마이크로 LED를 사용한 DOE 광학계의 색수차 보정 연구

본 논문은 10~100㎛ 수준의 마이크로 LED가 수십 개를 배열하였을 때 광학계를 적용하여 광원의 모양이 조사 면에 똑같이 생기도록 시뮬레이션 하였다. 이때 광학계를 통과한 빛이 근접거리의 조사면에서 발생하는 색수차를 보완 하고자 렌즈의 표면에 DOE 계수를 적용하였다. 렌즈 표면에 DOE 계수값이 적용되지 않은 렌즈와, 적용된 렌즈의 시뮬 레이션 결과를 통해, 개선된 점을 확인하고 응용 분야에 대해 가능성을 볼 수 있었다. 본 연구를 통해서 각 산업에서 도입기에 머물고 있는 마이크로 LED를 조명의 광학분야에서 응용될 수 있는 방안과 단점을 보완할 수 있는 방법을 고 안하였다. In this paper, it simulated the shape of the light source evenly on the irradiation surface by applying the optical system when the micro LEDs of 10 to 100 ㎛ level arranged several chess. At this time, in order to complement the chromatic aberration generated at the irradiated surface of the light passing through the optical system, the doe coefficient was applied to the surface of the lens. Through the simulation results of the DOE coefficient value applied to the lens surface and the applied lens it was possible to see the improved points and see the possibility of the applied field. Through this research, we devised a method to be able to complement a scheme and a disadvantage that can apply micro LEDs in the optics field of lighting, which are only in the introduction period in each industry.

BACKGROUND: The purpose of this study is to examine physical characteristics of and initial biological properties to anodized titanium treated with poly(D,L-lactide-co-glycolide) (PLG) mixed with recombinant human bone morphogenic protein-2 (rhBMP-2). METHODS: Titanium specimens were prepared in groups of four as follows: group NC was anodized under 300 V as control; group PC was anodized then dropped and dried with solution 0.02 ml PLG; group D was anodized then dropped and dried with solution 0.02 ml PLG/rhBMP-2 (3.75 lg per disc); and group E was anodized then coated with 0.02 ml PLG/rhBMP-2 (3.75 lg per disc) by electrospray. Human osteoblastic-like sarcoma cells were cultured. Cell proliferation and alkaline phosphatase (ALP) activity test were carried out. Runx-2 gene was investigated by the reverse transcriptionpolymerase chain reaction. Immunofluorescence outcome of osteogenic proteins was observed. RESULTS: After 3 days, there were significantly higher proliferations compared rhBMP-2 loaded titanium discs with rhBMP-2 unloaded discs. The ALPase activity on rhBMP-2 loaded titanium discs was significantly higher than in rhBMP-2 unloaded discs. The expression level of Runx2 mRNA presented the highest on the PLG/rhBMP-2-coated surface. CONCLUSION: PLG polymers mixed with rhBMP-2 might improve proliferation, differentiation and osteogenic protein formation of cells on the anodized titanium.
Electro Diagnostic Nerve Feeling Assay in In-Vivo Muscles

In the nerve networks, feeling/sensing controls are dependent on the neurotransmitters current. Signal detection for this current was searched using voltammetric circuits with three-electrode systems under cyclic voltammetry (CV) and chronoamperometry in the muscle and in-vivo brain. A working electrode was inserted into the rat brain’s 0.5-mm core under anesthesia, using a needle-type 0.3-mm-diameter macro. 10-mm-long inserted 5 mm deep and then cemented with a tooth binder and subsequently connected to the voltammetric workstation. Under the implanted conditions, various feeling senses for light, sound, and smell were examined. The results were applied to the detection of the spirit feeling current, five senses assay, and thinking neuro signals. The methods are found to be applicable in nerve detection, argument body control, and physiological behavior study.
Acoustic character recognition via electrochemical in-vivo nerve feeling assay

Aims ; In the future, brain computer interfacing technology expects to have a strong emergence of human. Methods ; Brain diagnosis technology depends on the measurement of neuronal currents, similar to the strength inside of a biological body strength of feeling sensation, and muscle activity. Results ; For that purpose, the present study investigated the electrochemical brain signals by using electrochemical three-electrode systems with cyclic voltammetry (CV) and chronoamperometry on the muscle surface. Conclusions ; Under these conditions, neuro application of character recognition was obtained, and developed results can be applied to acoustic intonation sensing assay.
예비 유아교사의 과학교수지식과 창의적 인성이 과학교수효능감에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to provide a basic material for pre-service teachers of young children to conduct science education by exploring the level of creative personality, knowledge for science teaching and science teaching efficacy of students majoring in Early Childhood Education and the relationship among their creative personality, knowledge for science teaching and science teaching efficacy. Thus, this study established research questions as follows; "What's the level of creative personality, knowledge for science teaching and science teaching efficacy of pre-service teachers of young children?" and "Do knowledge for science teaching and creative personality of pre-service teachers of young children have effect on their science teaching efficacy?" For this purpose, this study conducted a questionnaire survey on 148 students majoring in Early Childhood Education in 4-year universities located in Gyeonggi-province. As the result of the study, there was high level of correlation among creative personality, knowledge for science teaching and science teaching efficacy of pre-service teachers of young children. 본 연구는 예비 유아교사들의 과학교수지식과 창의적 인성, 과학교수효능감이 어떠한지 살펴보고, 과학 교수지식, 창의적 인성과 과학교수 효능감과의 관계를 알아봄으로써 예비유아교사를 위한 유아과학교육의 기초 자료를 제공하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 경기 지역의 4년제 대학 유아교육과에 재학 중인 148명을 대상으로 설문연구를 진행하였다. 연구결과 예비유아교사들의 창의적 인성과 과학교수지식, 과학교수효능감은 서로 높은 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 창의적 인성과 과학교수지식이 과학교수효능감에 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 유아예비교사들의 다양하고 깊이 있는 과학관련 지식의 습득은 과학교육 시행에 대한 불안감을 감소시켜줌으로써 과학에 대한 긍정적 태도를 증진시키고 과학교수 효능감을 높이는 것을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 교사양성교육과정에서 과학교수지식의 신장을 위한 이론과 실습을 연계할 수 있는 체계적 실험실습 프로그램이 다양하게 개발되고 효과적으로 적용됨으로써 학생들의 과학교수 효능감을 높일 수 있도록 하여야 할 것이다.
