        한국인 인슐린 비의존형 당뇨병 및 이차성 당뇨병 환자에서 글루코키나제 유전자 변이

        N/A Objectives: Mutations in the glucokinase (GCK) gene are considered a possible cause of maturity-onset diabetes of the young. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the contribution of this gene to the development of non insulin dependent diabetes mellitus (NIDDM), gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) and post-renal transplantation diabetes mellitus (PTDM). Method: Identification of GCK mutation was attempted on 39 NIDDM patients, 2 GDM patients and 58 selected renal allograft recipients with PTDM and 45 normal controls. The exons in the GCK gene were examined by polymerase chain reaction (PCR), followed by analysis of single-stranded DNA conformational polymorphism (SSCP). The abnormal bands were also confirmed by DNA sequencing analysis. The exons of affected family members were also investigated for mutations of the GCK gene. Results: Two of the 58 PTDM patients (3.4%) were found to have CKK mutations. One had the mutation on exon 5 and the other on intron 7. One control subject had the mutation on intmn 9. The mutation of exon 5 was identified as a substitution of CCT (proline) for CTT (leucine) at codon 164, which has not ever reported before. The family members of the PFDM patient with mutation of exon 5 were analyzed by PCR followed by SSCP, and two of them revealed the same mutation. The abnormal band on the SSCP analysis of exon 7 was identified as the insertion of base C/T at the 39th nucleotide in intron 7. Two family members of this patients also had same band on SSCP. The one mutation of 45 normal controls was CT located at the 8th nucleotide in intron 9, which was a common polymorphism. Conclusion: We found GCK mutations in subjects with PTDM and we speculate that these mutations may be one of the contributing cause of PTDM.

        교육방송 TV 프로그램 시청자 요구분석

        본 연구에서는 초·중·고등학생을 대상으로 텔레비전 시청형태와 기존 교육방송 프로그램에 대한 인지도 및 프로그램 내용에 대한 요구에 대해서 알아보았다. 이에 따라 수용자의 다양한 요구를 객관적으로 분석하여 현재 방송되는 프로그램에 대한 수용자의 의견을 향후 교육방송 프로그램 편성 및 제작에 대한 기초 자료를 제공하고자 하였다. 조사 내용은 학생들의 방송 프로그램 시청 습관, 교육 방송 프로그램 편성 요구, 교육 방송 프로그램 내용 요구, 교사들의 TV 활용 수업 의견 등 4가지 분야로 나누어 분석하였다. 분석 결과를 보면, 첫째, 초등학교 교과 프로그램은 자연과 영어 교과, 중학교 교과 프로그램은 사회와 영어 교과, 고등학교 교과 프로그램은 수리 탐구 영역(고 3 수학교과)과 외국어 영역(고3 영어 교과)을 증가해야 한다는 요구가 많았다. 둘째, 위성 TV 방송 출현으로 프로그램 방영 시간은 늘어났으나 시청 대상자의 방송 시청 시간이 증가한 것은 아니라는 점이다. 이유중의 하나는 프로그램을 흥미롭게 편성해 달라는 것이다. 다만 컴퓨터 정보 프로그램과 청소년 참여 프로그램을 중심으로는 시청율이 증가하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 시청자들이 교육방송 프로그램을 제대로 이해하고 활용할 수 있도록 적극적으로 홍보할 수 있는 방안이 강구되어야 할 것이다. The opinions of school students and teachers are very important in educational broadcasting program. They are the main users in educational broadcasting program. The purpose of this thesis is to suggest a new direction towards educational broadcasting programs, especially focussed on the need of school students and teachers. In order to conduct this research, the researcher analyzed literatures related to educational broadcasting system, program classification, the need , and the need analysis. To find the opinions of students and teachers, a survey was conducted to 6 elementary schools, 6 middle schools and 6 high schools in the Chung-Nam province, and the researcher especially collected and arranged the opinions of teachers who are working in the school related to this survey. The researcher was able to draw the following suggestions from the result of this study; 1. The programs should not be concentrated in educational programs, but should be broadened to the programs related to the things such as computer information and job. 2. The programs should be made with the format that students like, for example, animations or dramas. 3. A lot of marketing campaigns for educational broadcasting programs should be needed. 4. The study about the educational course programs should be continued to meet the needs of student audience.

      • 공업화부재의 생산/운반/양중관리를 위한 정보가시화 시스템 개발에 관한 연구

        Recently, The construction field in the urban area is short of working space and securing processing place because it is surrounded by adjacent buildings and nearby roads and have difficulties in rising labor costs. The insufficient space causes problems of interference and conflicts in transporting materials and working at the site. Therefore, Construction Manager find many alternative method and select industrialized method. The objective of this paper is to develop and give a method of information visualization system for manufacturing, delivering and lifting these materials in construction project stakeholders, using tools visualizing informations. The tools supports to stakeholders so many informations in material manufacturing, delivering, lifting in construction site. That is, order information, manufacture information in factory, sending information, carrying information, unloading and lifting in Site, and so on. Case studies are performed to evaluate the feasibility and applicability of the proposed method.

