        수확후 채소류에 발생하는 진균독소의 탐색과 방제 (II) 이병된 양념 채소류(양파, 마늘, 고추)에서 주요 진균독소 검출

        수확후 Alternaria, Penicillium 및 Fusarium에 이병된 고추, 양파, 마늘을 HPLC로 주요독소들을 검정한 결과 고추에서 Alternaria 독소의 AOH(alternariol)는 소량~$400{\mu}g/g$, ALT(alternuene)는 소량~$103{\mu}g/g$, TeA(tenuagonic acid)는 $249{\sim}342{\mu}g/g$ 및 AME(alternariol monomethyl ether)는 $206{\sim}294{\mu}g/g$이 검출되었고 양파, 마늘에서 Penicillium 독소의 citrinin이 $2.8{\sim}18.4{\mu}g/g$, penicillin-G는 $0{\sim}439.0{\mu}g/g$, penicillic acid는 $0{\sim}10.2{\mu}g/g$ 및 patulin은 $0{\sim}7.0{\mu}g/g$ 검출되었다. 그리고 양파, 마늘에서 Fusarium 독소로는 fusaric acid가 $0{\sim}553.6{\mu}g/g$ 검출되었을 뿐 deoxynivalenol과 nivalenol은 검출되지 않았다. The major mycotoxins were detected from peppers, onions and garlics infected postharvest pathogens, Alternaria, Penicillium and Fusarium. Analyses of the major mycotoxins were conducted using HPLC. Detected Alternaria mycotoxins per gram of infected postharvest peppers were alternariol (AOH) with amount ranged from small quantity to $440{\mu}g/g$, altenuene (ALT) with amount ranged from small quantity to $103{\mu}g/g$, tenuagonic acid (TeA) with amount ranged from 249 to $342{\mu}g/g$ and alternariol monomethyl ether (AME) with amount ranged from 206 to $294{\mu}g/g$. Penicillium toxins per gram of infected postharvest onions and garlics were citrinin with amount ranged from 2.8 to $18.4{\mu}g/g$, penicillun-G with amount ranged from no detection to $439.0{\mu}g/g$, penicillic acid with amount ranged from no detection to small quantity and patulin with amount ranged from no detection to small quantity. Fusarium toxins per gram of infected postharvest onions and garlics were fusaric acid with amount ranged from no detection to $553.6{\mu}g/g$. However, deoxyrivalenol and nivalenol were not detected from onins and garlics infected by Fusarium.

      • 여성정신장애의 유발요인에 관한 연구

        One of the more recent development in research of illness, both psychiatric and medical, is the formal assesment and evaluation of individuals life events (so called precipitating events). Very frequently patients are able to point out one or several incidents that have had a decisive impact on their lives, prompting the appearance of symptoms. This study was intended to examine the relationship between women psychiatric illness and its precipitating events, its life events and relating variable of personal, marital, familial and hospital history. Subjects served for the study consisted of 356 mentally disordered women, sampled from January 1978 to June 1980, using medical records and individual interview. Their age range was between 21 and 66. The actual number of cases put into the analyses was 333. Thus collected data were computerized at KIST by SPSS programming and were statistically analysed by Chi-square test. Results of the study were as follows: 1. In diagnostic distribution, 67 cases (20.1%) were diagnosed as schizophrenic disorder, 143 cases: (42.9%) as affective disorder, 118 cases (35,4%) as neurotic disorder and 5 cases (1.5%) as personality disorder and postpartum psychoses. In age distribution, 71 cases (21.3%) were ranged between 30 and 34, 64 cases (19.2%) between 35 and 39, 59 cases (17.7%) between 40 and 44, 48 cases (14.4%) between 50 and 59, 45 cases (13.5%) below 29, 40 cases (12,0%) between 45 and 49,6 cases (1.8%) over 60 years of age. Religious distribution was as follows: Protestants 58 cases (22.8%), Buddhism 39 cases (15.4%) Catholics 7 cases (6.7%) Confusianism 2 cases (0.8%) and non-religious 217 cases. Distribution of educational level was as follows: high school 162 cases (30.6%), college 81cases (24.3%), primary school 64 cases (19. 2%), illiteracy 53 cases(15.9%) and middle school 33 cases (9.9%) Occupational distribution was as follows: working women 97 cases (29.1%) and non-working, women (housewife) 236 cases (70.9%). 2. Regarding to the duration of onset, it was revealed that 66.1% among mentally disordered women with neurotic disorder had been the life events within 1 months, the affective disorder within 1 to 3 months (31.5%) and the schizophrenic disorder over 6 months (61.2%) 3. The subtypes of marital bond were as follows; the accepted bond 33.0%, the paranoid bon(14.7%, the schizoid bond 12.9%, the power-effeminate bond 12.3%, the power-anxious bond 10.8%, the excessive drinking-dependent bond 9.3%, the effeminate-dominate bond 2.7% and the others 4.2%. And female patients with accepted bond tended to show other problems except for problems with spouse, and patients with conflict habituated bond (power-effeminate, effeminate-dominate, power-anxious and excessive drinking-dependent) and devitalized bond (schizoid and paranoid) tended to show problems with spouse and physical illness as more important factors. 4. Mentally disordered women with harmonious marital relation were admitted to mental hospital by other problems except for problems with spouse, on the other hand, mentally disordered women with disharmonious marital relation, hospitalized by problems with spouse. 5. It was revealed that the important precipitating events among the mentally hospitalized women shown personal illness, increase in argument with spouse, loss of money, marital separation, troubles with parents-in-law, troubles with other family' and physical illness of family member significantly in these order. 6. Mentally disorded women between 20 and 30 shown mostly neurotic disorder and had increase in argument with spouse, loss of money, troubles with parents-in-law and trouble with other family member. Between 30 and 40, most commonly schizophrenic disorder, attacked by personal physical illness and increase in argument with spouse. Between 40 and 60, mostly affective disorder was diagnosed, developed by marital separation and business failure of husband.

