벼의 여러 수확후 작업기술체계에서 발생하는 곡립손실

우리나라 벼 收穫作業에 適用되고 있거나 適用될 것으로 展望되고 있는 慣行乾脫穀 및 生脫穀收穫體系, 바인다 乾脫穀 및 生脫穀體系와 콤바인 收穫體系등 5種의 收穫作業體系에 對해 日本型品種인 아끼바레 品種과 統一系品種인 水原251號를 供試하여 收穫時의 穀物含水率에 따른 收穫損失量을 分析하여 우리나라 實情에 알맞은 收穫作業體系르 設定하기 위하여 綜合的으로 檢討한 結果를 要約하면 다음과 같다. 1. 아끼바레 品種의 收穫損失은 5種의 體系가운데 콤바인 體系에서 가장 큰 값을 보였으며 大體的으로 穀物含水率이 減少함에 따라 減少하는 傾向을 보였다. 또한 慣行乾脫穀 및 生脫穀, 바인다乾脫穀 및 生脫穀과 콤바인體系에서의 平均 總損失率은 0.80, 0.59, 0.68, 0.69 및 1.15% 였으며 統計分析結果 損失量은 穀物含水率, 收穫體系 및 이 두 處理間의 交互作用에 있어서도 高度의 有意性이 認定되었다. 2. 水原251號品種의 경우 慣行乾脫穀, 慣行生脫穀 및 콤바인 收穫體系에 있어서의 平均損失率은 各各 2.72, 0.91 및 2.64%로서 아끼바레 品種의 경우와는 若干 다른 경향을 보이고 있다. 3. 바인다으 乾脫穀 및 生脫穀體系에서의 放出損失은 各各 總損失의 27∼40% 및 40∼64%였다. 이러한 損失量은 各體系에 있어서 充分히 고려해야 할 量이며, 바인다를 收穫作業에 利用하기 爲하여서는 볏단에 加해지는 충격량을 줄일 수 있도록 바인다의 放出製圖改善이 要望된다. 4. 生脫穀 體系에서는 乾脫穀 體系에서 보다 損失量이 많았는데 이것은 在來 脫穀機의 選別裝置가 生脫穀에는 適合치 못하기 때문인 것으로 判斷되었다. 5. 慣行乾脫穀 體系에서 發生하는 損失量을 줄이기 爲해서는 慣行生脫穀體系 또는 바인다 生脫穀體系로의 技術的 전환이 强力히 要望된다. 收穫適期內에 收穫作業이 完了된다고 假定할 境遇, 慣行生脫穀體系에서는 慣行乾脫穀體系에서 發生하는 損失量을 55∼63%程度 줄일 수 있으며, 바인다 生脫穀體系에서는 慣行乾脫穀體系에서 發生하는 損失量의 10∼17%程度를 減少시킬 수 있을 것으로 期待된다. James Joyce의 작중인물의 Baffle에 관하여

