As the number of cars is rapidly increasing, we have to solve traffic jam. Therefore it is internationally developing IVHS(Intelligence Vehicle Highway System) to solve it. To extract the shortest path from road network, it need that digitized road network database construction, linked cost generation used road attribute and shortest path algorithm. In this paper, We extract twenty six intersections and roads between intersections from road network that extracts the central area of Chun-Chon city map with 1:25000 scale. And We make directed graph with these intersections which mapped nodes and these roads which mapped links. First, link cost be granted road length. Second, link cost be granted travel time of considering signal light at intersections. Shortest Path is extracted using link cost and appling Dijkstra algorithm.

Agents have become very popular in the last six or so years. Agent technology has a large part to play in facilitating general information retrieval on the Internet. More recently, the capabilities of agents have been applied to Electronic Commerce. To be univrersal Electronic Commerce, Customer buys goods by internet and choose the providers widely. but It's came into the question that haw can contact provider for cheap goods. It says that Electronic Commerce Agent. Among Electronic Commerce Agents, if agent supply goods information for- cost, the agent be called Comparison Shopping Agents. In this paper, we designed and implemented a Comparison Shopping Agent for music disk searching. Agents has insufficiencies Agents can't retrieve information in web page is made by CGI program. If Agents want to get the information for Comparison Shopping Agent, they can't execute the work. Because shopping-malls are made by CGI program. In this paper, we propose that usage of FORM-tag for a local database.

Background: Epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) mutation is a reliable predictive factor for response to EGFR tyrosine kinase inhibitors (TKIs) compared to wild type. We investigated the quantified EGFR value can also predict response and survival within EGFR mutated group. Methods: This was a retrospective study of 836 lung cancer patients performed EGFR mutation test by peptide nucleic acid (PNA)-mediated clamping polymerase chain reaction (PCR) from January 2013 to December 2014. The efficiency of PCR clamping was determined by measuring the cycle threshold (Ct) value and the EGFR quantification was determined by corrected delta Ct (ΔCt) value which was subtracted non-PNA corrected sample Ct value from standard Ct value. Results: The positivity of EGFR mutation was 32.3% and there were 235 single activating mutations (131 cases of 19 deletion and 104 cases of L858R). Response to EGFR-TKIs was significantly better in female (p<0.001), non-smoker (p=0.012), EGFR mutation (p<0.001) and first line treatment group (p<0.001). In EGFR single activating mutation group, the mean corrected ΔCt value was 6. The high corrected ΔCt group was significantly better response (70.9% vs. 54.9%, p=0.022) and median progression-free survival (303.4 days vs. 223.9 days, p=0.05). But overall survival was not different between two groups (379.7 days vs 356.2 days, p=0.655). Conclusion: The quantified EGFR value by PNA-mediated PCR clamping can predict response and progression-free survival of EGFR-TKIs in patients with 19 deletion and L858R mutations.

Purpose: Medical thoracoscopy (MT) is generally considered a safe and effective method, not only in the diagnosis of undiagnosed pleural effusion, but also in the management of pleural disease. MT allows both tissue diagnosis and pleurodesis to be achieved reliably in one procedure. But there is not enough study about the effectiveness of frozen sections during procedure. The aim of this study was to assess the feasibility and accuracy of using frozen section analysis of samples taken during MT to assist the operator’s decision to complete the procedure with a thoracoscopic talc poudrage. Method: 138 patients with undiagnosed pleural effusions underwent MT and biopsy. Frozen and paraffin sections were performed by flex-rigid MT. Talc poudrage was performed when frozen section was suspicious to malignancy. The final diagnoses based on paraffin sections were compared to results of frozen sections. Result: Frozen sections were performed during MT in 138 patients. The diagnosis based on frozen sections was malignant in 62 cases and benign in 76 cases. 62 patients of malignancy cases on frozen sections underwent talc poudrage. The final diagnosis based on paraffin sections was malignant in 74 cases, benign in 62 cases and undiagnosed in 2cases. In case of 62 malignant frozen sections, 61 cases (98.4%) were correctly identified by malignancy and 1 case (1.6%) was benign through the final diagnoses of paraffin sections. In case of 76 benign frozen sections, 61 cases (80.3%) were benign, 13 cases (17.1%) were malignancy, and 2 cases (2.6%) were undiagnosed. Conclusion: The diagnoses between frozen sections and paraffin sections are strongly correlated. Frozen sections taken during semi-rigid MT have the potential to facilitate decision-making prior to talc poudrage, particularly in malignant histology.

In Internet environments, a Java technique which is platform independent and supports interactive content on a Web pages became popular with increasing Internet concerns. This paper shows needs of CASE servers executable on the Web and contains design and implementation of event diagrammer applets with the Web and Java techniques, which are attachable to the CASE servers. Event diagrammer is one of components which compose CASE tools and a tool which draw event diagrams. The EDA(Event Diagrammer Applet) in this paper support object-oriented methodology of Martin/Odell and a tool which draw event diagrams in the Web.
칼라 공간과 형태 정보를 이용한 내용기반 이미지 검색 시스템의 설계 및 구현

최근 디지털 이미지 사용이 급속도로 증가함에 있어 자동적인 이미지 데이터 색인과 검색에 관한 연구가 증가하고 있는 추세이나 특정한 분야에 속하지 않은 일반 이미지를 대상으로 하는 연구는 아직까지 만족스럽지 못한 실정이다. 내용기반 이미지 검색은 대량의 일반 이미지 집합에서 사용자가 원하는 이미지를 효율적으로 찾아내는 시스템이며 이에 본 논문에서는 이미지의 색상과 형태의 특징 정보들을 추출하여 자동으로 색인하고 검색하는 새로운 시스템을 제안하였다. 특징 추출은 인간의 이미지 인식 과정에 기반하여 전체적인 정보와 세부적인 정보로 구분하여 수행하는 새로운 기법을 사용하였고 추출된 특징 정보들은 전역 칼라, 부분 영역 칼라, 전역 형태, 부분 영역 형태 정보로 구분되어 데이터베이스에 저장하였으며 유사도 검색 시에는 사용자가 검색 목적에 알맞은 가중치를 적용하여 이미지를 검색하도록 하였다.

The cloud point curies of upper and lower consolute solutions (UCST, and LOST) have been determined for the solutions of the polydispersed polymethylmethacrylate(PMMA) and n-butyl chloride. Along with the increase of average molecular weights, the equilibrium curves of the lower consolute polymer solutions shifted toward lower temperature regions, but the upper consolute points appeared at higher temperatures. In addition, the shapes of phase boundaries near the consolute solution points became flattened at both temperature regions because of the influence of the polydispersity. In describing the phase diagram of molecular weights, both of the critical consolute temperatures were calculated, incorporating the relative chain length and the temperature dependence for the modified Flory-Huggins interaction parameter χ₁.
