        高靭性 纖維補强 시멘트 複合體를 使用한 耐震要素의 履歷特性

        Concrete is one of the principal materials for the structures and It is widely used all over the world While advanced technologies of concrete have been recently focused especially on developing high performance concrete In which possess high compressive strength and durability, such concrete shows extremely brittle failure under shear and tension To Improve such a poor properties, high performance fiber reinforced cement composites(HPFRCC) has been developed For forming multicrack, a large number of fiber and/or the high specific area with thinner fibers are required However, It causes difficulties for the extrusion because of the poor workability So, this theses was suggested adequate mixing method and mix proportion for cach fibers and experimentally observed Structural performance of the seismic devices made by steel bar and HPFRCC These dampers will be applied for reducing damage as weil as seismic response The advantages of the HPFRCC damper is selective structural performance, strength, stiffness, and ductility by changing configuration, bar arrangements and type of materials used The experimental results indicate that elemental ductility is much increased with decreasing damage when the HPFRCC are applied to the damper It means cementitious seismic damper for structure control is available, which has much merit in performance and cost

      • 공공도서관과 평생학습관의 기능적 통합의 가능성

        The purpose of this paper is to consider the nature of public libraries in the light of present and existing opportunities that they provide for adult lifelong learning, and to ponder the future of collaborative services with the lifelong learning center. The public library, then, has not become either a major center of formally organized adult education under its own initiative, nor does it serve as the officially designated library for the major agencies of formal adult edu-cation. Nevertheless, to the extent its means, in terms of materials and skilled personnel, the libraries provide opportunity for many peoples individually or organized into formal groups to continue their education as adults. But actually some Local Educational Authorities, such as Seoul and Kang-wondo, tried to change the public libraries to the “Lifelong Learning Center.” In recent, Korean public libraries have been suffering from the Government Restructuring, so that they have to downsize their personnel, librarians. There-fore, inside of the library, most of librarians have an antipathy to the move-ment to built the lifelong learning center. In this paper, there are some suggestion to network between the public lib-rary and the lifelong learning center; such as (1) functional networking a lib-rary and a learning center into a complex institution, (2) sharing the unique work with the two special personnel, librarians and adult educators.

      • 수치모델을 이용한 제주도 무릉리 주변해역의 조류 및 온배수확산특성

        The numerical models based on the shallow water wave equation and the diffusion equation were applied to the coastal mne of Murung-ri, Cheju Island to find out tidal current and thermal diffusion pheno-mena Computed maximun tidal current velocity during ebb and flood tide was almost 100 cm/sec and main directions of tidal current were South-East in flood and North-West in ebb tide, that was similar to the observation one. The thermal diffusion length of horizontal and verical directions from coastal zone were 3 km and 1 km. repectively during 1 tidal cycle based on numerical diffusion model. The diffusion pattern during tidal cycle was strongly related to tidal current velocity patterns.

      • 마산만 퇴적물의 중금속 및 유기염화합물 오염에 관한 연구

        마산내만 및 마산만 유임 주요하천의 오염퇴적물을 1988년 7월부터 1989년 8월에 걸쳐 채취하여 중금속 및 유기염소화합물을 분석하였다. 오염퇴적충의 뚜께는 10㎝에서 169㎝의 넓은 분포를 보였으며 조사지점의 중금속농도는 지점에 따라 많은 차이를 나타내었다. 특히 인근에 마산수출자유지역 및 조선산업이 위치한 조사 지점에서는 모든 중금속의 농도가 가장 높게 나타났다. 마산만 퇴적오염물 중금속 농도를 오염된 일본의 자료와 비교하였을때 Osaka만의 수온을 제외하고 모든 평균농도가 높게 나타났다. 유기염소화합물(PCB 및 DDE)의 농도는 주거지역 및 공장지대가 함께 위치한 산호천 및 마산시 연안지역에서 높게 검출되었다. 본 연구결과에 의하면 마산만과 같은 폐쇄성 해역에서 중금속 오염원으로 공장폐수가 고려될때는 퇴적된 오염물질의 중금속 분석이 좋은 척도가 철 수 있음을 시사하고 있다. Sediments were collected from Masan bay and two main waterways into Masan Bay in the period of July 1988 to August 1989 for the analysis of heavy metals and Organochlorine compounds. The polluted layer of black sludge had a wide range between 10㎝ to 169㎝ and the content of heavy motels was widely distributed from site to site. One site near the Masan free-export area and a shipmaking company was extremely contaminated by heavy metals. All the average concentration of heavy metals in the sediments from Masan Bay were higher than those from Japanese bays compared except Hg from Osaka Bay. Higher levels of PCBs and DDE were found in sediments from Sanho stream and along the coastal area of Masan city. The results obtained in this study imply that the heavy metal analysis of sediments may be a useful to reveal the pollution sources in a closed bay fuck as Masan Bay.