Kain은 현대사회에 대한 Joyce의 입장을 "the visitor from a foreign land examining the customs of an age"라고 했다. 여기서 the customs of an age란 곧 Stephen이 non serviam을 천명했던 대상인 three nets라 할 수 있으며, Joyce의 거의대부분의 인물들은 이 nets의 idolater가 아니면 결과적으로는 그 희생물이라 할 수 있다. 우선 정치면에서 애란민족이 역사적으로 희구해온 것은 영국으로부터의 독립이었는데도 그 결과는 1948년에 안전독립을 성취할 때까지 줄곧 failure 에 귀착되고 말았다. 특히 C.S.Parnell 사후의 정치상을 Magalaner는 'Ivy Day in the Committee Room'에서 hell symbolism을 들어서 다음과 같이 말하고 있다. "It seems inconceivable that so disciplined a writer as Joyce would mention maybe a score of times the fire, smoke, cinders, and flames on the hearth of the committee room simply to tell the reader that the room contained a fire." Stanislaus의 말을 빌리면 종교면에서 Joyce는 "the church was cruel like an old whores"라고 했다지마는, 사실인즉 그는 God의 존재에 대해 불신한 것이 아니라, 그 대상은 "malevolent reality"에 있다고 한 Kenner는 Stephen을 통해 이렇게 말하고 있다. "Stephen never expresses doubt of the existence of God nor of the essential validity of the priestly office--his non serviam is not a non credo, and he talks of a 'malevolent reality' behind these appearances." 그렇다면 Tindall의 말이 여기에 대한 결말을 지어주는 듯하다. "The trouble is that the church fails to conform to his high ideal of what a church should be. Not he but the church is insufficiently Catholic." 여기에 덧붙여 생각할 수 있는 것은 당시 식민지로서 Ireland는 Glorious Revolution 이후 영국의 자본주의 노력팽창의 희생물이 되어 빈곤에서 헤어나지 못했던 사회실정이다. Joyce의 눈에 비친 the custom of age란 바로 이러한 현실이기도 할 것이다. Paddy Dignam의 장례식에 참석한 Bloom은 묘지에서 다음과 같이 생각한다. Daren't joke about the dead for two years at least. De mortuis nil nisi prius. Go out of morning first. Head to imagine his funeral. Seems a sort of a joke. Read your own obituray notice they say you live longer. Gives you second wind. New lease of life (107) 여기서 말한 "obituary notice"란 The visitor from foreign land격인 Joyce의 작품세계 그 자체를 말한 것으로 볼 수 있으며, Joyce의 역할과 사명은 현대사회 속에 있는 Dublin이란 cemetery에 "New lease of life"를 불어넣는 것이라고도 볼 수 있다. 그러기 위해서는 nets에 대한 도전이 불가피했던 것이며, 더우기 이 nets는 서로 엉켜 있는 실정이기도 하다. "Country, church, and mission are an inextricable unity, and in rejecting the two that weem to hamper him, the reject also the one on which he has set his heart." The Portrait 5장에서 Stephen은 그의 좌절당한 Pride에 대해 "... whose name and voice and features offended his baffled pride".라고 했다. 자기실현의 꿈과 욕구를 실현하려 할 때 어떤 방해에 의해 그 목적달성이 중단, 저지 또는 봉쇄된 상태를 baffle이라 한다. 이 때 방해의 요인은 객관적 사회적 현상에서처럼 외부에서 야기될 뿐만 아니라 개인의 능력, 의지력, 욕구수준의 정도와 종류, 그리고 사치관과 도덕관에 비추어 자신의 어떤 행동을 할 수 없을 경우처럼 내부에서도 그 요인을 찾을 수 있다. 이처럼 baffle의 요인은 외적인 것과 내적인 것으로 구분된다. Dublin시민들은 이 두가지 요인에 의해 정신적 또는 심리적으로도 독립된 그리고 융통성 있는 인격성과 창의성마저도 자의 또는 타의에 의해 상실당하는 수가 허다하다. 이들의 이 같은 신정을 iconoclast로서 Joyce는 이미 널리 알려져 있는 Dubliners 집필의도에서 밝히고 있다. "My intention was to write a chapter of the moral history of my country, and I chose Dublin for the scene because that city seemed to me the center of paralysis." 그러나 이 작품에 비해 1905년 10월 15일 Grant Picahrds사에 보낸 편지에서 Joyce가 말한 "the special odour of corruption"과 scrupulous meanness의 농도가 희박한 Ulysses를 처음으로 읽은 Jung은 그 인상을 이렇게 말하고 있다. Everything is desould, every partticle of warm blood has been chilled, events unroll in icy egoism. In all the book(Ulysses) there is nothing pleasing, nothing refreshing, nothing hopeful, but only things that are grey, grisly, gruesome, or pathetic, tragic, ironic, all from the seamy side of life and so chaotic that you have to look for the thematic connections with a magnifying glass.

수레바퀴 암치료법을 시행한 흉선암 환자에 대한 증례보고

Background : Advanced thymic cancer still remains as an intractable disease. The survival rate of advanced thymic cancer could be increased through chemotherapy and radiation, but the results have not been satisfactory. Objectives : To see whether wheel balanced therapy (WBT) has the therapeutic effects or not on advanced thymic cancer patient. Methods : A patient diagnosed with progression of thymic carcinoma with pleura metastasis visited the East-West Cancer Center (EWCC) on Feb 9th, 2011. The patient was treated with WBT for a period of 9 weeks from Feb 9th to Apr 16th. She stayed 6 weeks in hospital and took oriental medicine prescribed by EWCC. Computed tomography (CT) and blood test were used to evaluate the disease progression of the patient. Results : Mass of chest CT was stable for 2 months. The patient's quality of life improved during her hospital stay. Conclusions : This case study supports WBT may have efficacy in treating advanced thymic cancer patients.

HLA 기반 한국군 LVC 구축방안 제안 (시스템 관점 및 기술표준 관점을 중심으로)

지난 수년 동안 한국군은 실제전장과 같은 엘브이시(LVC) 합성전장환경 구축을 위해 노력해 왔다. 그러한 노력에도 불구하고 성과가 극히 미미한 상태이다. 이는 주로 작전요구 및 운용개념의 결여와 아키텍처와 기반기술에 대한 정책과 체계적 접근이 미흡한데 기인한다. 더욱이 엘브이시(LVC) 기본개념과 원칙에 대한 충분한 이해 부족과 더불어 기관 간에 이해가 상충함에 기인한다. 본 연구에서 저자는 작전운용 관점보다 시스템 관점과 기술표준 관점에서 에치엘에이(HLA) 아키텍처에 기반하여 엘브이시(LVC)를 구축할 것을 제안하고 있다. 한국군이 엘브이시(LVC) 구축을 위한 접근방법으로 우선 정보중심의 통합방법을 적용하고, 아키텍처 수렴노력의 일환으로 에치엘에이/알티아이(HLA/RTI)를 기반으로 구축하며, 에치엘에이(HLA) 인증시험과 페더레이션 연동시험을 강화하고, 국제표준인 디십(DSEEP), 디마오(DMAO) 및 피트(FEAT)를 도입 적용하며, 마지막으로 에브이시(LVC) 적합성 인증시험체계를 구축하여 적용할 것을 제안하였다. During the past several years the ROK military has made an effort to build LVC synthetic battlefield that reflects the real world environment. In spite of its efforts, little has been accomplished. The disappointing achievement is mainly due to the lack of operational requirements and concepts, and policies or systematic approaches on the architecture and technology. Furthermore, there is insufficient understanding on the basic concepts and principles, and conflicting interests between organizations. In this study, I propose to construct an LVC based on the HLA that focuses on the system view and technical standard view, rather than the operational view. The proposed approach employs the information centric integration, focuses on an architecture convergence efforts based on the HLA/RTI, emphasizes the HLA compliance test and federation test, adapts to DSEEP, DMAO, and FEAT, and finally invents and implements an LVC Compliance Test System.

