      • Fast Messy Genetic Algorithm을 이용한 병렬전단벽 건물의 최적설계

        Optimally designed coupled shear wall building needs to satisfy cost minimization, inter-story drift limits, code specifications on strength design and practical dimensions following building modules. Fast Messy Genetic Algorithm(fmGA) is used for discrete optimization of reinforced concrete coupled shear wall building subject to combinations of gravity loads and lateral loads. Difficulties in finding optimum sections from semi-infinite set of member sizes and reinforcement arrangements are alleviated by constructing data sets containing a finite number of sectional dimensions of coupling beams and coupled shear walls in a practical range. Optimum wall thickness and wall width, vertical and horizontal wall reinforcements, coupling beam depth, flexural reinforcements for positive and negative moments of coupling beam shear reinforcements of coupling beam are found by the developed algorithm. It is shown that the Fast Messy Genetic Algorithm was able to reach optimum design for reinforced concrete coupled shear wall buildings.

        우레탄아크릴레이트 수지를 이용한 고분자바인더의 기계적 특성 향상

        A novel polymer binder with excellent mechanical properties was synthesized by blending polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) and urethane acrylate (UA). As a result of comparing the mechanical properties according to the type and content ratio of polyol, it was confirmed that shear adhesion and transmittance were improved when 5 wt% of UA was mixed. The cross-linking point and amorphous region increased through the mixing of PMMA and UA. As a result of spectrophotometer (UV-vis) measurement, the transmittance increased to 94% in the visible ray region of 370 nm. In addition, through universal testing machine (UTM) measurement it was confirmed that the tensile strength increased by 30% and the elongation by 16% at the UA content of 5 wt%. The application of UA is expected to be a promising technology to be applied to the field of transparent binders for road marking in the future.

        18-45岁成年女性的痤疮实况与认知

        Purpose: This study aims to propose a fundamental method in preventing the occurrence of acne in adult women and suggest an efficient way of protecting individuals who are highly vulnerable to acne. Acne, one of the most common skin problems, is characterized by a high prevalence and recurrence rate as well as difficulty to achieve a complete cure. Therefore, daily care for acne is important. Methods: Data were collected from May 1, 2019 to May 17, 2019. Frequency and percentage values were assessed using the SPSS program along with the chi squaretest. Results: Regarding the worsening factors, the first factor that aggravates the symptoms of acne is poor facial hygiene. The second non-dietary factor is chronic stress, and there are genetic causes for the symptoms. In addition, dietary factors include excessive intake of milk tea. The third factor is excessive sleeping or lack of sleep. According to the findings of the study, 1) most respondents answered that they had acne breakouts on their face or body; 2) most acne cases first occurred at the ages of 14–16 years; 3) there were irregular ongoing cases of acne over 3–5 years; and 4) most acne conditions were characterized by black-heads/white-heads. When acne worsens, the methods to treat it are frequently washing the face and drinking plenty of water. Moreover, squeezing the acne by hand, non-professional treatment, incorrect medical knowledge regarding acne, and lack of an appropriate medical diagnosis and prescription may worsen it. Conclusion: The study provided satisfactory and effective acne management scheme applicable to current daily living in addition to appropriate acne management and maintenance methods that will be useful for the skin-care industry. 目的: 通本研究试图为预防成年女性痤疮的发生提供一个基本的来源,并为保护易发痤疮的人群提供更有效的 方法。痤疮是最常见的皮肤问题之一,其特点是发病率和复发率高,且难以完全治愈。在这种情况下,痤疮的 日常护理是很重要的。方法: 数据采集时间为2019年5月1日至2019年5月17日。我试图解决频率和百分比使用 SPSS程序并进行了x²值分析。结果: 当涉及到其恶化的因素,第一个因素加剧他们的症状是人们不正确洗脸方 式。第二个非饮食因素是:慢性压力。第三个饮食因素是奶茶摄入过多,睡眠过晚或睡眠不足。本研究的结果 可以概括如下。大多数受访者回答:他们的脸上或身上长了痤疮;痤疮大多发生在14岁至16岁之间;有不规则的持 续的痤疮史;痤疮的形成时间为 3-5年;大部份痤疮特点是粉刺(黑头或白头)。受访者用来治疗痤疮的方式是:经 常洗脸,喝大量的水,用手挤压粉刺等非专业的治疗方式,没有医生的正确诊断和处方,对痤疮医学知识的错误认识 处于严重的水平。结论: 本研究基于为现代人提供更满意和更有效的痘痘管理方案为目的,通过调查后在皮肤行 业中提供适当的痘痘管理和保养方法为之提供补充资料。

