반응기 내 유체를 전기화학 반응시켜 만든 추적자를 이용하여 반응기를 해석하였다. 주입점 전역에서 추적자가 균일하게 발생되도록 분산판을 이용하여 이상적인 단계 함수를 주입하여 이때 얻어진 응답만으로 고정층 반응기에 대한 단일 매기 변수(one parameter) 모델식의 축 방향 분산 계수 산출의 여러 방법을 비교 검토하였다. 그 결과 분포 곡선의 최대치는 실험 값보다 모두 크게 나타났으며, 오차가 가장 작은 방법(method) III는 1.04% 이내의 오차를 나타내었다. 이 방법으로 부터 구한 축 방향 분산 계수는 다음과 같이 나타낼 수 있다. D_L = 0.82U^(0.983)_S dp^(0.933), (㎠/sec) The reactor was analysed by a tracer, which was made by electrochemical reaction out of fluid. Tracer was injected as a step of idealized shape in distributor, which evenly made the tracer. Axial dispersion coefficients are estimated from various methods of parameters model in inert fixed bed reactor by the analysis of the ideal step function technique. As a result, maximum values of distribution curves are higher than experimental value, and the response signals predicted are then compared with the measured signal; Method III agrees well with the measured signal: Method IV is very close to the measured signal, but Method II deviates significantly from the measured signal: Method IV is found to give parameter values close to those of the Method III analysis, from which the most realiable values are obtained. Next to the Method IV are, in order of Method IV fitting, the Method V and Method I and Method II. The experimental error of Method II is 1.04 %. Cathode ray tubes(CRTs) in television and computer monitors are one of the most common components of discarded electronics in the solid waste stream. CRTs present a disposal problem because of their growing magnitude in municipal solid waste (MSW) and their role as a major source of lead in MSW. Using the EPA Toxicity Characteristic Leaching Procedure(TCLP), lead leachability from CRTs was studied. Lead leached from the CRT samples at an average concentration of 18.5㎎/ℓ. This exceeded the regulatory limit of 5.0㎎/ℓ. Several factors affected the lead concentration of each CRT sample.

The objective of this study was to investigatae the biodegradation of organics, nitrogen, and phosphorus with BNR (Biological Nutrient Removal) technology. The BNR performance was monitored in terms of HRT (Hydraulic Retention Time). The BNR was capable of achieving nitrogen removal efficiency as much as 57% and phosphorus removal efficiency as much as 72%. The optimal condition at HRT of 2 hr was obtained. As a result of kinetic experiment, k and K_s were found to be 0.025 d^-1 and 30.4㎎/ℓ, respectively.
γ- Alumina 에 담지된 CuO 에 의한 SO<sub>2</sub> gas 제거에 관한 연구

고정원에서 발생하는 이산화황 가스를 90 % 이상 제거할 수 있는 건식 탈항법을 이용하여 이산화황 가스를 금속 산화물이 담지된 γ-Alumina에 흡착 제거시킬 경우 반응 흡착 능력은 담체의 세공율과 세공 분포에 밀접한 관계가 있을 뿐아니다 세공 분포에 영향을 주는 합침 농도에 따라서 크게 달라진다. Pellet의 내부에 존재하는 다양한 크기의 세공들을 유한한 길이의 원통으로 가정 하였으며, 실제로 각 세공내에서 반응이 진행되면 반경 방향으로 생성층이 형성되어 이로 인해 반응 속도 상수, 세공율의 변화, 내부 확산 저항의 변화 그리고 세공 막힘 현상 등이 일어나게 되므로 이들 영향을 점차로 고려하여 보다 정확한 전화율 예측하기 위한 연구가 이루어져 왔으나 많은 어려움이 있었다. 따리서 본 연구에서는 세공율이 다른 세종류의 구형 γ-Alumina 를 산화구리 (CuO)에 함침시켜 세공 분포를 이용한 Random pore Model에 적응하여 결과를 본석 · 비교 · 검토 하였으며, 최적 반응 온도에서 담지 농도 및 공급물의 유속에 따른 이산화황 가스의 흡착 제거 효율과 반응 시간에 대한 세공내 반경 방향의 농도 변화에 대해 모사 매개 변수의 변화와 세공율의 변화를 동시에 고려 함으로써 수학적 모사를 통하여 전화율을 예측 하고자 한다.

Composting process of organic wastes, closely related to the mechanization of organic farming, could induce the uses of the compost to restore farmlands. This study was to compost the mixture of night-soil treatment sludge and rice wine-lees waste, both of which are organic wastes, and to systemize the proper composting process of organic waste so as to recycle them for agricultural purposes. Also the purpose of this study is to examine the possibility to retrieve the fermenting heat produced in the produced in the process of composting, to improve the unit operation skills for producing compost and using it, and to present a method for reusing highly concentrated organic wastes as a resource of agricultural productivity.
탄소 촉매에 의하여 성장된 별-모양 ZnO 나노 구조물의 합성과 광학적 특성

Star-like ZnO nanostructures were grown on SI(100) substrates with carbon(C) catalyst by employing vapor-solid(VS) mechanism. The morphologies and structure of ZnO nanostructures were investigated by Field emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and Raman spectrum, Photoluminescence spectrum. The results demonstrated that the as-synthesized products consisted of star-like ZnO nanostructure with hexagonal wurtzite phase. Nanostructures grown at 1100 were mainly star-like in structure with diameters of 500 nm. The legs of the star-like nanostructures were preferentially grown up along the [0001] direction. A vapor.solid (VS) growth mechanism was proposed to explain the formation of the star-like structures. Photoluminescence spectrum exhibited a narrow emission band peak around 380 nm and a broad one around 491 nm. Raman spectrum of the ZnO nanostructures showed oxygen defects in ZnO nanostructures due to the existence of Ar gas during the growth process, leading to the dominant green band peak in the PL spectrum.
플라즈마를 이용하여 제조한 CHF_3 복합막의 기체투과 특성연구

In this study, Nonporous plasma membrane was prepared for obtaining high permeability and selectivity. The membrane is made from the Al_2O_3 mane with the different pore size by using CHF_3 monomer. The permeability characteristics of the plasma polymer membrane was investigated. The selectivity is very increased according to Ar plasma treatment time and rfpower at closing the intervals of substrate and cathode. The pore size of Al_2O_3 membrane influence on the permeability and the intervals of substrate influence on selectivity.
