        인간은 정신이 있으며 인간이 하는 일은 정신적 동력을 필요로 한다. 이 점에 대해서는 이미 질문할 필요가 없다. 그러나 우리는 하나의 물질적인 유혹을 막을 수 없는 시대에 처해 있다. 기업 또한 이러한 배경에서 자신의 사업을 전개하고 있다. 그러나 현실은 물질적 자극, 상급이 하급에 대한 관리, 제도관리 등 전통적인 사상과 방법을 주도로 하는 관리모델이 이미 객관효과에서 엄중한 문제를 발생하였음을 나타낸다. 물질적인 자극은 인간의 끝없는 욕망을 자극하였다. 그러나 인간은 조직에서 이러한 만족을 얻을 수 없다. 상급이 하급을 관리하는 하나의 단조로운 관리관계는 사람의 주체성을 직접 저촉하였으며 인성에서 가장 심각한 반항을 초래시켰다. 제도관리는 소수의 엘리트들의 의지(아마도 호의적인 것이지만 독선적인 것)를 사람들에게 강요하여 사람들의 정감독립성을 저촉하여 "호의가 나쁜 일을 빚어내는" 결과가 되고 만다. 기업은 하나의 군중의 집합체이며 또한 하나의 집결된 인격을 필요로 하는데 이것이 바로 기업의 정신체계이다. 자본주의의 발전, 자본주의의 정신의 공로는 지워버릴 수 없다. 자본주의의 문제 또한 정신적인 편이(偏移)에 뿌리를 박고 있다. 동방국가는 서방국가의 종교적 배경이 없으며 역사, 현실과 미래를 통일시키려는 사람들의 일종의 정신체계가 결핍하다. 이것이 바로 문제의 근본이다. 더욱 엄중한 것은 동방사람들에 서방관리를 배우고서 그것을 마치 성경처럼 받들고 있다. 그러나 우리에게는 선방관리의 유효성을 받쳐 주는 문화적 토양이 결핍하다. 게다가 우리는 아직 자신의 사상관리체계와 이론을 발전시키지 못하였다. 우리의 미래는 우리의 새로운 관리사상에 대한 창조와 확립에 의해 결정될 것이다. it's doubtless that everyone has his own spirit, which motivates his behavior. While we are living in an age full of material temptation, our management has to be based on such a circumstance. However, it has been proved that serious problems have been caused by the management patterns based on traditional thinking and methodology. Such patterns include material incentive, hierarchical management, institutional management, etc. People's desire for materials, which is aroused by the material incentives, will never be fulfilled in the organization; the monotonous hierarchical management pattern, which threatens the individuality of the people, has led to intense rebellion in human nature; the institutional management, imposing the intentions of a few people on others, violates the emotional independence of the people. As a collective body of people itself, the enterprise requires a collective personality - the spirit system. The development of capitalism owes much to capitalist spirit. The problems of capitalism are also rooted in the shift of the spirit. As the oriental system integrating the history, reality and future has not been established in such countries yet. This in fact is the essence of the problem. What is more, while the oriental people introduced western management patterns, they took it for granted that these patterns were perfect. However, not only is the cultural background required by the western management patterns not available, but no new management thoughts or theories has been established in the oriental countries yet. To a great extent, the future of such countries depends on the establishment of new management thoughts.

        Luminescent characteristics of Sr2ZnSi2O7 : Eu3+ phosphor for ultraviolet light emitting diodes

        Red-emitting phosphors Sr2-xZnSi2O7 : Eux 3+ was prepared by a combustion-assisted synthesis method and an efficient red emission under near-ultraviolet (UV) was observed. The luminescence, crystallinity, and particle sizes were investigated using luminescence spectrometry, X-ray diffractometry, and field scanning electron microscopy. The emission spectrum shows that the most intense peak is located at 614 nm, which corresponds to the 5D0→ 7F2 transition of Eu3+. The phosphor has two main excitation peaks located at 394 and 465 nm, which match the emission of UV and blue light-emitting diodes, respectively.

