Small and Mid-Scale Enterprises(SME) have been making important roles of economic development in Korea. For all that, environment of SMEs have been getting worse, because of not only economic depression but also raising the fares. Usually, the well-educated and young-aged workers shrink the SME that is due to poorly labor environment, pays, and so on. This study is to propose to activation plans at SME human resource management by empirical research of empowerment. To examaine the level of empowerment at SME was performed to interview. The participants in this survey were 276 SME's employees in H Industry Complex located in province. To analyze the data, the study utilized SPSS software program. The summarized analysis results of this study is as follows, compared with position and parts, the former is more made influences by levels of empowerment at SME's employees, futhermore, high-positioned employees make more sense of their empowerment. By the smae token, more higher recognition of empowerment employees show the performance of working at their jobs. Consequently, CEOs of SME, they may give the empowerment by delegation of power what make strengthen their firms, compared with large and foreign enterprises. In future research of the rare opportunities of comparative analysis.

지금까지 진행된 헤겔의 전쟁론 관련 논의들은 대개 잘못된 해석에 대해 올바른 해석을 제시하거나, 칸트(I. Kant) 영구평화론(Perpetual peace)과의 비교 연구에만 주로 초점을 맞추었다. 그러나 이것은 다소 한계로 느껴지는데, 왜냐하면 올바른 해석을 제시하는 것을 넘어 구체적 수준에서 헤겔의 국제정치사상을 검증하고 이를 체계화하는 정치이론화의 단계로 논의가 발전되어야 하나, 이러한 작업이 충분히 이뤄지지 못하고 있으며, 많은 논의들이 칸트의 영구평화론과의 비교 하에서 헤겔 전쟁론의 함의를 위치 지우고 있으나, 정작 국제정치이론 분야에서 ‘현실주의’로 분류할 수 있는 이론들과의 비교 연구는 충분히 진행되지 못하고 있기 때문이다. 다시 말해 헤겔 전쟁론이 가지는 장점이 칸트식의 이상주의(Utopianism)와는 대비되는 현실주의적 측면이라고 한다면, 홉스(T. Hobbes) 식의 현실주의(Realism)와 비교하여 헤겔 전쟁론이 갖는 장점은 또 무엇인지, 즉 헤겔의 관점과 현실주의 이론은 어떤 차별성을 가지며, 그 의의는 무엇인지를 규명하는 연구 또한 좀 더 필요하다고 여겨진다. 이런 점에서 연구자는 대표적인 현실주의 국제정치이론들과 헤겔의 전쟁론을 비교해 보았다. Currently, conducted discussions on Hegel`s war theory mostly have produced the right interpretation regarding the wrong interpretation, or have focused on the comparative study with Kant`s perpetual peace. However, they have drawbacks because works that verify concretely Hegel`s views on international politics and achieve a fruitful discussion to develop them as political theory for systematization beyond presenting the right interpretation have not been sufficiently done. Moreover, the comparative studies with theories actually identified ‘Realism’ in the field of international politics have not been implemented enough in spite of having defined Hegel`s war theory by comparison with Kant`s perpetual peace in many discussions. In other words, if the strengths on Hegel`s war theory are the aspects of Realism in contrast with Kantian Utopianism, studies that find the advantage on Hegel`s war theory compared to Hobbesian realist theory, demonstrate differentiation and its meaning between Hegel`s idea and Realism will have to be promoted as well. The researcher compared typical realist theory of international politics to Hegel`s war theory in this regard.

반야사상에 대한 헤겔 철학적 접근 -空과 시원(Anfang)을 중심으로-

This study is written for the purpose to clarify the logical relation of Hegel philosophy and Buddhism through a comparative study between Anfang, which is the main concept of the Logic of Hegel and emptiness(空), which is the main concept of Prajna idea of Buddhism. At the introduction part, I examined the existing studies of Buddhism, Post-modernism and Hegel philosophy, and examined the meaning of Prajna at the introductory part. I compared and analyzed the main concept of the two philosophy at the main discourse. Through these work, at the conclusion part, I argued that the concept of Hegel’s Anfang and Buddha’s ‘emptiness’ is ‘ultimate reality’ and at the same time ‘ultimate non-reality’, on the contrary,is ‘not ultimate reality’ and also ‘not ultimate non-reality’. In other words, the two philosophies are “philosophy of freedom” which moves freely between the two extremes which do not have fixed points at the extreme part respectively. 이 글은 헤겔의 논리학(Logic)과 불교의 반야사상(Prajna)을 그 중심개념인 시원(Anfang)과 공(空) 간의 비교를 통해 그 논리적 연관성을 밝히는 데 목적을 두고 작성되었다. 글의 서론부에서는 불교, 포스트모더니즘,헤겔 철학 내의 기존연구를 검토하고, 반야의 의미를 간략히 정리해 보았으며, 본론부에서는 두 철학의 중심개념을 비교ㆍ분석해 보았다. 이를 통해 글의 결론부에서 필자는 헤겔의 ‘시원’과 부처의 ‘空’이 ‘궁극적 실재’인것과 마찬가지로 ‘궁극적 비실재’이기도 하며, 반대로 ‘궁극적 실재가 아닌것’과 마찬가지로 ‘궁극적 비실재가 아닌 것’이기도 하다는 점을 주장해 보았다. 달리 말해 두 철학은 이분법적인 어느 한 극단의 지점에 고정적인자기 위치를 갖는 것이 아니라, 양자 사이를 자유롭게 오가는 ‘자유의 철학’이다.

The world suddenly seems digital. A single search engine retrieves over 2.6 million Web pages with the world digital them. Everything on the internet is digital. All of the technology used on the Net shares the advantages and disadvantages of being digital. Digital technology is both powerful and flexible. Computers, especially net-worked computers, have gone far beyond simple computation. One of the most power vision of digital technology is cyberspace, the creation of an entire digital world. Cheap and powerful digital technology has another impact on the industries. This is digital convergence. Digital convergence is the merging of industries, technologies, and content which used to be separate but now overlap. The three most important converging industries are computing, communication, and media content. The very flexibility of digital technology is daunting. It can be difficult to choose the best strategy for CEO to take advantage of Moore's law, digital environment, and the convergence of digital technologies and companies. Firms need to know where to look and how to prioritize their efforts. One of the most active areas of strategy and consulting in the past decade has been business process improvement. This work has created a deeper understanding of the steps and people involved in each function. It can be of considerable use in spotting opportunities for digitalization. The sequence is an evolutionary process that many firms follow. It reflects many of the automation steps in other business area, especially strategic management area. First, it creates the foundation of the digital transition, then it chooses the easiest target, and finally it redesigns business frontiers to fully use the digital capabilities.
