진단력하에서 가교된 EPDM과 Polypropylene 블랜드의 결정 구조와 Morphology

Crystalline structure and morphology of the dynamically cured ethylene-propylene-diene terpolymer(EPDM) and polypropylene(PP) blends were investigated. Blends were prepared in a laboratory internal mixer where EPDM was cured with PP under shear with dicumyl peroxide(DCP) (blend-cure). Blends were also prepared for comparison from EPDM which were dynamically cured in the absence of PP and blended later (cure-blend). The crystalline structure and morphology were studied using X-ray diffractometer, optical microscopy and scanning electron microscopy(SEM). The dynamic curing process did not alter the crystalline structure of PP in the blends. The microgel structure of EPDM were observed in the dynamically cured EPDM-rich blend, which were important morphology to interprete the processability of the blends.

The encased composite beam suggested in this paper consists of precast concrete, structural tees and cast-in-place concrete. To unify the behaviors of composite members, shear connectors were installed in the web and the flange of structural tees member respectively. There are no clear criteria available yet for estimation of shear connector quantity to be used in enclosed composite beam. To prevent construction costs from increasing for excessive design of shear connector and ensure rigidity of cross-section by unifying member behaviors, appropriate design for shear connector of encased composite beam is required. Therefore, this paper adopted the concept of shear flow and proposed design formula for dowel bar and stud in reference to required shear force.

Truncal obesity associated with insulin resistance and metabolic syndrome increase the likelihood of hypertension, various cardiovascular diseases, hyperlipidemia and coronary heart diseases. International Diabetes Federation (IDF) experts recognized that it is necessary to develop the simple diagnostic tool which is applicable to diagnose truncal obesity worldwide, and proposed the method using a waist circumference but there is a limit to estimate subcutaneous fat distribution. However, waist line is also influenced by total fat capacity less than the intra abdominal fat. The more having severe obesity, the more correlation coefficient between waist line and intra abdominal fat is low. Therefore, this thesis defines a new abdominal impedance measurement position and impedance-index to analysis central obesity. This proposes the new model to estimate abdominal obesity using the abdominal impedance-index and CT images acquired from 160 Korean subjects. The proposed model shows that the abdominal fat distribution has a higher correlation than waist line. (Adj R2 = 0.809, 0.667 and 0.687 with abdominal fat area, visceral fat area and subcutaneous fat area respectively).

In 2014, as a subset study to discover indigenous prokaryotic species in Korea, a total of 33 bacterial strains assigned to the class Gammaproteobacteria were isolated from diverse environmental samples collected from soil, tidal flat, freshwater, seawater, oil-contaminated soil, and guts of animal. From the high 16S rRNA gene sequence similarity (>98.5%) and formation of a robust phylogenetic clade with the closest species, it was determined that each strain belonged to each independent and predefined bacterial species. There is no official report that these 33 species have been described in Korea; therefore, 1 strain of the Aeromonadales, 6 strains of the Alteromonadales, 3 strains of the Chromatiales, 5 strains of the Enterobacteriales, 4 strains of the Oceanospirillales, 11 strains of the Pseudomonadales, and 3 strains of the Xanthomonadales within the Gammaproteobacteria are described for unreported bacterial species in Korea. Gram reaction, colony and cell morphology, basic biochemical characteristics, and isolation sources are also described in the species description section.

불균일상의 액-액 계면을 통하여 전달되는 용질의 물질 전달계수를 개량된 Lewis cell을 사용하여 측정하였다. 수용액상의 측정치 Sherwood, Sh₁를 수용액상의 Reynols수, Re₁, Schmidt수, Sc₁, Capillary수, Ca₁, 유기상의 Reynolds수, ke₂ 및 점도 보정치, φ 등과 같은 실험변수들을 사용하여 관련지었으며, 평균편차 15.3% 이내에서 다음과 같은 상관관계식을 얻을 수 있었다. Transportation Management System for Logistics Company using Smart Virtual TRS

The purpose of this paper is to present Smart Virtual TRS(Trunked Radio System) service that gives the TRS function in mobile network with smart phone application and server. TRS is essential equipment of logistics vehicle so, most of trunk drivers uses TRS frequently. Developed service is based on smartphone without TRS equipment. Therefore, Smart virtual TRS included in TMS(Transportation Management System) has some effects for logistics company. i) Smart Virtual TRS gives better communication environment between office and drivers. ii) Smartphone App gives flexibility to TMS functions. iii) Smart Virtual TRS gives cost reduction effect.
