The present study examined the subgroups of working mothers divided by work-family gains, work-family strains, work-parenting gains and work-parenting strains. Results from a cluster analysis with a sample of married and employed women with the youngest children under 12 years old (N=196) indicated the presence of three clusters. Cluster 1 was characterized by greater multiple role strains, lower satisfaction with life, a higher depression score, and more difficulties in work-family balance. This group also reported taking more responsibilities for household chores and parenting. Therefore, this group was named ‘multiple role conflicts type’. By contrast, Cluster 2 showed the characteristics of greater multiple role gains, more satisfaction with life, a lower depression score, and more balance in work-family roles. Individuals in this cluster also reported less responsibilities for household chores and parenting. Based on these characteristics, Cluster 2 was named ‘multiple role enrichment type’. Finally, Cluster 3 showed an average level of multiple role gains and strains. Based on these characteristics, Cluster 3 was named ‘multiple role neutral type’. The implications and suggestion for future studies were discussed.
Surrealist Filmmaker, Jan Svankmayer: Restoring Higher Reality Through Living and Breathing Objects

The purpose of this paper is to analyze how Švankmajer built on the Prague traditions of Puppetry and Mannerism and utilized animation techniques as an effective method to convey his thoughts, faith and desires in his films as a Surrealist artist. Jan Švankmajer is a Czech Surrealist artist and filmmaker who experiments with a combination of live-action with animation. He is largely known for his unique style of Surrealist art. The particular uniqueness of his art lies in borrowing from the Puppetry tradition to utilize effigies dolls, marionettes and puppets, and objects as elements to animate, and also borrowing of the visual conceit from the Mannerist tradition. Effigies and objects are juxtaposed with live actors in his films. Compositional mode of objects in images and separate cuts in his films are an influence of not only Surrealism but the Mannerist tradition that presents a form of montage or editing, a fragmentation of the image, and that contains the energies of that very fragmentation of the frame. Even though Švankmajer has publicly stated that he views animation as only one of several media he uses to express his Surrealist ideas and themes of alienation, distortion of reality and childhood, there is no doubt that consciously or subconsciously,Švankmajer senses that collage or bricolage of animated objects are the best means to achieve expression of his beliefs in his films. This unique visual and aesthetical characteristic of Švankmajer's films may be the reason why it would be fair for the public to acclaim him as a "master of animation."

Recently, the world economy is changing from manufacturing to service, focusing on improving the quality of life of well-being to reflect the social value of service-oriented economy has brought a quantitative increase in the cosmetic industry. Previous studies related to service quality and nail services were confirmed limitations as research conducted by most women. Therefore, this study aims to empirically verify the difference between the effects of the factors of service quality and service value to distinguish the groups around the sex and nail service frequency. Research data was collected from 200 people who have experience with nail services. The questionnaire was deployed in October 6, 2015 until October 30 for each of the selected target group. The results were as follows. First, according to effects of empathy between groups, group of women(d) was highest in men that group(a) was the lowest. The group between male(b) and female(c) showed no significant difference. Second, effects of differences about emotional value among groups, group of women(d) was also highest in men that group(a) was the lowest. Finally, according to effects of economical value among groups, group of women(d) was highest in that groups and women(c) was confirmed second order, however, groups in male(a, b) showed no significant difference.
광가교 덱스트란 하이드로젤을 이용한 PET 직물의 친수성 향상 가공

Dextran-methacrylate hydrogel was photo-cured onto hydrophobic PET fabrics to increase the hydrophilicity and decrease the static electricity. A novel photocrosslinking technique was applied to PET fabric treatment. Photocrosslinkable hydrogel precursor, dextran-methacrylate, was synthesized. A solution of dextran-methacrylate was sprayed onto PET fabric and photocrosslinking was conducted under a long-wave UV lamp (365 nm). The dextran-hydrogel treated PET showed a high increase in moisture content. As the hydrogel concentration increased, the moisture content of hydrogel treated PET increased gradually. Electric resistivity of dextran-hydrogel treated PET decreased with an increase in hydrogel concentration. Environmentally-friendly dextran hydrogel treated PET showed higher moisture content and a lower static electricity compared with those of untreated PET. However, other properties such as air permeability, whiteness, UV protection factor, and easy-care property were not significantly changed upon hydrogel treatment.
