      • 진양호 상류수계 수질특성에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study was to estimate plan of improvement using water quality data. The water quality and contamination sources were monitored from Mar. 2000 to Sep.2000 for the 16 points on the Upper Stream of Jin-yang lake. To monitor the water quality, water temperature, pH, DO, BOD, COD, SS, Turbidity, NH_3-N_3, NO_3-N, T-N, PO_4-P, T-P, etc were chosen as pollution parameter. The upper stream of Jin-yang lake were in serous problem because not treatment facilities for sewerage, livestock wastewater, agricultural chemical, etc. Population and domestic animals were as the major contamination sources of the streams. In order to recover the water quality of natural Nam river, the sewage treatment from the Upper Stream of Jin-yang lake base should be renovated or upgraded.

      • 3차원 시간영역 유한차분 방법을 이용한 마이크로스립 팻치 안테나의 해석에 관한 연구

        마이크로스트립 불연속의 주파수 의존 특성은 몇 가지 방법의 전파(full-wave) 해석법을 사용함으로서 해석되어져 왔다. 본 논문에서 다루고 있는 시간영역 유한차분법(FDTD)은 또 다른 전파 해석 방법중의 하나이며, 고주파 소자들에 대한 주파수 영역의 결과를 얻기 위한 이 방법의 적용은 상대적으로 새로운 접근법이다. 본 논문의 목적은 MMIC CAD 응용을 위한 마이크로스트립 안테나를 모델링하는데 있어서 3차원 시간영역 유한차분법의 타당성을 검증하는 것이다. The frequency-dependent characteristics of the microstrip discontinuities have previously been analyzed using several full-wave approaches. The finite difference time domain(FDTD) method in this paper is another independent approach and is relatively new in its application for obtaining the frequency-domain results for microwave components. The purpose of this paper is to establish the validity of the FDTD method in modeling microstrip antennas for MMIC CAD applications.

      • 殺蟲性 O,O-Diethylphenylphosphate 誘導體의 形態와 反應性에 關한 分子軌道論的 硏究

        Molecular orbital theoretical study on the stability of conformations and chemical reactivity of 0,0-diethyphenylphosphate derivatives were carried out by EHT and CNDO/2 molecular orbital calculation method. The results shown that the dipole moment(μ) and total energies of the θ=90° conformer were μ=3.185D & E_t=-162.6479(au) and also that of the θ=0° conformer were μ=5.596D & E_t=-162.4013(au), respectively. Therefore, the values of μ & E_t of the θ=90° conformer were much smaller than that of the θ=0° conformer. The form with angle of rotation θ=90° of phenyl ring was shown to be most stable and this was interpreted in terms of electrostatic and steric effect. O,O-diethylphenylphosphate derivatives are predicted to increase both charge and orbital controlled SN_2 reactivity of the electron withdrawing substituent reduces the HOMO & LUMO energy, while the electron withdrawing substituent due to increase in positive charge of phosphorus atom of phosphate molecule.

        With the advent of the new millenium, bioinformatics marked a significant milestone. The challenge facing computational scientists and laboratory scientists will be to aid in gene discovery and in th design of molecular modeling and experiments of other types that can potentially reveal previously unknown relationships with respect to the structure and function of genes and proteins. Biological studies begin with the study of huge databases to help formulate design large-scale experiments. Many computer tools are available to facilitate biological work and to handle this biological information. The databases strongly encourage the submission of sequence data related bioinformatics.

