<P>Here, we propose crystalline indium tin oxide/metal nanowire composite electrode (c-ITO/metal NW-GFRHybrimer) films as a robust platform for flexible optoelectronic devices. A very thin c-ITO overcoating layer was introduced to the surface-embedded metal nanowire (NW) network. The c-ITO/metal NW-GFRHybrimer films exhibited outstanding mechanical flexibility, excellent optoelectrical properties and thermal/chemical robustness. Highly flexible and efficient metal halide perovskite solar cells were fabricated on the films. The devices on the c-ITO/AgNW- and c-ITO/CuNW-GFRHybrimer films exhibited power conversion efficiency values of 14.15% and 12.95%, respectively. A synergetic combination of the thin c-ITO layer and the metal NW mesh transparent conducting electrode will be beneficial for use in flexible optoelectronic applications.</P>

Strawberry (Fragaria ${\times}$ ananassa) is a globally-cultivated and popular fruit crop, prized for its flavor and nutritional value. Sweetness, a key determinant of fruit quality, depends on the sugar composition and concentration. We selected eight strawberry cultivars based on the fruit soluble solids content to represent high and low sugar content groups. The average soluble solid content was $13.6^{\circ}Brix$ (Okmae, Geumsil, Aram, and Maehyang) and $2.9^{\circ}Brix$ (Missionary, Camino Real, Portola, and Gilgyung53), for the high and low sugar content groups, respectively. Sucrose was the main sugar in the cultivars with high sugar content, whereas fructose was the main component in the low sugar content cultivars. Fruit starch concentration ranged from $3.247{\pm}0.056$ to $3.850{\pm}0.055g/100g$, with a 12% higher concentration in the high sugar content cultivars. Additionally, we identified 41 sugar metabolism-related genes in Fragaria ${\times}$ ananassa and analyzed the relationship between their transcripts and the sugar accumulation in fruit. FaGPT1, FaTMT1, FaHXK1, FaPHS1, FaINVA-3, and FacxINV2-1 were highly expressed in the high sugar content cultivars, while FapGlcT, FaTMT2-1, FaPHS2-1, FaSUSY1-1, and FaSUSY1-2 were highly expressed in the low sugar content cultivars. In general, a greater number of genes encoding sugar transporters or involved in sugar synthesis were highly expressed in the high sugar content cultivars. Contrarily, genes involved in sugar degradation were preferentially transcribed in the low sugar content cultivars. Although gene expression was not perfectly proportional to sugar content or concentration, our analysis of the genes involved in sugar metabolism and accumulation in strawberries provides a framework for further studies and for the subsequent engineering of sugar metabolism to enhance fruit quality.
HCC : PE-040 ; The optimal cutoff level of serum AFP for HCC screening in patients taking entecavir

Background: The cut-off value of alpha-feto protein(AFP) has been used for hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) detection, although serum AFP level is not a good indicator. In patients taking entecavir(ETV) for chronic hepatitis B, serum AFP level seems to be lower than that of the patients not taking ETV. So, it can be supposed that the cut-off value of serum AFP for detecting HCC will be lower in the patients taking ETV. Method: There were 30 HCC cases that had taken ETV for treatment of chronic hepatitis B for 6 months or more. We used 207 non-HCC patients who had been on ETV as control group. The AFP level of control group was the highest level after 1 year taking entecavir. In each group, receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curves were compared to determine the optimal cut-off value for diagnosis of HCC. Result: The average duration of taking entecavir in case group is 731.5 days and the mean level of AFP level of HCC cases was 127.9 ng/mL. But in only 5 cases, AFP level was higher than 200 ng/mL. The optimal AFP cut-off value 8.6ng/mL, at which point the sensitivity and specificity was 63.3% and 96.1% respectively. The area under curve was 0.827. Conclusion: In this study, the best discriminating AFP value for HCC detection in patients taking entecavir was 8.6 ng/mL, which is much lower than that of those not taking ETV. Therefore, lowering serum AFP cut-off value for patients on ETV should be considered.

Currently, more than 40 X-rays are taken to find the exact IM nails in the union-surgery. At this time, a large amount of radiation exposure problems occur. In this thesis, our goal is solving these problems by developing new algorithms. In addition, we aim to facilitate keypoints detection with images with improved clarity.

소나무는 오랜 과거부터 활용된 국내 주요 수종으로 전국에 분포하고 있다. 소나무의 특성 차이가 지역별 생육환경에 따라 다르게 나타나고 있음에도 불구하고 지역을 고려한 소나무의 목재조직 특성에 대한 체계적인 연구는 일부 지역에서만 이루어졌다. 본 연구는 소나무 재질에 영향이 있는 가도관의 길이가 지역별로 차이가 있는지를 조사하기 위해 실시되었다. 조사는 월악산과 속리산으로 정하였다. 연구를 위해 각 임분에서 12본의 소나무를 선정하여 생장편을 채취하였다. 각각의 나이테에 정확한 생육연도 부여를 위해 크로스데이팅(Cross-dating)을 실시하였다. 크로스데이팅이 완료된 시료 중에 5개의 생장편을 선정한 후, 성숙재를 대상으로 해리를 실시하였다. 성숙재에서 나이테 선정은 가장 최근에 생성된 6개, 즉 2014년부터 2019년까지 만들어진 나이테로 정하였다. 조재와 만재를 구분하여 가도과 길이를 비교분석하기 위하여 해리 전에 나이테를 조재와 만재를 구분하였다. 가도관 길이 측정은 각 나이테의 조재와 만재에서 30개씩을 선발하여 실시하였으며, 총 1800개의 가도관이 연구에 활용되었다. 측정한 결과, 월악산 소나무 조재부의 가도관 평균길이는 3.39(±0.71)㎜, 만재부의 평균길이는 3.44(±0.74)㎜이었다. 속리산 소나무에서 측정된 조재부의 가도관 평균길이는 3.33㎜(±0.68), 만재부의 평균길이는 3.35(±0.62)㎜이었다. 두 지역 모두 조재보다 만재에 있는 가도관 길이가 긴 것으로 확인되었다. 두 지역 간 가도관 길이 비교에서는 조재와 만재 모두에서 속리산 보다 월악산 소나무가 소폭 긴것으로 확인되었다.
