        복잡한 해안지역의 지역특성을 고려한 대기 유동장에 따른 SO₂의 확산장 수치모의

        Recently air quality modeling studies for industrial complex and large cities located in the coastal regions have been carried out. Especially, the representation of atmospheric flow fields within a model domain is very important, because an adequate air quality simulation requires an accurate portrayal of the realistic three-dimensional wind fields. Therefore this study investigated effect of using high resolution terrain height data and FDDA with observational data to reflect local characteristics in numerical simulation. So the experiments were designed according to FDDA and the detail terrain height with 3sec resolution or not. Case 30s was the experiment using the terrain height data of USGS without FDDA and Case 3s was the experiment using the detail terrain height data of Ministry of Environment without FDDA and Case 3sF was experiment using the detail terrain height data of Ministry of Environment with FDDA. The results of experiments were more remarkable. In Case 3s and Case 3sF, temperature indicated similar tendency comparing to observational data predicting maximum temperature during the daytime and wind speed made weakly for difference of terrain height. Also Case 3sF had more adequate tendency than Case 3s at dawn.

        공격 기법 모델링을 통한 사이버 공격 시뮬레이터 설계 및 구현

        정보 기술의 발달과 시스템 및 네트워크의 규모가 증가함에 따라 사이버 위협 및 범죄가 꾸준히 증가하고 있다. 이러한 위협에 대응하기 위해서 실질적인 공격과 방어 기반의 사이버 보안 훈련이 필요하다. 그러나 사이버 보안 훈련은 전문가의 분석과 공격 수행능력을 요구하므로, 비용 및 시간적인 측면에서 비효율적이다. 본 논문에서는 공격 기법들을 자동으로 수행하는 사이버 공격 시뮬레이터를 제안한다. 이 시뮬레이터는 구현 가능하도록 모델링 된 공격 기법들을 조합하여 공격 시나리오를 도출하고, 도출된 시나리오들을 순차적으로 수행함으로써 공격을 수행한다. 제안하는 공격 시뮬레이터의 유효성을 검증하기 위해 실제 환경에서 예시 공격 목표와 시나리오를 설정하여 실험하였다. 이 공격 시뮬레이터는 5 가지 공격 기법을 자동으로 수행하여 관리자 권한을 획득하는 공격에 성공하였다. With the development of information technology and the growth of the scale of system and network, cyber threats and crimes continue to increase. To cope with these threats, cybersecurity training based on actual attacks and defenses is required. However, cybersecurity training requires expert analysis and attack performance, which is inefficient in terms of cost and time. In this paper, we propose a cyber attack simulator that automatically executes attack techniques. This simulator generates attack scenarios by combining attack techniques modeled to be implemented and executes the attack by sequentially executing the derived scenarios. In order to verify the effectiveness of the proposed attack simulator, we experimented by setting an example attack goal and scenarios in a real environment. The attack simulator successfully performed five attack techniques to gain administrator privileges.

      • Analysis of transcriptome change in high level of VitE accumulating rice mutant induced by in vitro mutagenesis

        VitE (tocotrienols and tocopherols) are micronutrients with antioxidant properties synthesized by photosynthetic bacteria and plants that play important roles in animal and human nutrition. A new mutant line, T1001-1, was isolated from in vitro mutagenized population by ionizing radiation and shown to have increased VitE contents. The total VitE content was 26% increased in the T1001-1 mutant seeds compare with cv. Dongan (wild-type). In addition, we showed that the mutant confers retarded seedling growth during the early seedling growth stage in rice. To study the molecular mechanism of VitE biosynthesis, we used the rice microarray to identify genes that are upor down-regulated in T1001-1 mutant. In addition, we identified differentially regulated pathway using MapMan analysis, which provides deep insight into changes in transcript and metabolites. Our results enhanced the transcription of genes involved in starch and lipid metabolism in T1001-1 mutant. To identify the molecular mechanisms of the events involving transcription factors in tocopherol accumulation, we compared the expression patterns of transcription factors. The AP2-EREBP, WRKY, C2H2 transcription factor were up-regulated, whereas the MYB family was down-regulated in T1001-1 mutant. Our results demonstrate change of important transcript in high level of VitE accumulating rice mutant.