        痙攣性 腦-電氣衝擊에 의한 생쥐 視床下部 및 腦幹의 Monoamine 代謝의 變動에 관한 硏究

        Male ICR mice ranging from 15g to 20g were given a single ECS(1-ECS : 13mA, 1sec,100cps) daily or on alternate days for 10 days(5-ECS). The contents of monoamine metabolites in the hypothalamus and the brain stem(BS) were measured 10, 30. and 60 min after ECS-administration as well as before ECS. Contents of monoamine metabolites in the HT and the BS, such as 5-HIAA, MHPG, DOPAC and HVA increased rapidly after 1-ECS or 5ECS and then came down to the pre-ECS values. However, their increases induced by 5-ECS were significantly smaller than those by 1-ECS except the tedious increase of the hypothalamic HAV content. 5-HIAA and MHPG in the HT decrease significantly by the 4the administration of ECS in the course of the 5-ECS treatment. These results suggest that the repeated treatment of ECS may decrease the turnover rates of serotonin and noradrenaline in the hypothalamus.

        In motion estimation of moving pictures compression, fast block matching method using hierarchical search point displace and the pixel decimation is supposed. The method is based on TSS(Three step Search) method and pixel decimation. This method improves image quality and local minima by increasing search points, but operation counts that resulted from increasing search points are reduced by the pixel decimation method. So, the method can improve image quality and operation counts are nearly the same with TSS. MP@ML video is simulated by this method, which shows good results compared with TSS.

      • 決定圖에 基礎한 多重出力 組合디지털論理시스템 設計

        This paper presents a design method for multiple-output combinational digital logic systems using time domain based multiplexing(TDBM) and common multi-terminal extension decision diagrams(CMTEDD).The CMTEDDs represents extension valued multiple-output functions, while TDBM systems transmit several signals on a single lines.The proposed method can reduce the 1) hardware, 2) logic levels and 3) pins. In the logic system design, we use two types of decision diagrams(DDs), that is the common binary decision diagrams(CBDDs) and CMTEDDs. Also, we propose an algorithms to derive common multiple-terminal binary decision diagrams(CMTBDD) from CBDDs, and CMTEDDs from CMTBDDs.The CMTEDDs over CBDDs is more compactness in terms of number of non-terminal nodes, where the nodes for output selection variables are not included in the non-terminal nodes.In the logic design, each non-terminal nodes of an CBDDs and an CMTEDDs is realized by a multiplexer(MUX). In addition, we compare the proposed TDBM realization with the conventional one.

      • 주변 토지이용을 고려한 농촌마을 소하천 표준 단면 설계 : 농촌 주민의 하천 이용 형태를 중심으로

        The purpose of this study was to propose standard designs for the ecological improvement of rural streams. According to the survey about ecological conditions of rural streams of 10 rural villages (sept., 1996), the streams could be classified into three divisions(upstream, inner village, downstream), and the average width of streams was 9m, and the height of banks 3.1m. The slopes of basin were 7.33%, 2.67%, 1.39% at upstream, inner village, downstream respectively. The survey about the residents' usage of stream and the preferred activities(June, 1997) showed that the streams were most frequently used for the supply of agricultural water(39%) and for the washing(15%) and for the recreation and rippling(10%), etc.. First of all, three standard plans were designed presenting upstream, inner villages, and downstream, and then three standard sections were made based on each plan. Upstream was designed to be used for the recreational activities in summer and the major stream bank materials were base rock and existing boulders with the least artificiality. As the streams in the residential area were expected to be used and visible frequently, the most facilities for the streamside activity such as waterfront, water holes, shallows, water levels, walk, etc. were concentrated in this part with some artificiality. The downstream were designed for the agricultural use such as water supply, preparation of work and some break during the work.

        아므르불가사리 (Asterias amurensis)의 배우자를 이용한 남해해역 연안해수의 생물학적 수질평가

        This study was carried out to evaluate off-shore water quality and to draw marine pollution map to Southern sea in Korea by bioassay using gametes and early development system of Asterias amurensis. From the bioassay, it was determined that the water qualites of Southern sea maintained the grade Ⅱ, because development of A. amurensis were moderately inhibited. However, Sunchon, Kwangyang, and Jinhae Bay belonged to grade Ⅲ, because development of A. amurensis were strongly inhibited. This could be due to the inflows of several river systems and poor water circulation. The water quality at Yosu island was the grade I, because A. amurensis were not inhibited in its early development.
