae-Won-Sang-Saeng, and the precondition and method of Hae-Won. Accounting for Hae-Won-Sang-Saeng, it reconsiders the broad sense of Won and its structure, and makes its overall diagram. Because Hae-Won causes the mutual conflict of Wons in the universal principle of Sang-Keuk, Sang-Saeng is the real precondition of the Hae-Won in the universal dimension. And it discusses the removal of suppression and restraint for giving off Won, and tries to harmonize Hae-Won by dividing time into Son-Ch'on and Hu-Ch'on, and by distributing Son-Ch'on to negative Won and Hu-Ch'on to positive Won. And then it analyzes through what processes various catagories of negative Won relieves Won since Ch'onji-Kongsa.

        In the walleye pollock. Theragra chalcogramma. which has a heart with a strong electromotive force, the ECGs were found to be recordable by electrodes placed in the water from fish's body. The day on the experiment, fish was operated on in order to install a leading-out bipolar electrode. This electrode was used for recording of the cardiosignal of the fish on a digital storage oscilloscope. The electrode was made from a fish book which was re-shaped according to the shaped of fish heart and body surface. This hook was then connected to the lead-code insulated with paint, and the connecting part was covered with paint. The pointed end was stripped off slightly for conduction of electricity and the another pointed edge was used for hooking the electrode into the chest cavity. QRS complex of the ECG was marked. The amplitude of QRS complex was about 0.1-lmV. This method enabled us to observe the heart beat rate of the walleye pollock under least disturbed state. Ordinary heart beat rate was not quite regular. Very slight stimulation was enough to bring about cardiac inhibition. which was also accompanied by a considerable reduction in the amplitude of the QRS. After rough treatment. such as sound stimulus or electric shock. the heart beat rate showed remarkable decrease. reaching a value a few times lower than the normal level.

      • 방사화 분석법을 통한 방사선량 및 포획단면적 개념 이해

        중성자 방사화법은 여러 가지 물질의 특성을 규명하는데 매우 유용한 방법이다. 기본적으로 이러한 방법은 매우 간단하다. 임의의 시료를 저속 중성자에 조사시키면, 그 시료는 방사능을 띄게 되고 시료로부터 나오는 β^+, β^-, 그리고 γ선의 선량을 측정하거나 시료의 반감기를 측정하면, 시료를 구성하고 있는 물질의 구성성분이나 그 농도를 알아낼 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 금 박막을 방사화시킴으로서 열중성자 선량값으로 1426.68 ± 11.62n/㎠ㆍsec를 얻었다. 또한, ^55Mn의 열중성자 포획 단면적은 13.79±0.45bam 이었는데 이는 Table of Isotope에 제시된 값과 매우 잘 일치하였다. 본 연구의 실험기법은 일반적으로 널리 알려진 방법이지만, 학생들이 쉽게 접할 수 있는 실험이 아니기 때문에 '선량' 또는 '단면적' 등돠 같은 물리 개념을 가르치는데 유용하게 사용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. Neutron activation is very powerful technique for identifying characteristics of many elements. Basically the technique is quite simple. A sample is irradiated by slow neutrons and becomes radioactive. By measuring the β^+s, β^-s, γs and half-life of the resulting sample, the elemental constituents of the sample and their relative concentrations can be identified. In this studies, thermal neutron flux was 1426.68 ± 11.62 n/㎠ ·sec from Au activation analysis. Thermal neutron capture cross section for ^55Mn was 13.79 ± 0.45 barn, it is a good agreement with Table of Isotope data. Technique of this measurement is not special, but can be used usefully for physics concepts learning such as flux and cross section.

        스포츠 지도자 리더십에 관한 연구

        Looking into the existing study result on the effect of charistmatic leadership is that it realized to be an important relation between the charistmatic leadership and related to result and attitude. Looking into the studies on the changing effect of charistmatic leadership is that the effect of charistmatic leadership found to show up the devotion, self-sacrifice for the mission of group, high satisfaction and result, the trouble reduction of role, the increase of the cohesive power of group, and so on(House et al, 1993 ; Howell & Frost, 1988 ; Shamir et al, 1993). Also, according to the studying result of Harter and Bass(1988), the leadership perceived by charismatic leadership finds to be the satisfaction and a definition relation on the leader efficiency and a leader. As above the effect of charistmatic leadership showed most of an important relation. Also, through the medium of self-concept based on the motive grant mechanism of charismatic leadersp, these effects have predicted to find through this theory study. According to this study, the head coach and coordinator of sports group and the phenomenon of charismatic leadership between players are able to predict to occur based on relational basis to accept generally as the cause of an appearance of charistmatic leadership in present, and will get attained the development of measurement tools and an actual proof study.
