        이정원 소장 필사 18장본 심청전의 이본론

        This paper aims to examine the Leejeongwon 18-chapter version of Simcheongjeon. According to the classification by Kim Youngsoo and Shin Horim, the Leejeongwon 18-chapter version belongs to Simpanggyu and Jangja groups. I compared the Leejeongwon 18-chapter version with a few versions of the Simpanggyu group (Choijaenam 22-chapter version, Paksunho 43-chapter version, Kimgwangsun 19-chapter version, and Jeongmunyoun 19-chapter version). As a result, I could determine that the Leejeongwon version was written earlier than the other versions and it directly influenced the Choijaenam version. According to manuscript records, it is estimated that the Leejeongwon version was written in 1829, because the Leejeongwon version was not influenced by Shinjaehyo version written by 1870. And the Leejeongwon version is supposed to have been written in Kyuongsang province because Kyoungsang dialect was mainly used in it and references to the area name of Yeju, Ulsan, which is in Kyoungsang province, were found in it. The distinguishing features of the Leejeongwon version are as below. First, it presents the typical Simcheongjeon in Gasa style. Second, it exhibits a transition period from Jangja group to Jangja’s wife group. Considering these features, we can gather three useful points from the Leejeongwon version. First, the Leejeongwon version is one of the earlier versions of Simcheongjeon whose time and geographical area of writing have been confirmed. Second, the Leejeongwon version is the full script of the earlier versions of Simcheongjeon in Gasa style. Third, the Leejeongwon version uses the Kyoungsang dialect of a certain period. 이 논문은 이정원 소장 필사 18장본 심청전을 학계에 소개하고자 한다. 이정원본은 김영수와 신호림의 분류에 따르면 심팽규 계열과 장자 계열에 속한다. 이정원본의 이본론을 위해 심팽규 계열인 최재남22장본, 박순호43장본, 김광순19장본, 정문연19장본과 대비하였다. 그 결과 이정원본은 비교 대상 이본들보다 앞선 이본이고 특히 최재남본에는 직접적인 영향을 준 이본임을 확인할 수 있었다. 이정원본의 필사 시기는 필사기(기축팔월십일닐등서우 짐)로 볼 때 1829년으로 추정된다. 이는 이정원본이 1870년 무렵에 나온 신재효본의 영향을 받지 않은 이본으로 확인되기 때문이다. 필사 지역은 경상도로 추정된다. 이는 이정원본에서 경상 방언이 보편적으로 쓰였고, 예주・울산과 같은 지역명이 발견되기 때문이다. 이정원본의 이본적 특징은 크게 두 가지이다. 첫째, 이정원본은 가사체 심청전의 전형적인 모습을 보인다. 둘째, 이정원본은 장자 계열에서 장자부인 계열으로 이행기 양상을 보인다. 이러한 특징에 기반하여 이정원본은 다음의 가치를 지닌다. 첫째 필사 시기와 지역을 확정할 수 있는 초기 심청전이다. 둘째 가사체 심청전 중 이른 시기의 완본이다. 셋째 이정원본은 특정 시기 경상 지역 문헌 방언을 보여주는 이본이다.

      • 食餌纖維素의 營養的 역할에 관한 考察

        Dietary fiber is the plant cell portions which are not hydrolysed by human digestive enzymes. It mostly consists of cellulose, .hemicelluloses, pectins, and lignin and is not synonymous with crude fiber, Dietary fiber has long been ignored as 'unavailable residues' in the field of human nutrition. In the last decade, however considerable attention has been focused on dietary fiber due to the epidemiologic correlations between the decrease in fiber intake and the increase in the incidence of modern diseases, such as coronary heart disease, colon cancer, diverticular diseases, diabetes, etc, Evidence is emergying that dietary fiber has quite serious roles in human nutrition and health because of its effects on gastrointestinal physiology-This paper discussed on its physiological effects on bowel motility, intestinal microflora, the excretion of bile acids, antitoxicity, and the absorption of many nutrients, The possible roles of dietary fiber in metabolic diseases - coronary heart disease and diabetes mellitus - are also reviewed.

        Al-Alkoxide 로 부터 Sol-Gel 법으로 제조한 Al2O3 의 분말특성

        Transparent alumina was prepared by a sol-gel process. The fabrication process comprises precipitation of aluminum monohydroxide, formation of sol and gel, and calcination of alumina. Thin Al₂O₃coatings were prepared on stainless steel by slow dehydration of an aqueous sol and subsequent heating in air. The alumina coating was transparent by calcination at temperatures up to 1000℃ above which it became opaque due to the formation of α-alumina phase. The total volume of micropores and the volume of pores larger than 80A in the synthesised alumina powder were decreased with increasing calcination temperature upto 1200℃ above which the latter was abruptly increased. The grain size was affected by PH of solution, mole ratio of H₂O/ASB, and reaction temperature. The lattice parameter was not affected by the above three parameters. The alumina powder synthesised by this method has both ultra-fine size and high purity. The high reactivity owing to high surface energy is thought to have contributed to obtaining this alumina powder at a relatively low sintering temperature of 1600℃.

