의제설정기능을 갖고 있는 매스커뮤니케이션은 현대의 선거에 있어서 유권자의 후보자 선택에 중요한 자료가 되는 정보를 생산하고 가공해서 전달하는 과정 속에서 유권자의 투표행태에 영향을 미치는 매우 중요한 메카니즘의 하나가 되었다. 특히 TV토론은 후보의 차별화를 위한 공론의 장을 제공함으로써 투표행태에 직간접적인 영향을 끼치는 가장 중요한 선거정보 전달수단으로 평가받고 있다. 한국의 제15대 대통령 선거에서 본격적으로 도입된 TV토론은 어떠하였는가? 본 연구는 이러한 맥락에서 제15대 대통령 선거에서 TV토론이 의제설정기능을 제대로 수행하였는가의 문제에서 출발해, TV토론이 제기한 중요 선거이슈들이 유권자들의 투표행태에는 어떻게 반영되었으며, 결과적으로 특정 후보자별로는 어떻게 연관되어 있는가 등에 관해 논의하고자 한다. TV토론이 제기한 중요 이슈로는 IMF경제책임론, 정권교체론, 세대교체론, 3김청산론, 사상문제, 아들병역문제, 경선불복문제, 건강문제 등 8개로 설정하였으며, 유권자를 대상으로 직접면접조사 한 자료를 바탕으로 경험적 차원의 연구를 수행하였다. The masscommunications, having the agenda-setting function, has become one of the most important mechanism on nowaday's vote, on producing data which become important source on choosing a candidate, and on making and transferring the data to the voters. Especially, the TV debates are considered as the most important data transferring method at the election. by supplying the discussing field, to distinguish the candidates, effecting directly or indirectly. How was the TV debate. which was inducted regularly on the 15th Presidential Election of Korea? In this situation, this study is, first, for the question whether the TV debates did its topic choosing function well, on the 15th Presidential election, and next, how the main issues, proposed at the TV debates, reflected on the voting behaviors, and last, how it was related for each candidate. Eight main issues were choosen at the TV debates. ie., economic responsibility for IMF. exchanging the political power, exchanging the ages, three Kims' retirement. DJ's ideology, son's military service, denying the conclusion of the vote, and DJ's health. For this study, an experimental study was done by direct survey on the voters.

진공청소기 팬 모터의 진동 및 소음원인 분석을 위한 유동해석

Recently technology resulted in highly efficient and multiple-functional electric appliances considering environmental problems. One of the environmental problems is noise of a product in respect to its function. A vacuum cleaner is an essential electric appliance in our daily lives. However, severe noise resulted from high motor speed for improving the function of the appliance is a nuisance for the user. This noise is caused by vibration from various parts of the appliance and fluid noise during a series of intake and exhaust processes while rotating the impeller connected to the axle at a high speed of the fan motor inside the vacuum cleaner rotating around 30,000-35,000rpm. Despite the fact that many researchers conducted studies on reducing the noise level of the fan motor in a vacuum cleaner, only few studies have been conducted considering both the theoretical and experimental aspects using fluid analysis by measuring vibration and noise. Moreover, there has not been a study that accurately compared major noise data obtained considering both of the aspects. In this study, both aspects were considered by considering the following experimental and theoretical methods to verify the major causes of noise from the fan motor in a vacuum cleaner.

빔 구조물의 손상평가를 위한 임피던스 기술의 응용

This paper presents a primary study for a new method of enhancing measurement using impedance analysis method, which is widely used for structure health monitoring. Many of skyscrapers, bridges, tunnels, which have been built up several years, and nearly reached their operating life due to aging crack, material deterioration, and so on. therefore, the health monitoring technique has obtained considerable attention. The goal of this research is to show basic information to evaluate structural health condition using piezoelectric sensors. The piezoelectric materials have various merits. It is easy to shape various forms and can be embedded on the materials more conveniently. Moreover, the excitation frequency can be changed and the piezoelectric sensors cost less. All these features make the piezoelectric-based system applicable to structural healthy monitoring. This work presents a study for the development of a practical and quantitative technique for assessment of the structural health condition by piezoelectric impedance-based technique associated with longitudinal wave propagation. To estimate the damage condition numerically, we suggest the evaluation method Cov (Covariance) and CC (Correlation Coefficient) in this paper.

韓國 國際觀光의 現實과 課題

In the sixties, assigned to the national main stragetic business and prospered through political preference, such as various kind of financial support and tax favors equal to that of export industry, Korean international tourism, under the banner of「the Nationa for Tourism」, have grown continuously. But today it is under a state of emergency because the tourism income and outgo, having kept the balance in the black steadily and having contributed to the improvement of national economy and international payment, went into the red to the extent of 357 million dollars last year. Although we can consider the reason as rapid increase of people's travels abroad after 'liberalization measure of travels abroad', it is mainly because the authorities classified it as a consumming service business because of their own indifference and false conception to the tourism. Now that they simply underestimate the tourism industry contributing to the Korean economic development for more than 30 years, as just an overconsuming pleasure-seeking business and practise restrict such as suppression of new investment, we can't offer proper place to attract the tourists. Therefore it is natural that it is followed by the deficit in international income and outgo, considering rapid decrease of foreign tourists and currency. In order to put down these abuses, not only should rash and luxurious travels abroad be reduced through guidance and control against travel agency circles besides mass education, but also the fetters that tourism industry is just a service business attributed to overconsuming should be released and through development of new tourism sample and service of high quality, the authorities should continue to develop tourism promotion policy together with political support in order to increase foreign tourist continuously.

