        구설순치(口舌脣齒)질환에 대한 한국 침구서적의 치료법 비교 연구

        Background : The varieties of manifestations referred to oral, glottal, labial and dental diseases has been long complicated physicians in the efficient diagnosis and treatment of these diseases. Acupuncture has been widely used in Korea throughout the history and provides an efficient method in the treatment of them Objectives : Establish a distinctive and efficient acupuncture method for the treatment of oral, glottal, labial and dental diseases based in literature research Method : We reviewed four Korean medical literature, "Guide to Swollen Sore Treatment", "Treasured Mirror of Eastern Medicine", "Experiential Prescriptions of Acupuncture and Moxibustion", and "Essential Rhymes on Acupuncture and Moxibustion by Master Sa-am", and analyzed the therapeutic characteristics in the treatment of oral, glottal, labial and dental diseases Result : 1. According to "Guide to Swollen Sore Treatment", we could noted frequent application of blood letting methods in the affected area, then rinse ones mouth with salty water and further application of taro plaster. Also found acupuncture methods utilizing heated mole cricket or silkworm in the sublingual region. Regarding herbal method, Realgar was rubbed in the affected area. Mainly used acupuncture points in the treatment of oral, glottal, labial and dental diseases were GV20, GB20, LU5, and auricular anterior hairline 2. In "Treasured Mirror of Eastern Medicine", blood letting method in the sublingual region and burning needle searing method were the most frequently applied in the treatment of oral, glottal, labial and dental diseases. Moxibustion was also applied in the treatment of labial and dental diseases. Particularly, said to apply 3 moxa cones in ear zones of both sides, when no medicine is effective. This demonstrates how emphasized the importance of moxibustion in this kind of disease. Mainly used acupuncture points were GV16, CV24, LI4, EX-HN12, and EX-HN13 3. In "Experiential Prescriptions of Acupuncture and Moxibustion", no other methods beside wrist. Superstitious methods like applying moxibustion on the tooth picture drawn on the roofing tile need further confirmation. Mainly used acupuncture points were LI4, ST36, and HT7. 4. "Essential Rhymes on Acupuncture and Moxibustion by Master Sa-am", identified the cause of diseases according to visceral pattern identification. Stomach and Spleen in charge of vocal, lingual, and labial disease, Kidney for dental disease, and further scrutinizing identification according to Liver, Heart, Stomach, Lung, and Kidney manifestations. Used supplementation and draining needling methods of self meridians and other correlating meridians. Conclusions : After previous study on stroke and eye diseases, we could also find various efficient methods according to oral, glottal, labial and dental diseases, through literature research of korean medical classics. This study will concurrently result in establishing distinctive therapeutic method characteristic of Korea.

        의료기관의 재무성과에 영향을 미치는 요인

        This study was performed to assess the financial performance of medical institutions and examine the affecting factors in Taegu metropolitan and Kyungpook province. The major results are as follows ; The liability to total assets was significantly different according to the ownership type of medical institution. It was the highest in the case of juridical person having a special status. The total assets turnover and value added to total assets were significantly different according to the type of medical institution, period of establishment, and ownership type of medical institution. They were higher in the tertiary medical institution, in private hospital and university hospital, and they were increased with establishment period of medical institution. The growth rate of patient revenues were significantly different according to the type of medical institution, period of establishment, and the growth rate of adjusted inpatient days were significantly different by period of establishment. The return on assets and net profit to gross revenues were the highest in private hospital. Private hospital went into the black, but other hospitals went into the red figures. According to the multiple regression analysis for the net profit to gross revenues, ownership type, period of establishment, and management strategy of medical institution were significant. It was higher in private hospital and medical institution with prospector management strategy, and it was increased with establishment period of medical institution. In multiple logistic regression analysis for the status of financial performance in medical institution, period of establishment, management strategy of medical institution were significant. It was better in medical institution with prospector management strategy and longer period of establishment.

      • 한국형 전력량계의 DLMS/COSEM 프로토콜 통신 과정 및 프레임 구조에 대한 연구

        정부는 2020년까지 대한민국 2,200만 가구에 AMI(Advanced Metering Infrastructure, 원격 검침 인프라)의 보급을 추진 중이다. 과거 단방향으로 가정의 전력량을 검침하던 방식에서, 현재는 AMI를 이용해 가정과 한전이 양방향 통신을 이용해 원격으로 전력량을 검침하는 방식으로 바뀌고 있다. 특히 이러한 기술의 근간을 이루는 통신 프로토콜은 DLMS/COSEM으로 IEC에서는 이를 전력량계 원격 검침을 위한 국제 표준으로 정의하였다. 하지만 한국형 전력량계에 DLMS/COSEM 통신을 적용한 구체적인 통신 과정 및 실제 프레임 예시 등을 알 수가 없어 DLMS/COSEM 프로토콜을 활용하기 어려웠다. 이에 본 논문에서는 DLMS/COSEM 통신 과정과 프레임 구조를 상세히 분석하여 전력량계에 DLMS/COSEM 통신을 활용하는데 도움을 주고자 한다.

        Small non-coding RNA를 발현하는 형질전환 벼의 환경위해성 평가 방법

        Since the RNA interference (RNAi) had been discovered in many organisms, small non-coding RNA-mediated gene silencing technology, including RNAi have been widely applied to analysis of gene function, as well as crop improvement. Despite the usefulness of RNAi technology, RNAi transgenic crops have various potential environmental risks, including off-target and non-target effects. In this study, we developed methods that can be effectively applied to environmental risk assessment of RNAi transgenic crops and verified these methods in 35S::dsRNAi_eGFP rice transgenic plant we generated. Off-target genes, which can be non-specifically suppressed by the expression of dsRNAi_eGFP, were predicted by using the published web tool, pssRNAit, and verified by comparing their expressions between wild-type (WT) and 35S::dsRNAi_eGFP transgenic rice. Also, we verified the non-target effects of the 35S:: dsRNAi_eGFP plant by evaluating horizontal and vertical transfer of small interfering RNAs (siRNAs) produced in the 35S::dsRNAi_eGFP plant into neighboring WT rice and rhizosphere microorganisms, respectively. Our results suggested that the methods we developed, could be widely applied to various RNAi transgenic crops for their environmental risk assessment.

        Development of Passive Hip-Exoskeleton to Prevent Back Pain during Lifting Work with Cam Mechanism

        This paper deals with the development of a passive modular hip exoskeleton system aimed at preventing musculoskeletal low back pain, which commonly occurs in heavy weight transport workers, by improving back muscle strength. The passive exoskeleton system has the advantage of being lightweight, making it suitable for modular exoskeleton systems. The cam and spring actuator designed in this study was applied to the passive modular exoskeleton system to build human hip and lumbar muscle strength. In order to evaluate the effectiveness of the passive modular exoskeleton system, a test was performed in which a subject lifted a 15 kg weight three times in a stoop posture, using heart rate measurement and Borg scale recording. According to the results, all subjects showed 26.83% lower maximum heart rate and 34.73% lower average heart rate than those who did not wear the system, and Borg scale evaluation result was lower. All subjects wore this system and did not experience back pain during the experiment. Through this study, we validated the effectiveness of the passive modular exoskeleton system and proved that this system can build the strength of industrial workers and be a solution to prevent musculoskeletal lumbar disease.
