차전자,복령의 복합 물추출물(CJB)이 고지방사료로 유도된 비만 생쥐의 조직형태 및 조직병리학적 변화에 미치는 영향

Objectives : Obesity is a chronic metabolic disease caused by disorder of energy balance and lipid metabolism. This study was conducted by histopathology and histomorphometry to investigate the anti-obesity effects of mixed water extract of Plantaginis Semen & Poria (CJB) on liver, epididymal fat pads and pancreas zymogen granules in obese rats induced with high fat diet, Method : Male Sprague-Dawley rats to be divided four groups were fed into four different treatments: normal (NOR) diet, high-fat (HF) diet, HF diet+CJB (100 mg/kg and 300 mg/kg, P.O.) for 8 weeks. The weekly body weights were measured in four experimental groups, respectively. Also histopathological and histomorphometrical changes of liver, epididymal fat pads and pancreas zymogen granules were observed in normal control and obese rats, respectively, Results : Adminstration of CJB significantly reduced body weights compared to those of HF group for experimental period. After 8 weeks, liver weights in the CJB groups were lower than those of HF group. In addition, HF diet related steatohepatitis, adipocyte hypertrophy, exocrine disturbances (decreases of pancreatic zymogen granules) were also dose-dependently inhibited by treatment of test material, CJB 100 and CJB 300 as compared with HF group, respectively, Conclusion : Based on the results, it is considered that CJB will be showed hepatoprotective and anti-obese effects, may be directly and/or indirectly mediated by pancreatic zymogen granules because they dose-dependently inhibited steatohepatitis, hypertrophy of adipocytes and decreases of pancreatic zymogen granules induced by HF diet supply, respectively.

Objectives : This study was conducted to investigate the anti-obesity effects of mixed water extract of Plantaginis Semen & Poria (CJB) on obese rats induced with high fat diet. Method: Male Sprague-Dawley rats were divided into three groups; Normal group, high-fat (HF) group, HF+CJB(100 mg/kg, P.O.) for 8 weeks. The body weight, food intake and weights of adipose tissues were measured, respectively. Lipid profiles in serum were analyzed by automatic analyzer of blood. Obese marker proteins and the changes of NPY and LR immunoreactivities in hypothalamus were analyzed by Western blot and immunohistochemistry. Results : CJB significantly reduced body weight, food intake, adipose tissue weights compared to HF group. Serum triglyceride and total cholesterol were significantly higher in HF group than in Normal group however, CJB significantly lowered those of HF group. HDL-cholesterol level in CJB groups was elevated compared to HF group. The pAMPK in hypothalamus were decreased in that of HF group and that of CJB group decreased. Inversely, ACC was increased in HF group and that of CJB groups decrease. Expression of PPAR□ in hypothalamus was increased by CJB treatment. However, PPARα levels in CJB group were decreased compared to HF group. The expressions of NPY and LR in PVN and ARC of hypothalamus were decreased in CJB group, respectively. Conclusion : Administration of CJB can play anti-obesity through regulations of NPY and LR activities and obesity marker proteins in obese rat`s hypothalamus.

Dementia is a syndrome characterized by a decline in multiple fields of cognitive domains. One of etiology of dementia is cerebrovascular disease. This is a case of multi-infarct dementia(MID) patient with functional mental disorders. The patient was treated with scalp acupuncture. After treatment, improvement was seen in cognitive domains.

Objective : The purpose of this report is to examine the effects of direct moxibustion in the Low back pain patient. Methods : Clinical studies were done 30 patients who were treated with low back pain to Dept. of Acupuncture & Moxibustion, of Oriental Medical Sang-Ji University from September 1, 2003 to August 31, 2004. We treated them by Oriental medical therapy(including direct moxibustion)for 10 days. The evaluation was performed five times(admission day, before and after each twice). Results : 1. VAS was decreased after direct moxibustion for 10 days significantly(p<0.01). 2. After direct moxibustion, S.L.R. T angle of patients were increased. ConclUsions : We brought to the conclusion that direct moxibustion has possibility to the efficient to cure the Low back pain. So we suggest the possibility to use this treatment for Low back pain.
$41^{\circ}YX\;LiNbO_3$ 기반 SAW 압력센서 개발