      • The expression of ketohexokinase is diminished in human clear cell type of renal cell carcinoma

        <P>For identification and targeting of tumor-associated marker proteins, the proteome of clear cell type of renal cell carcinoma (RCC) and normal kidney tissues was analyzed by 2-DE. Ketohexokinase (also called fructokinase), which catalyzes the phosphorylation of fructose to fructose 1-phosphate, was identified by MALDI-TOF MS and found to be expressed at low rates in the renal tumor tissues. We found a decreased amount of ketohexokinase mRNA in RCC compared to that observed in the normal kidney tissues by Northern blot. The activity of ketohexokinase in 20 clear cell RCC specimens and the 20 corresponding normal kidneys was investigated, and its activity was shown to be approximately 1.4-fold lower in the RCC specimens than in the normal kidney. Ketohexokinase activity in tumor stage pT3 RCC was 1.5-fold lower than in pT1 RCC. The level of ketohexokinase activity in histological grade 3 RCC was 1.8-fold lower than that in grade 1 cancer. In addition, using in situ hybridization, it was revealed that ketohexokinase in the normal kidney tissue was confined to the proximal tubular epithelial cells, while the expression of ketohexokinase in RCC tissues was extremely low. Our research results show that the expression of human ketohexokinase was diminished in clear cell RCC.</P>

        Relationship between Martial arts the Enjoyment Factor on the Training Satisfaction and Retraining Intention

        본 연구의 목적은 무술수련의 재미요과 수련만족 및 재 수련의도의 관계를 알아보는데 있으며, 무술수련생이 장기적으로 수련할 수 있도록 효과적인 전략을 세우고 궁극적으로 도장 운영에 이바지할 수 있는 기초 자료를 제공하는데 그 의의가 있다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위하여 2015년 11월 11일부터 12월 19일 까지 서울지역에 소재하고 있는 대학 중 무술수련을 다니는 수련생을 대상으로 모집단으로 설정하였으며 표본추출을 위해 비확률표본추출법 중 편의추출법을 이용하여 총 200명을 표집 하였다. 이들 설문지 중일괄적인 응답을 하거나 신뢰성이 떨어진다고 판단되는 31부의 설문지를 제외하고 총 169(84.5%)부를 유효 표본을 설정하였다. 자료 수집을 위한 측정도구는 설문지였으며, 신뢰도는 Cronbach"s alpha .667~.841으로 나타나 신뢰할만한 설문지로 판단되었다. 자료 분석은 Window용 SPSS/PC+ 20.0 프로그램을 이용하여 실시하였으며, 빈도분석, 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, 상관분석, 다중회귀분석으로 이루어졌다. 이와 같은 연구절차에 따라 자료를 분석하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 첫째, 무술수련의 재미요인의 하위요인인 성취감 경험, 신체적·심리적 건강과 수련만족의 사회적만족, 심리적만족, 신체적만족, 환경적 만족은 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 하지만, 재미요인의 하위요인 중 사회적 함양은 수련만족과의 관계가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 무술수련에 대한 만족은 사회적 만족과 심리적 만족이 재수련의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 심리적 만족과 신체적 만족은 구전의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

        The flavonoid ellagic acid from a medicinal herb inhibits host immune tolerance induced by the hepatitis B virus-e antigen