        LDA 토픽모델링을 활용한 국내 치유시설과 치유프로그램 연구 동향

        Korean healing research has developed over the past 20 years along with the growing social interest in healing. The field of healing research is diverse and includes legislated natural-based healing. In this study, abstracts of 2,202 academic journals, master's, and doctoral dissertations published in KCI and RISS were collected and analyzed. As for the research method, LDA topic modeling used to classify research topics, and time-series publication trends were examined. As a result of the study, it identified that the topic of Korean healing research was connected with 5 types and 4 mediators. The five were “Healing Tourism,” “Mind and Art Healing,” “Forest Therapy,” “Healing Space,” and “Youth Restoration and Healing,” and the four mediators were “Forest,” “Nature,” “Culture”, and “Education”. In addition, only legalized healing studies extracted from Korean healing research and the topics were analyzed. As a result, legalized healing research classified into four. The four types were “Healing Spatial Environment Plan”, "Healing Therapy Experiment", “Agricultural Education Experiential Healing”, and “Healing Tourism Factor”. Forest Therapy, which has the largest amount of research in legalized healing, Agro Healing and Garden Healing which operate similar programs through plants, and Marine Healing using marine resources also analyzed. As a result, topics that show the unique characteristics of individual healing studies and topics that are considered universal in all healing studies derived. This study is significant in that it identified the overall trend of research on Korean healing facilities and programs by utilizing LDA topic modeling.

        설사자돈으로부터 병원성대장균, 캠필로박터속균 및 살모넬라속균의 분리동정

        This study was conducted to isolate etiological agents from the 103 scouring piglets in Gyeongnam area and also carried out antimicrobial drug susceptibility test and epidemiogical served. The incidence of scouring piglet was most prevalent as 81.6% in the age of 2 to 4 weeks after birth, while the rate was less than 10% in the age of 5 to 6 weeks and under 1 week after birch. When compared the isolation frequency of the each etiological agent, enteropathogenic E. coli was most prevalent as 46.6%, thermophilic Campylobacter 26.2% and Salmonellae was 8.7% in order. In the OK serotyping for 117 isolates of enteropathogenic E. coli, type 0141 : K85 (20.5%), 0157:K88ac(14.5%), 0138:K81 and 0149:K91 (13.3%) were encountered most frequently. In the biotyping for 27 isolates of thermophilic Campylobacter, most strains of C. jejuni were belong to type I (50.0%) and II (25.0%), and most strains of C. coli were belong to biotype I (78.9%). In the serotyping for 9 strains of Salmonellae, 3 strains were grouped as D, 2 strains as C. and each 1 strain was group B and E. The other 2 strains were untypable. The 117 isolates of enteropathogenic E. coli were resistant more than 90% to erythromycin, penicillin, tetracycline and streptomycin, wherease about 90% of the isolates were sensitive to kanamycin and gentamicin. In the case of Salmonellae, all of the isolates were resistant to penicillin, but about 89% of the isolates were sensitive to gentamicin and colistin. All of C. jejuni and C. coli isolates were resistant to cephalothin, but more than 89% of C.jejuni and C. coli were sensitive to kanamycin and gentamicin.
