Aflatoxin B₁ was known to have the strongest poisonous character among Aflatoxin compounds. To search the production of Aflatoxin B1 according to the change of temperature, relative humidity and incubation days, orange incubated with Aspergillus parasiticus KCCM 35078 was incubated at 20℃, 25℃, 30℃ at relative humidity 60%, 70%, 80% and for incubation time 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 days.. Production of Aflatoxin B₁ shows that the highest production appeared at 25℃ and its relative humidity 70%. The result that was quantitatively analyzed by using HPLC was 77.41ppm, and by using Fluoroscence detector was 87.87ppm. - Production of Aflatoxin B₁ shows that the lowest production appreared at 20℃ and its relative humidity 80%(HPLC), 60%(Fluoroscence detector). The result that was quantitatively analyzed by using HPLC was 4.47ppm, and by using Fluoroscence detector was 4.17ppm. The structure of Aflatoxin B₁ was identify with authentic sample by using instrumental analysis methods of GC/MS, ¹H-NMR, FT-IR respectively.
해외 전력거래소들의 전략집단 분석을 통한 한국 전력거래소의 전략방향

우리나라 전력산업구조 개편에 따라 전력산업에 경쟁개념을 도입하게 되었다. 전력산업에 경쟁을 도입한다는 것은 다수의 시장참여자가 존재하는 시장경제체제로의 전환을 의미하는 것이다. 이에 의거하여 새롭게 등장한 한국전력거래소는 경쟁적 전력시장에 참여하는 회원사, 이해관계자 집단 그리고 국민에게 엄청난 영향을 미칠 전망이다. 본 연구에서는 전략집단분석 (Strategic Group Analysis)을 통해 외국의 전력거래소들을 4개의 전략집단으로 그룹핑 하였다. 그리고 한국전력거래소가 지향해야 할 전략집단을 단기·중기차원에서 도출하여 한국전력 거래소의 단지·중기 전략방향을 제시하였다. 더 나아가 우리나라 전력거래소가 지향해야 할 선도 전력거래소들의 구체적 사례분석을 통해 한국전력 거래소가 추진해야 할 향후전략과 핵심역량강화 방안을 제시하였다. Korean government has introduced competition on power industry according to power industry restructuring. To introduce competition on power industry is to transform from monopolistic structure into market-driven system with multiple players. Conseguently, Newly created Korean Power Exchange will have heavy impact on members. interest groups and citizens which participate in the competitive power market. In this research, first, we made four groups of foreign power exchanges by using Strategic Group Analysis. Second, we found short and long term strategic directions of Korean Power Exchange(KPX) based on target strategic group. Third, we made case analysis of foreign leading power exchanges that Korean Power Exchange should follow. Lastly through case analysis. we presented future strategies of KPX and strategies of strengthening core competences.
치어의 먹이선호도 및 포식이 낙동강 동물플랑크톤군집에 미치는 영향

In the present study, pre preference of juvennile fishes was examined using as experimental approach. Zooplankton composition, as a prey of thr fish, was evaluated by taking into account the species as well as body size of juveniles in the aquqrium. The redation of juvenile fishes is known to be an important factor in changes of zooplankton communities. in some previous studies at the regulated Nakdong River, the collapse of large cladcoerans and an increase in the rotifer population by selective predation during spring and summer were observed. This study focused on the predation of juvenile fisheds such as Hyporhamphus sajori, Rhinogobius brunneus, and Opsariichtys uncirostris amurensis on zooplankton community structure in mesocosm scale experiments. These fishes selected the cladoceran Monia micrura with highest individual preference value(Manly.Chesson index) among zooplankton prey in the experimental aquarium. Whrn the size-selective prey prefernces of the juvenile fish were compared, both small (body size<2㎝)and large(body size>2㎝) juveniles of O. uncirostris positively selected M. micrura. in the outdoor experimental tanks, juvenile fishes consuumed the cladoceran M. micrura, resulting in an igh abundance of the rotifer, Polyarthra spp. The results suggest that juvenile fish predation may play an important role in regulating the zooplankton community structure by reducing the cladoceran density and increase of rotifers in the Nakdong River during spring and summer.
Breeding of New Rose Cultivar "Best Red" with Red Color Flower and Medium Fragrance

A new deep red colored standard rose (Rosa hybrida Hort.) cultivar, 'Best Red' was developed at the Jeollanamdo Agricultural Research and Extention Services (JARES). Seedling and line selection were conducted in 2003 and its characteristics were examined three times from 2004 to 2006. 'Best Red' which was obtained by cross between 'Vital' and 'Cardinal'. It shows a red group color (RHS No. 46C), medium fragrance, and standard flower with good harmony between ray floret and flower center. The upper stem is moderate curved. The average yield during 2004-2006 was 111 stems/m2. Its vase life was 10 days. This cultivar was registered as a commercial cultivar in 2007. It is suitable for greenhouses in all regions in Korea and will be released to farmers in 2009.
A Disposable Photovoltaic Patch Controlling Cellular Microenvironment for Wound Healing

<P>Electrical stimulation (ES) is known to affect the wound healing process by modulating skin cell behaviors. However, the conventional clinical devices that can generate ES for promoting wound healing require patient hospitalization due to large-scale of the extracorporeal devices. Herein, we introduce a disposable photovoltaic patch that can be applied to skin wound sites to control cellular microenvironment for promoting wound healing by generating ES. In vitro experiment results show that exogenous ES could enhance cell migration, proliferation, expression of extracellular matrix proteins, and myoblast differentiation of fibroblasts which are critical for wound healing. Our disposable photovoltaic patches were attached to the back of skin wound induced mice. Our patch successfully provided ES, generated by photovoltaic energy harvested from the organic solar cell under visible light illumination. In vivo experiment results show that the patch promoted cutaneous wound healing via enhanced host-inductive cell proliferation, cytokine secretion, and protein synthesis which is critical for wound healing process. Unlike the current treatments for wound healing that engage passive healing processes and often are unsuccessful, our wearable photovoltaic patch can stimulate regenerative activities of endogenous cells and actively contribute to the wound healing processes.</P>