        <P><B>Abstract</B></P><P>The aim of this study is to characterize the role of ellagic acid, a flavonoid from a medicinal herb which blocks HBeAg secretion in a HBV infected cell line and in HBeAg transgenic mice, in immune tolerance in chronic HBV infection. Using the mouse strain C57ML/6, HBeAg-producing transgenic mice (HBeAg-Tg), under the control of metal ion-inducible promoter were generated. The effect on immune tolerance of HBeAg-Tg and the release of immune tolerance by the inhibitor of HBeAg secretion, ellagic acid, was tested using T/B cell proliferation, HBeAg/HBeAb production, cytotoxic T-lymphocyte (CTL) and cytokine assays.</P><P>C57ML/6 based HBeAg-producing HBeAg-Tg mice were tolerant to HBeAg at the T and B-cell level, did not produce antibodies to HBeAg in vivo and in vitro, produced minimal levels of cytokines (IL-4 and IFN-gamma) and decreased CTL responses, while feeding mice with ellagic acid (5mg/kg body weight) blocked the immune tolerance caused by HBeAg. Our results suggest that host immune tolerance induced by HBeAg during HBV infection, a viral strategy to guarantee HBV infection, can be overcome by ellagic acid, thus it can be used as a therapeutic for HBV-carriers.</P>

        Performance Analysis of Water-Water Heat Pump System of 100 kW Scale for Cooling Agricultural Facilities

        Purpose: In this study, the performance of cooling system with the water-water heat pump system of 100kW scale made for cooling agricultural facilities, especially for horticultural facilities, was analyzed. It was intended to suggest performance criteria and performance improvement for the effective cooling system. Methods: The measuring instruments consisted of two flow meters, a power meter and thermocouples. An ultrasonic and a magnetic flow meter measured the flow rate of the water, which was equivalent to heat transfer fluid. The power meter measured electric power in kW consumed by the heat pump system. T-type thermocouples measured the temperature of each part of the heat pump system. All of measuring instruments were connected to the recorder to store all the data. Results: When the water temperature supplied into the evaporator of the heat pump system was over $20^{\circ}C$, the cooling Coefficient Of Performance(COP) of the system was higher than 3.0. As the water temperature supplied into the evaporator, gradually, lowered, the cooling COP, also, decreased, linearly. Especially, when the water temperature supplied into the evaporator was lower than $15^{\circ}C$, the cooling COP was lower below 2.5. Conclusions: In order to maintain the cooling COP higher than 3.0, we suggest that the water temperature supplied into evaporator from the thermal storage tank should be maintained above $20^{\circ}C$. Also, stratification in the thermal storage tank should be formed well and the circulating pumps and the pipe lines should be arranged in order for the relative low-temperature water to be stored in the lower part of the thermal storage tank.

      • Activating Signal Cointegrator 2 Belongs to a Novel Steady-State Complex That Contains a Subset of Trithorax Group Proteins

        Many transcription coactivators interact with nuclear receptors in a ligand- and C-terminal transactivation function (AF2)-dependent manner. These include activating signal cointegrator 2 (ASC-2), a recently isolated transcriptional coactivator molecule, which is amplified in human cancers and stimulates transactivation by nuclear receptors and numerous other transcription factors. In this report, we show that ASC-2 belongs to a steady-state complex of approximately 2 MDa (ASC-2 complex [ASCOM]) in HeLa nuclei. ASCOM contains retinoblastoma-binding protein RBQ-3, α/β-tubulins, and trithorax group proteins ALR-1, ALR-2, HALR, and ASH2. In particular, ALR-1/2 and HALR contain a highly conserved 130- to 140-amino-acid motif termed the SET domain, which was recently implicated in histone H3 lysine-specific methylation activities. Indeed, recombinant ALR-1, HALR, and immunopurified ASCOM exhibit very weak but specific H3-lysine 4 methylation activities in vitro, and transactivation by retinoic acid receptor appears to involve ligand-dependent recruitment of ASCOM and subsequent transient H3-lysjne 4 methylation of the promoter region in vivo. Thus, ASCOM may represent a distinct coactivator complex of nuclear receptors. Further characterization of ASCOM will lead to a better understanding of how nuclear receptors and other transcription factors mediate transcriptional activation.