In this study, we made a comparative study of backpropagation neural network and probabilistic neural network and bayesian classifier and perceptron as shape recognition algorithm of welding flaws. For this purpose, variables are applied the same to four algorithms. Here, feature variable is composed of time domain signal itself and frequency domain signal itself. Through this process, we comfirmed advantages/disadvantages of four algorithms and identified application methods of four algorithms.

The participation of guest is the premise in offering service at service enterprise. So, guest is very valuable. In order to offering service for guest's satisfaction, it is needed right knowledge about guest. In this study, I predict about the idea of guest in the modern and future society and suggest the producing method of high-qualityservice. In the past, there were plentiful need in comparison with supply, guest was annoying object to enterprise. But, later, the supply exceeded the need according to the development of producing skill, and the importance of guest was increased. In the modern society, the supply is exceedingly increased, guest is treated as a king. The farther time proceeds, the higher guest's position will be. High-quality-service is accomplished through endeavor of both guest and server. High-quality-service is not expected only by guest's high level of attitude. On the contrary, the level of server is the chief element determining high-quality-service. The level required by guest for high-quality-service will be more higher in the future, and the production of high-quality-service enough to satisfying guest depend on server. Only when the level of service-civilization of server is maintained beyond that of guest, high-quality-service can be expected. In the future society, service for guest's satisfaction depend on the role of the first line server. Therefore the idea of internal-guest and internal marketing is risen. In order that service-enterprise of future produces service enough to satisfy guest, at first, it should satisfy server and make effort to raise the server's level of service-civilization.

한국어의 인칭범주 : 프랑스어 인칭체계와 비교연구 Etude compare´e avec le syste`me de la personne franc¸aise

La cate´gorie de la personne est indispensable dans l'acte de langage pour e^tre promue a` la dicibilite´. C'est a` dire que cette cate´gorie se pre´sente comme une condition fondamentale du langage et domine effectivement les syste`mes de l'espace et du temps. En franc¸ais, la personne locutive est elle-me^me analysable en terme d'espace et du temps. Dans ce rapport, sur le plan spatial, il proce`de d'une premie`re ope´ration de se´paration du Moi et du Hors-Moi. L'Hors-moi s'organise a` son tour selon le principe d'ite´rativite´, c'est-a`-dire qu'il se´pare toi de lui. Sur le plan temporel, le 'moi' devient 'je' et inclut le 'toi' qui devient 'tu', dans le rapport d'interlocution qui prend comme repe`re de temps l'instant de parole. C'est ainsi qu'on peut obtenir un syste`me de repre´sentation des personnes ranc¸aises et qu'on accorde la place aux le`re et 2e personne et celle accorde ´e a` la 3e personne. Par ailleurs, ce qu'on entend par la personne ne re´fe`re pas seulement a` une cate´gorie grammaticale purement formelle, mais aussi a` la pre ´sence humaine. Pour ainsi dire, la personne ne peut pas e^tre conside´re´e seulement au plan de l'e´nonce´, mais aussi au plan de l'e´nonciation. Le syste`me ordinal de la personne du franc¸aise a sa source dans un contrat associatif entre la personne de langage (la personne discours) et la personne de langue. En revanche, en core´en, on ne trouve non seulement pas de pronoms personnels intra-verbaux qui repre´senteraient le pocuteur et l'allocutaire, mais aussi les indicateurs core´eens correspondant au pronom personnel en franc¸ais, sont nombreux et diversifie´s l'extre^me. Cela veut dire que le core´en ne constitue pas en langue un syste`me ferme´, c'est-a`-dire, une repre´sentation de personne. Autrement dit, les personnes parlantes et e´coutantes ne s'inte´riorisent pas dans la langue. Mais, me^me si le core´en ne posse`de pas de personne de la langue, les e´nonce´s core´ens identifient la personne par le contexte et dans l'e´nonciation ou` la personne parlante est relativise´e par des conside´rations socio-culturelles ou socio-hie´rarchiques a` l'e´gard de la personne e´coutante. On peut trouver des traces d'ope´rations d'institutionnalisation des participants a` l'e´nonciation par, d'une part, des morphe`mes grammaticaux et par, d'autre part, certains types de pre´dicat qui sont lie´s aux instances e´nonciatives et impliquent des participants, sans marques explicites de de´termination re´fe´rentielle. Donc le core´en n'a pas de personne de la langue, mais la belle personne du discours.

Diagnosis or measurements using Infrared thermoimage hasn't been available. A quick diagnosis and thermal analysis can be possible when that kind of system is introduced to the investigation of each part. In this study, Infrared Camera, Thermovision 900 was used in order to investigate. Infrared Camera usually detects only Infrared wave from the light in order to illustrate the temperature distribution. Infrared diagnosis system can be applied to various field. Also, it is more effective to analyze temperature distribution on the welding parts during welding process. Especially, diagnosis using Infrared camera plays an important role on thermal analysis of Axle Casing Nut for Commercial Vehicles.