        Concentration quenching of Eu^2+ in Ba_2Mg(BO_3)_2: Eu^2+ phosphor

        The red emitting phosphor Ba_2Mg(BO_3)_2: Eu^2+ is prepared by the combustion-assisted method. An efficient red emission under conditions ranging from ultraviolet to visible light is observed. The emission spectrum shows a single intensive band centered at 610 nm, which correspond to the 4f^65d^1 → 4f^7transition of Eu^2+. The critical quenching concentration of Eu^2+ in Ba_2Mg(BO_3)_2: Eu^2+ phosphor is about 0.05 mol. The corresponding concentration quenching mechanism is verified to be a dipole―dipole interaction. The value of the critical transfer distance is calculated as 17.32 Å, which is in good agreement with the value (18 Å) derived from the experimental data.

        태극권 운동이 여성치매노인의 인지기능 및 기능체력에 미치는 영향

        PURPOSE: The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of Tai Chi on cognitive function and functional fitness in elderly women with dementia. METHODS: The subjects were 40 elderly women with dementia, aged over 65 years old. They were randomly divided into Tai Chi group (TG, n=20) and control group (CG, n=20). Tai Chi exercise was composed of 60 min/day, 3 days/week, for 12 weeks. The intensity of Tai Chi exercise was 10-11 RPE for week-1 to 6 and 12-13 RPE for week-7 to 12. Before and after Tai chi exercise training, Mini-Mental State Examination-Korea (MMSE-K) test and Senior Fitness Test (SFT) were performed to measure cognitive function and functional fitness, respectively. SPSS Ver. 21.0 was used for statistical analysis. RESULTS: After 12 weeks of Tai Chi exercise program, there was a significant interaction between group and time in MMSE-K (p <.001). TG significantly increased MMSE-K (p <.001), but CG did not. There were also significant interactions between group and time in arm curl (p=.028), chair sit-and-reach (p <.001), 6-min walking (p <.001), and 2.44 m up-and-go (p <.001). TG significantly improved chair sit-and-reach test (p <.001), 6-min walking test (p <.001), and 2.44 m up-and-go test (p <.001), but did not change others. In CG, however, arm curl (p <.001), 30-second chair stand (p=.028), back scratch (p=.01), chair sit-and-reach (p <.001), 6-min walking (p <.001), and 2.44 m up-and-go (p <.001) had gotten worse significantly. The change in MMSE-K was not related with the changes in any functional fitness. CONCLUSIONS: Our findings indicate that cognitive function and most of functional fitness in elderly women with dementia can be improved by Tai Chi exercise, but can become worse without exercise in even 12 weeks. Thus, it suggests that Tai Chi is a good exercise to be recommend to elderly women with dementia to improve their cognitive function as well as functional fitness.

        Isolated Noncompaction of Ventricular Myocardium: a Magnetic Resonance Imaging Study of 11 Patients

        Objective: To retrospectively summarize the cardiac magnetic resonance imaging (CMRI) findings of isolated noncompaction of ventricular myocardium (INVM). Materials and Methods: Eleven patients (M:F = 9:2; mean age, 35 years) were evaluated. Steady-state free precession (SSFP), fast spin echo (SE) sequence, SSFP cine imaging, and delayed enhanced inversion recovery spoiled gradient echo (IR-SPGR) sequence were used for showing abnormal myocardium, measuring ratio of noncompacted/compacted myocardium layers (NC/C ratio), and detecting myocardial viability. The left ventricle was divided into nine segments and a NC/C ratio > 2.3 in diastole was used as cutoff value in diagnosing left INVM. The right ventricle was assessed qualitatively. Results: Cardiac MRI indicated left INVM in seven patients, right INVM in one patient and biventricle INVM in three patients. Characteristic CMRI changes included prominent trabeculations, deep intertrabecular recesses and an increase in the NC/C ratio. The most frequently involved segments was left ventricular apex. Three patients had abnormal high signals within the trabecular structures on SE T2 weighted image. One ventricular aneurysm and one apical thrombus were also observed. Delayed enhancement was seen in six of nine patients with subendocardial and transmural patterns. Conclusion: There are CMRI features that might be characteristic for INVM.         Prolactin Inhibits BCL6 Expression in Breast Cancer Cells through a MicroRNA-339-5p-Dependent Pathway

