무장정확도는 무기체계 획득의 기본 지표가 되는 성능으로 이에 대한 정확한 개념 정립과 시험평가 방법의 설정이 요구된다. 기존의 항공무장의 정확도 시험평가 방법은 무장의 탄착형태를 정확하게 고려하지 않았다. 본 연구는 확률 및 통계기법을 이용하여 최적 CEP 계산법과 각 시험평가 단계별 평가방안을 제시하였다. 먼저, 알려진 여러 무장정확도 계산법 중 항공무장의 탄착형태를 반영하는 최적 CEP 계산법으로 록히드마틴 CEP법과 존슨 CEP법을 추천하며, 시험평가 단계별 최적의 시험평가 방법을 제시하였다. 본 연구결과는 항공무장의 정확도 평가에 유용하게 사용될 수 있을 것이다. The weapon accuracy is a basic measure of performance in the area of weapon system acquisition. It requires the establishment of correct concept and the T&E methods. Existing T&E method for aircraft weapon systems have not considered types of exact hitting area for various weapons. This study intends to suggest an optimal T&E methods in Korean T&E environment. In order to sampling and to test aircraft weapon accuracy, we need probability and statistic theories. There are many types of CEP(Circular Error Probable) methods. We recommend 2 types of CEP methods which are Lockheed Martin CEP method and Johnson CEP method. Also, suggest some other T&E methods. These methods can be used to accuracy test in the area of weapon system acquisition in the future.

The purpose of this paper is to analyze the trends of policies and law related to web accessibility in developed countries such as U.S, U.K, Australia, Japan and EU and then propose polices to improve web accessibility in Korea. The results of the paper are as follows : First, the awareness promotion programs, i.e seminars, campaigns, contests, etc., should be provided. Second, Korean standards and guidelines which have specific information should be made to improve web accessibility, Third, Web accessibility specialist should be trained. Finally, Law and regulation related to web accessibility should be amended as the Section 508.

According to the environment report of UN, korea was classified as potable water shortage countries. Approximately 71% of the Earth's surface is covered by ocean. However, it is difficult to use for industry of residential purpose without a certain processing. The development of solar and waste-heat used absorption desalination technology have been examined as a viable option for supplying clean energy. In this study, the modelling of the main devices for solar and waste-heat used and adsorption desalination system was introduced. The design is divided into three parts. First, the evaporator for the vaporization of the top water is designed, and then the reactor for the adsorption and release of the steam is designed, followed by the condenser for the condensation of the fresh water is designed. In addition, new features based on the energy balance are also included to design absorption desalination system. In this basicresearch, One-bed(reactor) adsorption desalination plant that employ a low-temperature solar and waste energy was proposed and experimentally studied. The specific water yield is measured experimentally with respect to the time controlling parameters such as heat source temperatures, coolant temperatures, system switching and half-cycle operational times.

This work introduces a simple one-reactor adsorption desalination system that harnesses low temperature heat sources (solar energy, waste heat), which has been experimentally studied to elicit the most suitable design parameters and operating conditions. The design process of the system was divided into three parts to reflect the operating principle of desalination technology with application of adsorption processes. First, the evaporator for the vaporization of saline water was designed, then the reactor for the adsorption and release of the steam, followed by the condenser for condensation of the fresh water. The specific water yield is measured experimentally with respect to the time while controlling parameters such as heat source temperatures, coolant temperatures, system switching and half-cycle operational times. The present system well demonstrates the applicability of silica gel in relation to adsorption technologies that utilize low temperature heat sources ranging from 60 to 80℃, such as solar energy and waste heat.

According to the statistics revealed by Bank of Korea on March, 2007, Internet banking transactions outnumbered face-to-face banking services in Korea. Internet banking is becoming essential in every financial service sectors. For people with disabilities, Internet banking is more meaningful because they do not need to visit the bank, thereby saving inconvenient trips. Governments in many countries are working on setting standards and laws on the web accessibility for people with disabilities. Korea government enacted Korea Disability Discrimination Act in 2007. This paper examined the web accessibility compliance of Internet banking sites. Twenty one Internet banking sites were selected from the list in the Korea Federation of Banks"s Web sites. We examined four major checkpoints that are considered crucial among the fourteen checkpoints in “Internet Web Contents Accessibility Guidelines” which was amended by Ministry of the Information and Communication in 2005. The results showed that all of the twenty one Internet banking sites didn"t meet the four major checkpoint requirements. Moreover, only one banking site satisfied alt-text requirement that is considered the most fundamental among the checkpoints.
등축 유로 장착 이중 태양열 진공관의 열적 특성에 관한 수치해석적 연구

A numerical study has been carried out for a solar water heater which consists of double skin solar vacuum tubes. Water is heated as it flows through the coaxial fluid conduit inserted in each tube. The space between the exterior of the fluid conduit and the glass tube is tilled with antifreeze solution. This is to facilitate heat transfer from the solar heated absorber surface to water and to prevent the functional problems due to freezing in frigid weather conditions. A one-dimensional steady state model is fully described which will be used to develop three-dimensional model using STAR-CD. These models could be used efficiently in designing double skin solar collector tubes with different geometrical parameters other than those considered in the present analysis. Results show a good agreement when compared with other experimental data demonstrating the reliability of the one-dimensional model employed.
