Various fields of international law are always on the dynamic track of change. The development of international law is mainly triggered by the rapid, sometimes unexpected change of international realities. The development of international law on human rights, economic relations, democratic governance, use of force, and environmental issues is the best example for reflecting and echoing the movement of international law. Although it is reflected by new realities and challenges in international relations, international law on diplomatic relations, specifically international law on privileges and immunities of diplomats, seems to maintain its original form, contents and status in the pantheon of international law. Under the impact of globalization on international relations, the role of diplomats becomes more complicated and multifaceted. For the purpose of facilitating the activities of diplomats, privileges and immunities of diplomats should be respected by both international law and domestic law of every State. Also, privileges and immunities of diplomats should be enjoyed within scope of international law on diplomatic relations. Put it differently, the most critical thing is how to find out the middle path for striking the balance between the respecting the domestic laws and regulations of receiving State and the independence of diplomats’ activities of sending State. This article explores various aspects of international law on diplomatic relations. For example, difference between state immunity and diplomatic immunity, inviolability of the mission premises, personal inviolability, immunity from jurisdiction, immunity from execution, diplomatic bag, waiver of immunity, and duties of the mission towards the receiving State are analyzed in detail with relevant case study. Reviewing the dynamics of law on the diplomatic relations, this article foresees the desirable direction of the development of law on diplomatic relations and suggests the best way to strike the balance between the mutual interests of sending State and receiving State.

본 연구는 색채 추천 시스템인 안드로이드 모바일 앱 디자인을 위한 머티리얼 디자인 컬러시스템(Material Design Color System)의 배색에 관한 연구로 머티리얼 디자인 컬러 시스템과 기존의 배색 방법, 색채 구성 등의 배색 시스템을 모바일앱에 적용시켜 비교해 보았다. 머티리얼 디자인 컬러시스템은 3 색 이상의 배색일 경우 일반적인 주조색, 보조색, 강조색의 배색을 위한 색상 구성과 다르며, 모바일 앱이라는 특징적인 배색 영역 또한 다른 양상을 보여 주었다. 머티리얼 디자인의 컬러 팔레트는 정해진 색상의 규칙적인 색조 단계를 자동으로 시스템화하여 색상 선택을 용이하게 하였지만, 강조색에 대한 선택 사항이 없어 강조색의 선택과 그에 따른 정확한 배색 방법에 대한 가이드라인이 필요하다.
Minimalism Design의 색채 감성에 관한 연구

Minimalism which had grafted practical attributes of Modernism onto a field of design has been used to mean the mode of visual expression in the design as a part of art movement since 1960. Especially, the minimalism design in products mostly seen in simple and neat in form through using basic, geometric elements to accentuate morphological characteristics. The object of this study is to figure out how consumers think and feel about the color of minimalism design by analyzing between the associative color sensitivity images that consumers assume and the color sensitivity images that consumer feel after seeing minimalism designed products. As the result of survey using SD(Semantic Differential) method, it is shown that customers picked grizzled colors as the most suitable color for minimalism design both when they made assumption of minimalism design based on thoughts of it as simple, chic, and casual and when they chose the color after seeing the actual image of product. Although sensitivity adjectives and colors in minimalism design scored high in same field regardless of witnessing actual product, for the associate colors, Vp(very pale) tone was chosen a lot more on the other hand, after they had seen the actual image of product Dgr(dark grayish) tone scored more, which make it possible to consider the wider range of color choice for minimalism product design. As the result of the study, we suggest novel range of color group of minimalism product according to user"s emotional decisions.

The aim of this study was to examine the relationship between psychophysiological information (i.e., heart rate variability) and a subjective anxiety measure (i.e., CSAI-2) in athletic performance. Methods: Ten female basketball players in a professional league participated in this study, and their heart rate variability and anxiety were assessed a total of six times during five days. Results: In result, partial correlation with statistical significance were found between heart rate variability and somatic and cognitive anxiety. Somatic and cognitive anxiety were positively related to LF/HF, and the negative relationship was shown with RMSSD. Due to situations of game, the significant change in SDNN was found before and after the second game. Conclusion: These results imply applicability of heart rate variability in research and performance enhancement service on athletic performance, anxiety, and arousal.
CAD 프로그램을 활용한 나로호(KSLV-I) 발사체 상단부 시스템 하니스 개발

KARI (Korea Aerospace Research Institute) had developed the KSLV-I (Korea Space Launch Vehicle-I, Naro Space Vehicle) and successfully launched on 30th January 2013.The KSLV-I was launched to insert the Naro scientific satellite (STSAT-2C) into the earth low orbit (300~1500 km). After finishing the development of system harness with physical mock-up for Korean Sounding Rocket program, the new design concept for system harness was adopted to the development process for KSLV-I with the digital mock-up using by 3D CAD modeling. The newly adopted design process could reduce the total development time and the system harness re-work time to improve the schedule management system of the launch vehicle. In this paper, we discuss about the development process of KSLV-I system harness and the effect therein using 3D CAD tool.