Single phase unidirectional transducer (SPUDT), 리플렉터, 웨이퍼 본딩 패키지로 구성된 표면탄성파 (surface acoustic wave, SAW) 기반 압력센서가 개발되어 졌다. Coupling of Mode (COM) 모델링에 의한 소자의 시뮬레이션 및 최적 설계 변수가 얻어졌다. Finite Element Methods (FEM)를 통해 주어진 압력에 따른 다이어프램 벤딩, 스트레인/스트레스 변화 및 SAW 속도변위가 미리 예측되어졌다. 유출된 최적 설계 변수를 이용 440 MHz SAW 기반 압력센서가 41o YX LiNbO3 기판 위에서 제작되어졌다. 고 S/N 비, 임펄스 리프렉션 피크, 작은 에러 피크가 관찰되어졌다. 측정된 S11 결과는 COM 모델링 및 FEM 시뮬레이션 결과와 일치함을 보였다. This paper presents a novel surface acoustic wave (SAW)-based pressure sensor, which is composed of single phase unidirectional transducer (SPUDT), three reflectors, and a deep etched substrate for bonding underneath the diaphragm. Using the coupling of modes (COM) theory, the SAW device was simulated, and the optimized design parameters were extracted. Finite Element Methods (FEM) was utilized to calculate the bending and stress/strain distribution on the diaphragm under a given pressure. Using extracted optimal design parameters, a 440 MHz reflective delay line on 41o YX LiNbO3 was developed. High S/N ratio, shan reflection peaks, and small spurious peaks were observed. The measured S11 results showed a good agreement with simulated results obtained from coupling-of-modes (COM) modeling and Finite Element Method (FEM) analysis.

The purpose of these studies are clarity the charcteristics on the establishing site and transter process of Seonlogy in aspect of geographic. The results are as follow : The later shila is a mature age of Wha-Eum Buddhism. Those who had leamed Wha-Eum Buddhism, were abroad into Dang through the sea routes. There are tow ways. One is from Nam-Yang bay (especially Dang-Eun port) to sandong peninsula, the other is from Yong-Am area (contained wan island)to sang-hai. The Seon cone sect of Buddhism, had a religious power among the southern chinese of ancient Dang. In that time, there were stayed shila Buddhist monks who hoped the change from the Wha-Eum to the Seon. After they had learned the Seon of Buddhism and they came back to shila(Moo-zoo area) from the southern China. so the Seon was transfered through the sea route. Buddhism culture of Seon was mainly reached at the western and southern cost of Korean peninsula in the later shilla and early korea dinasty and religious acting places were moved into marginal land inner mountain lands which were aparted from the mainland. Representative nine sects of zen located in the Mountain high land and they were named Nine Mountain of Seon. Concerned with establishing in mountain land. Also, those sites of temples Became the original places which opened the Korean Seon Buddhism. Those places were in spite of economic disadvantageous, main-tained a charactistics of good land to ascetic practices for Buddhist monk. Because the most of natureal landscape was a great and beautiful, religious activities were advantageously suited in those places. Additionally, all of the kings of Korea dinasty were selected the Buddhism as a state religion, the Buddhism was more dere-loped than in shila, especially, the Seon of Buddhism appeared powerfully religious sects and many of the priests of the Seon were appointed the national and the royal priest, ceaselessly, about five hundred temples were built in according to Do-Suns theory was concerned with the land developing thought which the bad land changed into the good one. This theory was applied to the choice of the site for nine mountain of Seon so that in nowday we can see the tower and the iron Buddhist statue at Bong-Am and Bo-Rim temple which are typical center of nine Mountains of Seon. 거대 세포종에 의한 대퇴골 전자간 병적골절에 대한 치료

거대 세포종은 전체 골종양의 약 5% 내외의 분포로 발생한다고 알려져 있고 대부분 장골의 골단부 골간단에 발생하며 미세 골절이나 병적 골절이 드물게 동반되기도 한다. 거대 세포종에 의한 대퇴골 전자간 병적 골절의 경우에는 대퇴골 전자간 분쇄골절의 치료도 쉽지는 않은데 재발을 잘하는 거대 세포종에 의한 병적 골절의 경우 종양을 완치시키고 골절도 유합시키야 하는 어려움이 있다. 저자들은 대퇴골 전자간에 발생한 거대 세포종에 의한 병적 골절을 소파술 및 동종골 이식술 후 압박 고 나사 고정술로 치료한 1례를 경험하였기에 문헌 고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다. Giant cell tumor accounts for about 5% of all bone tumors occuring at epi-metaphysis. Giant cell tumors are rarely associated with micro-fractures or pathologic fractures. Communited intertrochanteric fracture of femur itself is difficult to obtain f m union, and in case of pathologic communited intertrochanteric fracture of femur due to highly recurrent giant cell tumor, it is arduous task to obtain fm union and treat the cancer at the same time. We hereby report a case of pathologic fracture of femoral intertrochanter due to giant cell tumor which was treated by compression hip screw fixation after curattage and allogenous bone graft.