      • 대학 평생교육의 학점 인정에 관한 연구

        This study focuses on quality assurance in continuing higher education. Traditionally continuing higher education in Korea tends to focus on cultural education based on non-credit courses. But the laws and regulations under the Educational Reform suggest key ideas for the accreditation system in continuing education. These ideas are the 'credit bank system' and 'part time student'. According to these changes, the academic achievement of adult student can be evaluated as having been credited by reasonable standards applicable to both 'full-time' and part time students. Rather than selective instruction solely focused on the young adults, the continuing higher education reflects the necessity of access and involvement in university instruction by the qualified adult learner. The continuing higher education should stress the high standards of academic work, appropriate for a university, but in order to eliminate learning obstacles for adult learners, various methods should be considered such as distance education and credit transfers, external degree programs, experimental learning. Future efforts need to focus on innovative structures, national policies and adult oriented instructional strategies for greater access and participation by the adult community in lifelong education programs at universities.

      • 복합섬유 보강 고인성 시멘트 복합체의 인장거동

        An overview of the response highly ductile hybrid fiber reinforced cementitious composites to bending loading, direct tensile loading, and cyclic loading in both tension and compression is presented. Hybrid fiber reinforced cement composites(HFHCC) contains both of specially processed steel fiber( steel cord) and synthetic fiber. such as. Polyethylene(PE) and Polyvinyl alcohol(PVA). As the result of the bending tests. HFHCC specimen shows multiple cracking in the area subjected to the greatest bending tensile stress. Uniaxial tensile test confirms the range of tensile strain capacity from 0.5 to 1.5% when hybrid fiber is used. The cyclic loading test results identified a unique unloading and reloading response for this ductile composite. Cyclic loading in tension appears not to affect the tensile response of the material if the uniaxial compressive strength during loading is not exceeded.

      • 고추 탄저병 저항성 중간모본 ‘원예 100005호 ’,‘원예 100006호’ 육성

        Owing to frequent heavy rain due to abnormal weather, the occurrence of pepper anthracnose has recently increased, which affects the supply and demand of pepper. As a result, the price of red pepper powder in 2011, for example, increased three times compared to the average year. Although anthracnose of pepper plants has been controlled by fungicides until now, it is important to develop new resistant cultivars because of the reduction of the labor force in rural area and occurrence of new anthracnose strains resistant to fungicides. National Institute of Horticultural and Herbal Science developed two pepper lines, ‘Wonye 100005’ and ‘Wonye 100006’ that are resistant to pepper anthracnose. These lines were developed by continuous selection of progenies from a cross between ‘Wonye AR1’, which were developed from interspecific hybridization and ‘TF68’. The anthracnose resistance level of the two lines was higher than that of commercial cultivars and similar to check varieties showing highest level of anthracnose resistance.

      • 복합섬유 보강 고인성 시멘트 복합체의 특성

        In this paper, workability, fiber dispersion. compressive strength and splitting strength of hybrid fiber reinforced cement composites(HFHCC) have been investigated by means of Korean Standard (KS). Two type of HFRCC were constructed using fiber combinations of Polyethylene(PE) and steel fibers. Polyvinyl alcohol(PVA) and steel fibers. Test results showed that the fibers, when used in a hybrid form. could result in superior composite performance compared to their individual fiber reinforced cement Composites. Synthetic micro fibers. such as PE and PVA. are effective at imparting fiber dispersion and ductility to the steel fiber (five twisted steel fiber) reinforced cement Composite.

      • 感冒辨證에서 희수식 맥진기를 이용한 肺脈觀察의 臨床的 意義

        By useing hisusik-makjingi(희수식맥진기) we analysed lung-pulse of common cold patient. The result as fellow ; 1. In case of wind-cold common cold patient, It is short-avove pulse type and when cold transfer to fever it is dry-cold type pulse. 2. In a case of wind-heat, there is a pulse of above-frequent or frequent-stringed. And also we can find out that in a mild fever case there is not a frequent pulse meaning the heat. 3. In case of vutal energy shortage and yabggi deficiency, we can also notice that the pulse is so powerless. 4. The patient who have had an old complaint and a serious illness didn't show the accordance with the pulse and common cold type.