        Now, power tillers and cultivators which are spread among fruit tree households have usage, low application, and high accident risk. Therefore, the development of multi-purpose work vehicles is needed as an alternative for these problems. Especially, easy usage and the ability to easily change gears when driving and the development of the P.T.O for various tasks such as pruning, water lifting, pest control, application and, mowing are needed. In this research, we will develop a transmission with design on P.T.Oaxle for agricultural work vehicles including multi-purpose vehicles. We aim to develop a 4-wheel drive transmission of synchronous contact type for practical use in fruit tree households which is required to be a large-sized agricultural vehicle. Therefore, we have per performed as follows that are composed of load capacity from 500kg to 1,000kg, safety securing for passengers, and drive securing under bad conditions of the topography slope and swampy land and the rest. For this purpose, we have developed a prototype vehicle through strength analysis of transmission design. we have selected optimal design conditions (Optimal RPM and torque according to some works) on the power transmission with multi-purpose vehicle for various jobs: spraying, manure spreading, mowing, brush wood chopping. If development of the P.T.O containing variable RPM and torque is successful, the following tasks can be possible. Air pruning, air maintenance, water lift, pest control, application, mowing, spraying, and brush wood chopping are possible with this developed P.T.O. Methods and contents for research are followed. Therefore, we have achieved performance-tests through the prototype of the multi-purpose work vehicle and have improved on troubles by the analysis of results of R&D. Also, we provided solutions to problems in mass production in the future.

        Design of T/R Switch Using LTCC Technology

        In this paper, a novel design of multilayer ceramic-based Transmit/Receive (T/R) switch using Low Temperature Co-fired Ceramic (LTCC) technology have been presented. Compact T/R switch has been designed by transforming quarter-wave transmission line to its lumped equivalent circuit. Especially, high-Q three dimensional inductors with double strip have been proposed and incorporated. The proposed inductor has been modeled by multi-conductor coupled lines. A measured inductor quality factor (Q) of 80 and a Self-Resonance Frequency (SRF) of 6.6 GHz have been demonstrated. The inductor library has been incorporated into the design of WCDMA T/R switch.

        Implementation of Algorithm to Write Articles by Stock Robot

        Journalism robot by using a computer algorithm, while maintaining the precision and reliability of the existing media refers to an article which is automatically created. In this paper, we introduce 'stock robot' of robot journalism which writes securities articles and describe artificial intelligence algorithms in stages. Key steps of stock robot implemented artificial intelligence algorithm through four steps of data collection and storage, key event extraction, article content production, and article production. This research has developed a stock robot that collects and analyzes data on social issues and stock indexes for the last 2 years. In the future, as the algorithm is further developed, it becomes possible to write securities articles quickly and accurately through social issues. It will also provide customized information tailored to the user's preferences.