조직문화와 정서노동과의 관계: 사회적 지지의 매개효과

The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between organizational culture(constructive and defensive culture) and emotional labor along with the social supports (supervisor support, colleague support). Using data obtained from a survey of 419flight attendants of a major airline company in south Korea. The results are as follows:Organizational culture had a significant effect on emotional labor. At this point, colleague support mediated the relationship between constructive culture and emotional labor. In addition, supervisor support and colleague support had a mediating role between defensive culture and emotional labor. This result concludes that flight attendants positively accept the essential manuals and safety regulations in the special working condition with a unified team service. Furthermore, the results show that social supports are an important job resource for flight attendants helping them reach their work-related goals.

초유에 함유되어 있는 면역조절물질인 MIEF가 B 세포의 분화에 미치는 영향

The levels of maternal immunity enhancing factor(MIEF), which is an immunomodulatory protein identified from bovine colostrum, were determined by indirect competitive enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) for the colostrum and normal milk collected during the first two weeks of lactation. The mean concentration of MIEF in the colostrum of the first day of lactation was 109mcg/ml, and fell from the third day of lactation to 3-4mcg/ml. The molecular weight of the purified MIEF determined by reducing SDS-PAGE and TSK G2000SW column chromatography was 22,000 and 24,000 daltons, respectively, showing that MIEF is a monomeric peptide in its native form. To examine the capacity of MIEF to induce differentiation of B lymphocytes, human tonsillar lymphocytes were cultured in the presence of different concentrations of MIEF, and then antibody secreting cells were enumerated by enzyme-linked immunospot(ELISPOT) assay. When added to cultures of human tonsillar lymphocytes, MIEF induced differentiation of resting B lymphocyte to antibody secreting plasma cells as efficiently as LPS.

양곡생산의 동적 모델에 관한 연구

A system dynamic model was developed to predict food grain production under the dynamic consideration of the production circumstances and inputs such as farm population, investment on agriculture, arable land, extensive technology and weather. By using the model, the variation of the food grain production from 1978 to 2008 was examined. The results of the model output says it is desirable that the persistent and long-term program should be studied to get necessary food grain production under the variational inputs and circumstances. 食糧 穀物의 安定的 生産은 國家的으로 큰 比重을 차지하는 問題로서 食糧生産計劃 樹立과 政策決定을 위해서는 向後의 食糧生産에 影響을 미칠 諸要因들의 有機的인 關系와 時間에 따른 變異를 勘案한 `動的인 考察`이 必要하다. 本 硏究에서는 食糧生産에 影響을 미치는 諸要因 卵 農村人口, 耕作規模, 叢業投資, 硏究 및 技術開發投資, 農業技術水準, 農家所得, 人口勳向, 氣候變異등을 考慮하여 食糧生産動向을 豫測하기 위한 system dynamic model을 作成하였고, 이를 通하여 2008年까지의 動向을推定하誤다 向後人口, GNP, 技術水準등은 時間이 經過함에 따라 增加 할것이나 耕作面積은 農材人口의 流出增加 趨勢에 따라 점점 減少할 것으로 推定되었다. 또한 農付人口는 農材人口 流出, 流入의 指標로 삼은 Income Ratio의 變異에 따라 本 Simulation Model의 基準年度인 1978年부터 1983年까지는 減少趨勢를 보이다가 以後부터 2006年傾까지는 增加 趨勢를 보일 것으로 推定되었다. 食糧生産量은 耕作面積의 減少率增加에도 不拘하고 技術水準이 向上됨에 따라 變化가 없을 것으로 예상되나 氣候의 變異에 크게 影響을 받게 될 것으로 豫測되었다. 따라서 食糧의 絶對量 確保를 위해서는 耕作面積의 擴大, 農業機械化를 通한 不足勞動力의 代替, 農業技術의 硏究·開發과 氣象變異에 對處하기 위한 用水 및 灌漑施設의 擴充등 持續的이며 長期的인 對策이 講究되어야 할 것으로 恩料되었다.