      • Random Amplification of Polymorphic DNA(RAPD)를 이용한 Yersinia enterocolitica의 PCR Fingerprinting비교

        The lamer single primer was used to generate random amplification of polymorphic DNA(RAPD) profiles by polymerase chain reaction(PCR) for 100 strains of Y. enterocolitica from various sources. The RAPD pattern within same serotype was devided into different subtypes and also RAPD pattern of different serotypes showed same RAPD type. Regardless of serotype for Y. enterocolitica, DNA fingerprinting bands of non-pathogenic strains were a few in number and small in size but those of pathogenic were reversed. Every serotype showed unique RAPD pattern. therefore it is possible to discriminate within Y. enterocolitica strains. Showing some strains no band or a few, RAPD is effective method to subtype the strains. If RAPD was utilized with serotyping and biotyping, it should be powerful tool to devide Y. enterocolitica strains for epidem iological purpose.

        Pulsed field gel electrophoresis(PFGE) was conducted compare the Not I digested genomic profile of one hundred Yersinia entirocolitica. This method was very efficient for subtyping pathogenic and non-pathogenic isolates of Yersinia entirocolitica. Generally, pulsotype was more closer to serotype than biotype. But pulsotype of 3/O:5 was more related to biotype than serotype. For epidemiological purpose, the comparison of relationship among biotype. serotype, RAPD(random amplitication of polymorphic DNA) and pulsotype of PFGE should be studied as powerful tools.

        디지털 공제방사선영상의 기하학적 보정에 관한 연구

        Purpose : To develop a new subtraction program for registering digital periapical images based on the correspondence of anatomic structures. Materials and Methods : The digital periapical images were obtained by Digora system with Rinn XCP equipment after translation of 1-16 mm, and rotation of 2-20°at the premolar and molar areas of the human dried mandible. The new subtraction program, NIH Image program and Emago/Advanced program were compared by the peak-signal-to noise ratio(PSNR). Results : The new subtraction program was superior to NIH Images program and Emago/Advanced program up to 16 mm translation and horizontal angulation up to 4°. Conclusion : The new subtraction program can be used for subtracting digital periapical images.(Korean J Oral Maxillofac Radiol 2001;31:23-34)

      • 전전자 교환기에서의 과부하제어에 관한 연구

        TDX-10 및 EWSD 기종의 과부하 제어방식을 검토한 후 프로세서 점유율 측면에서 성능이 향상된 제어방식을 3가지로 분류하여 제안하며, 각각을 가정된 모델에 따라 시뮬레이션을 수행하여 성능평가를 행하였다. 그 결과 TDX-10L방식을 제외한 제안한 방식은 과부하 상태에서도 시스템 설계용량인 90%의 프로세서 점유율로 유지함을 확인하였다. The performance analysis of proposed three overload control methods is conducted to present the more optimal than methods using in conventional TDX-10 and EWSD by simulation with the assumed model. From simulation result, the two methods except TDX-10L are satisfied with 90% of the designed processor engineered capacity.

        This paper describes an intelligent cruise control system for automobile. With the remarkable numericalincrease of automobiles on the roal, the optimized traffic flow control using the cruise control is one of the very important traffic problems to overcome the limitation of an existing road capacity. Based onthis idea that minimize the fuel cost and teh air pollution, and accept a driver's needs for driving, we have developed an intelligent cruise control system for vehicle. This proposed intelligent fuzzy cruise controller was successfully implemented using the fuzzy algorithm, the i80c196 μ-controller board and the throttle valve actuator. The field test results on an linear road was introduced.

      • 穀類 및 豆類의 腐敗程度와 化學的 成分間의 相互關係

        Various cereals and legumes as well as rice have been used as food in this country. The growth rate of microorganism in those food was different by different food sources. This difference was supposed to be different nutrient contents that are composed of food. Therefore, four kind of cereals (rice, barley, millet and sorghum) and legumes (soybean, small red bean, mungbean and cowpea) were heated at 121℃ for 20 minutes and then the growth rate of microorganisms was measured at four hour intervals unitl 32 hours after heating. Also changes in pH, free sugar, ammonium nitrogen, free amino acid and minerals of cereals and legumes were investigated also relationship with growth rate of microorganisms were estimated. The growth rate of microorganism in legumes was faster than cereals. Exceptionally number of microorganism in sorghum was alsmost same as those in legumes. The pH of barley was lowest compared with other cereals and legumes. Free sugars contents in legumes right after steaming were much higher than those of cereals, and after 12 hours, those in all samples was increased however, after 24 hours free sugars were decreased. High correlation between number of microorganism cells and free sugar were noticed that the content of free sugar affected the growth rate of microorganisms. The early ammonium content in sample supposed to be affected on early growth of microorganism because the ammonium content steaming showed a high significant correlation with the number of micrrorganisms. Free sugar content of legumes higher than cereals. Small red bean was the highest while rice was the lowest. Rice, soybean and mungbean after 24 hour showed a little change during incubation while millet was decreased and the others were increased. Total free amino acid content in testing materials showed high correlation with the number of microorganisms at 4, 12 and 16 hours after incubation. In all samples, the contents of potassium and phosphorous were higher than other minerals. All mineral contents of legumes were higher than cereals. Relationship between number of microorganisms at 4, 12 and 16 hours after steaming and total mineral contents in samples showed significant linear correlation.