        Purpose: Prolactin (PRL) plays a critical role in breast cancer progression by activating its cognate receptor and promotes the growth and differentiation of breast cancer cells. Studies have shown that B-cell lymphoma 6 (BCL6) is the target gene of microRNA- 339-5p (miR-339-5p) and that BCL6 expression contributes to breast cancer progression. Herein, we identified PRL as a potent suppressor of BCL6 expression in human breast cancer cells. Methods: Western blotting and quantitative reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction were used to investigate molecular mechanisms underlying miR-339-5p expression and BCL6 manipulation in MCF-7, T47D, and SKBR3 breast cancer cells. Phenotypic changes in these breast cancer cell lines were assessed by performing cell viability (MTT), colony formation, migration, and invasion assays. Results: PRL suppressed BCL6 protein and mRNA expression and upregulated miR-339-5p expression in MCF-7 and T47D breast cancer cells. Selective downregulation of miR-339-5p expression significantly reversed PRL-induced suppression of BCL6 mRNA and protein expression. Exogenous PRL stimulation significantly decreased the proliferation, colony formation, migration, and invasion of breast cancer cells, and suppression of miR-339-5p expression reversed these processes in vitro. Conclusion: These results indicated that PRL inhibited BCL6 expression and regulated breast cancer progression through a miR-339-5p-dependent pathway.

        Effect of Growth on Fatty Acid Composition of Total Intramuscular Lipid and Phospholipids in Ira Rabbits

        The changes in fatty acid composition of total intramuscular lipid and phospholipids were investigated in the longissimusdorsi, left-hind leg muscle, and abdominal muscle of male Ira rabbits. Changes were monitored at 35, 45, 60, 75, and 90 d. Analysis using gas chromatography identified 21 types of fatty acids. Results showed that the intramuscular lipid increasedand the intramuscular phospholipids (total intramuscular lipid %) decreased in all muscles with increasing age (p<0.05). Anabundant amount of unsaturated fatty acids, especially polyunsaturated fatty acids, was distributed in male Ira rabbits atdifferent ages and muscles. Palmitic acid (C16:0), stearic acid (C18:0), oleic acid (C18:1), linoleic acid (C18:2), and arachi-donic acid (C20:4) were the major fatty acids, which account to the dynamic changes of the n-6/n-3 value in Ira rabbit meat.

        Durability of CFRP Strengthened Steel Plates Under Wet and Dry Cycles

        This paper presents tensile test results of CFRP strengthened steel plates (CS) after wet and dry corrosion. The number of cycle times and strengthened schemes were investigated. The results showed that the CS specimens, subjected to wet–dry corrosion, behaved in a more brittle manner and appeared massive CFRP and adhesive rupturing coincided with the failure. As the wet–dry cycle increasing, the yield strength and ultimate strength of CS strengthened specimens decreased signifi - cantly, while the stiff ness before and beyond yield strength degraded slightly. Furthermore, the yield strength and ultimate strength of double-sided specimens subjected to wet–dry cycles were higher than those of one-sided specimens. Finally, analytical formulas considering wet–dry corrosion were proposed to predict elastic modulus, yield strength, tangent modulus, ultimate strength of CS specimens subjected to wet–dry cycles, respectively. The calculated results were in good agreement with experimental values.

        Temporal distribution, influencing factors and pollution sources of urban ambient air quality in Nanchong, China

        The PM10, SO₂ and NO₂ mass concentrations were obtained over five years from monitoring stations across Nanchong, a southwest city in China. Changes in urban air quality over time, as well as the factors influencing that change, were evaluated based on air pollutant concentrations, the Air Pollution Index (API), and the Comprehensive Pollution Index (P). The results showed that the total annual mean PM10, SO₂ and NO₂ concentrations over the five years studied were 61.1±1.1, 45.0±3.9 and 34.9±4.9 μg·m-3, respectively. The annual mean concentrations displayed a generally decreasing trend; lower than the annual mean second-level air quality limit. Meanwhile, the annual mean API values were in a small range of 52-53, the air quality levels were gradeⅡ, and P values were 1.06-1.21 less than the slight level (P ≤ 1.31). Total monthly mean PM10, SO₂, NO₂ concentrations, and API and P values were consistently higher in winter and spring than during autumn and summer. The results of a correlation analysis showed that temperature and pressure were the major meteorological factors influencing pollution levels. Pollution sources included industrial coal and straw burning, automobiles exhaust and road dust, fireworks, and dust storms.