        국소성 신세포암 환자에서 생존율에 영향을 미치는 예후인자

        Purpose: The prognostic factors influencing the survival rate of patients with localized renal cell carcinomas were evaluated. Materials and Methods: The records of 100 patients that had undergone a radical nephrectomy for renal cell carcinomas, and who were pathologically diagnosed with T1N0M0 and T2N0M0 carcinomas, between January 1990 and January 2002, were reviewed. The survival rate according to each prognostic factor, such as T1 or T2 stage, nuclear grade, histologic type, microscopic vascular invasion, the expression of p53 protein and the expression of Human Erythrocyte Glucose Transporter(Glut-1), was analyzed by the Kaplan-Meier method. Results: Among the 100 patients, metastases occurred in 11 and death in 10. The 5-year survival rates of the T1 and 2 were 84 and 89%, respectively. According to the Fuhrman grade, the 5-year survival rates for grades I, II, III and IV were 100, 87, 84 and 64%, respectively. According to the histologic type, the 5-year survival rates for the conventional type, papillary type and chromophobe type were 84, 100 and 88%, respectively. There was no significant difference in the survival rate between the groups, according to the stage, Fuhrman grade and histologic type(p>0.05). No statistical differences were noted between the two groups for microscopic vascular invasion, the expression of p53 protein and the expression of Glut-1(p>0.05). Conclusions: Localized renal cell carcinomas treated by a radical nephrectomy had a good prognosis(5-year survival rate: 85%). Fuhrman nuclear grade IV and microscopic vascular invasion tended to have poor prognoses. (Korean J Urol 2004;45:872-877)

        Decreased expression of galectin-3 is associated with the progressionof cervical neoplasia

        Objective : Galectin-3, a member of the β-galactoside-binding proteins, is an intracellular and extracellular lectin that interacts with intracellular glycoproteins, cell surface molecules and extracellular matrix proteins. Galectin-3 is expressed widely in epithelial and immune cells and the level of expression varies in many cancer cells relative to the normal tissues from which they arise. We investigated whether the expression of galectin-3 is associated with the progression of cervical neoplasia. Methods : The galectin-3 expression was evaluated by immunohistochemistry in 90 formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded cervical tissues: 10 normal cervical specimens, 20 low-grade squamous intraepithelial lesions (LSILs), 20 high-grade squamous intraepithelial lesions (HSILs), and 40 invasive squamous cell carcinomas (ISCCs). Results : The immunohistochemical staining showed that the expression of galectin-3 was strong in all normal cervical squamous epithelia. Staining gradually decreased in accordance with the histopathologic grades from an LSIL to an HSIL and an ISCC (P<0.001). In particular, the expression of galectin-3 was significantly decreased in HSILs (P=0.001) and this down-regulation was more pronounced in ISCCs than normal tissues (P<0.001). Conclusion : These data constitute the first observation that the expression of galectin-3 is down-regulated in cervical cancer tissues and suggest the decreased expression of this galactoside-binding lectin is associated with the progression of cervical neoplasia 목적 : Galectin-3는 β-galactoside-결합 단백의 일종으로 세포내 당단백, 세포표면 물질 그리고 세포외 기질 단백과 상호작용하는 세포내 및 세포외 lectin이다. Galectin-3는 상피세포 및 면역세포에 널리 발현되고 그 발현정도는 여러 암종에서 정상 조직에 비해 다양하다고 알려져 있다. 본 저자들은 galectin-3의 발현이 자궁경부종양의 진행에 관여하는지 연구하고자 하였다. 연구 방법 : Galectin-3의 발현은 면역조직화학법을 이용하였는데 전체 90개의 파라핀-고정 자궁경부 조직(10개의 정상자궁경부 표본, 20개의 저등급 편평상피내병변(low-grade squamous intraepithelial lesions; LSIL), 20개의 고등급 편평 상피내병변(high-grade squamous intraepithelial lesions; HSIL), 그리고 40개의 침윤성 편평세포암(invasive squamous cell carcinomas; ISCC))을 사용하였다 결과 : Galectin-3의 발현은 모든 정상 편평상피에서 강하게 발현되었다. 염색 강도는 LSIL에서 HSIL 그리고 ISCC로진행하는 조직병리학적 단계와 일치하게 점진적으로 감소되었다(P<0.001). 특히, 그 발현은 정상조직에 비하여 HSILs에서 유의하게 감소되었고(P=0.001), ISCC에서는 더욱 확실하게 하향 조절됨을 보여 주었다 (P<0.001). 결론 : 상기의 결과는 galectin-3가 자궁경부암 조직에서 하향 조절된다는 최초의 관찰이며 이런 galectin-3의 발현 감소가 자궁경부종양의 진행에 연관이 있음을 시사한다.