        <P>Water enables the highly challenging enantioselective Michael addition of sterically congested β-trifluoromethyl-β-aryl- or -alkyl-substituted nitroolefins with dithiomalonates. Under on-water conditions, the reaction rates were remarkably accelerated as a result of enforced hydrophobic interactions between catalysts and reactants. Takemoto-type thiourea catalysts are very effective for this transformation, affording highly enantioenriched Michael adducts that provide simple access to chiral γ-aminobutyric acid (GABA) analogues with a β-trifluoromethylated quaternary stereocenter.</P> [FIG OMISSION]</BR>

        브랜드 에쿼티 관점에서 LOUIS VUITTON의 지식재산권 사례 분석

        기술 발전에 따라 지식재산권을 통한 브랜드나 제품의 차별성과 식별성의 보호가 중요해지고 있다. 이러한 중요성의 바탕을 브랜드 에쿼티(brand equity)의 관점으로 살펴볼 수 있다. 브랜드 에쿼티는 소비자의 인식을 바탕으로 구매 결정을 유도하고 브랜드의 차별화를 강화하기 때문에 브랜드 에쿼티를 중심으로 지식재산권 분석은 의미 있는 연구주제이다. 프랑스에서 시작된 럭셔리 브랜드 LOUIS VUITTON은 일찍이 브랜드 가치의 중요성을 인지하고 지식재산권을 활용해 브랜드 자산을 보호함으로써 브랜드의 가치를 창출하고 지켜나가고 있다. 본 연구의 서론은 소비자의 결정이 중요해짐에 따라 브랜드 에쿼티의 중요성과 지식재산권 활용의 필요성을 나타낸다. 본론은 지식재산과 지식재산권의 개념과 활용 필요성, 브랜드 에쿼티의 개념과 관련된 문헌 자료를 수집하여 논문의 이론적 배경을 전개한 다음, 질적 연구 방법인 내용분석을 통해 소비자 인식 차원에서 브랜드 에쿼티를 연구한 아커와 켈러의 브랜드 에쿼티 관점에서 LOUIS VUITTON의 지식재산권 사례와 의미를 분석하였다. 결론으로 LOUIS VUITTON의 지식재산권 사례는 브랜드 에쿼티 관점과 유기적인 상관관계가 나타났으며, 지식재산권을 통해 직간접적으로 브랜드 가치 창출에 활용되고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 첫째, 지식재산권을 마케팅에 활용함으로써 지각된 품질(perceived quality)을 획득할 수 있으며, 제품의 지각된 품질이 브랜드 전체로 확장될 수 있다. 둘째, 소비자 접점에 있는 기술을 통해 보조 상기(brand recognition)를 획득하고 브랜드 인지와 차별화된 가치를 형성할 수 있다. 셋째, 브랜드의 차별화된 무형의 서비스 일부를 지식재산권으로 보호함으로써 브랜드 인지에 활용할 수 있다. 넷째, 브랜드의 제품을 유기적으로 보호함으로써 효용 가치와 인지적 가치 창출이 가능하다. 다섯째, 폭넓은 지식재산권 활용을 통해 일관된 브랜드 지식(brand knowledge)을 형성시켜 독보적인 브랜드 에쿼티를 형성할 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구를 통해 지식재산권이 브랜드 에쿼티 형성 관점에서 브랜드 관리에 활용될 수 있음을 시사한다. 향후 연구에서는 실증적 분석을 통해 브랜드 에쿼티 관점에서 지식재산권이 가지는 의미를 체계화할 것이다. With the development of technology, the protection of differentiation and distinctiveness of brands or products through Intellectual Property Rights(hereinafter IPRs) is becoming more important. The basis of this importance can be examined from the perspective of brand equity. As brand equity induces purchase decisions based on consumer perception and strengthens brand differentiation, IPRs analysis centered on brand equity is a meaningful research topic. A luxury brand, LOUIS VUITTON, originating from France, has recognized the importance of brand value early on and is creating and maintaining brand value by protecting brand assets, utilizing IPRs. The introduction of this research indicates the importance of brand equity and the need for IPRs utilization as consumer decisions become more prominent. For the body of the research, after developing the theoretical background, collecting literature data related to the concept of brand equity, the concept, and necessity of utilizing IP and IPRs, the research was conducted by analyzing the case and significance of the LOUIS VUITTON IPRs case based on Acker and Keller’s brand equity perspective, who studied brand equity in terms of consumer perception through qualitative content analysis, a method of qualitative research. In conclusion, the IPRs case of LOUIS VUITTON showed an organic correlation with the brand equity perspective, and it was visible that it is, directly and indirectly, used to create a brand value through IPRS. First, by utilizing IPRs for marketing, perceived quality can be optioned, and the perceived quality of products can be expanded throughout the brand. Second, it is possible to acquire brand recognition through technology at the consumer contact point and form differentiated values from brand awareness. Third, parts of the brand’s differentiated intangible services can be utilized for brand awareness. Fourth, it can create utility and cognitive value by organically protecting the brand’s products. Fifth, through using a wide range of IPRs, consistent brand knowledge can be created to form unrivaled brand equity. Therefore, this studies suggests that IPRs can be used for brand management from the perspective of brand equity formation. In future studies, the meaning of IPRs from the perspective of brand equity will be systematized through empirical analysis.
