        Every year, a lot of natural disasters has occurred and resulted to not only humans death but also property loss in Korea as well as other countries. Among the natural disasters, floods or tidal waves have made us perplexed economically and socially. Recently many cities are gathering in certain reigns, globalizing and more enlarging, their damages from flood are getting bigger than any other injury and influencing to people and nations themselves as well. Nevertheless, these unfortunate happenings have annually occurred, but no governments have effective ways to prevent many damages referred above. Natural disasters are difficult to predict their occurrences, which are beyond humans ability to control. The effective and systemic countermeasure, however, will make these damages small. Therefore, this thesis has an aim suggesting. The problems of City Prevention of natural disasters by studying the case, City. Kimchun, which had big damages from flood resulted from typhoon, Lusa.

        에바헤스의 생애와 작품활동 기간은 매우 짧았지만 그녀가 미술사, 특히 미니멀리즘, 프로세스 아트 및 예술이론에 미친 영향은 매우 지대했다. 그녀의 작품은 미니멀리즘과 추상이라는 형식 아래 새로운 표현주의로써의 호소력이 있었다. 미니멀 아트는 합리적이고, 직설적이며, 간소하고, 형식적이나, 에바헤스의 작품은 탄탄히 경계지워지고 감싸지나, 미니멀리즘에 반론한다. 비형식과 무형식의 승리하는 것을 보여주었고, 미니멀리즘이 부정하는 모든 것은 추구하면서, 신비로운 표현과 새로운 주제로의 길을 그녀는 열었다.

        The fire at Joong-Ang Ro station of Daegu happened It might be ended as fire happening but proceeded to the disaster giving numerous damage because of the incomplete system of disaster prevention we had taken the lack of understanding and specialization about When Joong-Ang Ro station was restored, situation involved about volunteer system is that some of volunteer teams went back in a few days and activity of volunteers wasn't continued until the restoration was completed Because the volunteer system is thought as a field of social well-being and it was rarely focused on disaster, that situation appeared This paper shows the situation of support and management of volunteers during restoring Joong-Ang Ro station of Deagu There are comparison and analysis of support and management for volunteer among the cases of domestic disaster and foreign one in this paper to suggest the efficient support and management system for volunteer in disaster

        20C 드로잉의 본질가 기능은 급격히 변화되었다. 그 예로, 드로잉의 역할은 페인팅이나 조각과 연루되어 확장되었다는 것을 들 수 있겠다. 또한 시각예술의 기본 구조로써의 전통적인 드로잉의 역할도 더욱 강해졌다. 드로잉의 미완성적인 성격은 현대 미의식이나 작품에 기초가 되고 있는 것이다. 드로잉 전반에 있어서, 미디엄의 다양과, 그 다양한 미디엄을 다루는 방법의 전환 그리고 그 사고의 정점을 통해서, 시각예술에 있어서의 새로운 언어로 향한 지식의 확장을 가져다 주고 있다.

        輻射난방공간의 熱環境 特性에 따른 老人의 主觀的 反應評價에 關한 硏究

        This study aims to present the basic data for the establishment of indoor optimal thermal environment in housing for the aged by through field and subject response survey and experiment in model living room. As the first pace of study, the thermal-environment factors were defined by the measurement of physical thermal environment element (dry bulb temperature, radiative temperature, relative humidity, and air velocity) and the environmental needs of the residents was investigated through the questionary survey of the response to thermal environment in welfare facility with radiation heating for the aged in Teagu during winter in 2001. As a result of it, a model living room was designed and structured as a actual domestic room. Physical thermal-environment factors and environmental needs of the occupants in radiative heating space were examined thoroughly by measuring physical thermal environment element and investigating subjective response according to varied condition. The result of study can be summarized as follows; The value of the floor temperature in model living room was 30~34℃ according to temperature control of a constant temperature water tank. In particular, the value of the floor temperature was 33~34℃ and air temperature was 27~28℃ when the constant temperature water tank was 70~80℃. At this point, the value(38~42%) of indoor relative humidity was in the standard(37~48%) of relative humidity comfort. And also, occupants felt somewhat warm at the body on the whole as well as at the lower part of the body. However, the response of occupants was uncomfortable comparatively at the upper part of the body. The reason of that was seemed to be lack of ventilation and stifling atmosphere of the spot.

        The dynamic model of the suspension system is developed by using both sky-hook control and output feedback control techniques, based on the performance sensitivity index. Many vehicles use sky-hook control theory operated with only one sensor, due to relatively low cost and easy implementation. On the other hand, output feedback control implemented with state variables has difficulties in measuring such as tire deflection, etc.

        지하공간에서 배경휘도에 따른 유도등 인지효과 분석

        In the case of Daegu subway arson in 2003, it was found out that the evacuation system could not play its own role in the dense smoke and blackout during the fire. Due to the dense cloud of smoke and blackout, the people could not easily find the way out. Proper emergency light plan considered cognitive characteristics of evacuees is set up in such places, if so it will be a great help for evacuation. The information obtained through visual sense induces behaviors intuitively. So, effective evacuee guidance is implemented by installing various evacuation guidance devices (emergency lights and luminous egress guide-lines). In connection with this topic, Jeon Gyu-yeob(2011) carried out an on-the-spot experiment focused on changes in visual perceptional evacuation environment and evacuation abilities. And on the basis of the results, he carried out a study on changes in evacuation behaviors through visual perceptional restriction. However, studies on characteristics of visual perception that has an effect on behaviors of evacuees and evacuation behaviors are not sufficient. Therefore this study examined the effect of background luminance of the emergency light induced to recognize the emergency light. Therefore, to produce a device for adjusting the brightness experiment, this study simulated evacuation experiments were performed for 136 people. The value of the result indicated by seek time of emergency light, evacuation time and emergency light cognition distance.
