해외 플랜트 건설사업관리 업무기능별 역량분석

국내 건설기업들의 해외 건설시장 진출이 중요한 쟁점이 되고 있는 현 시점에서, 타산업에 비해 경쟁강도가 낮으며, 높은 파급효과를 지닌 플랜트건설 수주확대를 위한 전략모색이 무엇보다 필요하다. 이에 본 연구에서는, 종합적인 측면에서의 표준화된 플랜트건설 사업관리 14가지 업무기능과 4가지 관리기법의 단계적 정의를 바탕으로 플랜트건설 전문가를 대상으로 선진국 대비 현재(2013년)와 미래(2018년)의 사업관리 업무기능별 역량수준을 조사 및 GAP분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과, 과거 실적을 바탕으로 노하우가 축적된 시공관리와 같은 하드웨어적인 역량은 선진국에 비하여 크게 뒤처지지 않으나, 경쟁강도가 상대적으로 낮고 부가가치가 높은 기획, 설계관리, 계약관리, 리스크관리와 같은 소프트웨어적인 측면의 역량은 뒤처진 것으로 나타났다. 또한 국가 산업적 차원에서 전문인력 및 원천기술 확보, 체계적인 관리 지원시스템 구축을 위한 연구개발의 확대가 필요한 것으로 분석되었다. Ever expanding overseas construction is one of the most important issues for Korean construction companies. Among these issues, strategies for overseas plant construction have widely been discussed, because the plant construction has features of low competitiveness and high ripple effects when compared with other construction sectors. In this sense, the purpose of this research is to evaluate the CM capability of Korean construction industry for overseas plant construction. Fourteen construction business functions and four techniques were defined first. Based on these functions and techniques, CM capability was quantified for As-Is (2013), To-Be (2018) and Gap analyses. Findings of this research reveal that 1) capability for construction is quite competent, 2) capabilities for planning, design management, contracting, and risk management are found to be relatively low, where higher value can be added. In addition, it is found that R&D needs to be extended to develop systemized management techniques. It is also required to secure specialists and original technologies at national industrial level.

CM산업 수주실적 분석을 통한 CM기업의 발전 방안 - 1997년 ~ 2014년 실적자료 기반 -

지난 18년간 우리나라 CM산업은 많은 발전을 이루어 왔으며, 최근 국내 건설투자가 감소하는 환경변화 속에서도 CM사업 고도화 및 해외시장에서의 기술과 경쟁우위를 통한 수주 확대를 위한 활발한 노력이 이루어지고 있다. 이에 본 연구는, 1997년부터 2014년까지의 3,453건의 CM사업 수주실적 통계자료를 수주지역, 계약규모, 발주자유형, 공종유형의 4가지 분석변수를 통해 연도별 시간별 시계열 분석을 하였다. 분석결과, 우리나라 CM산업의 시장규모는 최근 2005년 대비 2010년 2.5배 증가하였으며, 국내 CM사업의 수주비중이 87.5%, 공종별로는 건축분야가 88.4%, 계약규모별로는 10억미만의 CM사업이 75%로 CM수주 집중도가 높았다. 그러나 최근 국내 CM기업의 향상된 기술 및 수주경쟁력으로 인해, 2010~2014년 해외 CM사업 비중이 20%까지 크게 증가하였으며, 포괄적이며 기술적인 사업관리업무를 요구하는 민간발주자에 의한 CM사업도 3배나 증가하였다. 이와 같은, CM산업환경 및 사업유형의 변화는 향후 해외민간(IC5) CM사업 수주확대로의 발전경로(Jung et al. 2014)에 놓인 DP3와 DC2의 정량적 분석을 통해서도, 공공사업 부분용역형 CM사업 중심에서 생애주기를 고려한 종합관리형 민간사업 형태로 발전되고 있는 것으로 분석되었다. CM services have been focused on the advancement of the CM industry and expansion to overseas market based on CM capabilities. However, there has been lack of quantitative and comprehensive research to investigate current CM trends and prospects for improving competitiveness. In this sense, the purpose of this study is to statistically analyze total of 3,453 CM service contracts over the past 18 years (between 1997 and 2014) in term of market type, contract size, owner's type, commodity type. Finding of this research reveal that 1) compared to 2005, CM market size in 2015 increased as much as 2.5 times, and that 2) domestic CM projects count for 87.5%, architectural project 88.4%, less than 1 billion won small contracts 75%, respectively. Also, recently as CM company are developing capability and competitiveness, 1) overseas CM market share has grown up to 20% among total CM contract amount, and 2) CM contracts by private owners has increased 3 times demanding the total management services based on high technical capability. Additionally, the result of this paper supports the growth path model proposed by Jung et al. (2014), where a path from Domestic Public (DP3) and Domestic Private (DC2) CM projects towards the expansion to International Private (IC5) contracts was quantitatively analyzed. Implications for other practical issues are also briefly discussed.

악교정 수술 후에 발생한 기관 삽관성 육아종의 증례보고

Three patients who underwent orthognathic surgery under general anesthesia complained about difficulty in vocalization and hoarseness after surgery. Intubation granuloma was diagnosed by the department of otorhinolaryngology in our hospital and the masses were excised by laryngoscopy assisted surgery. Chief complaints and symptoms of patients were relieved after surgery. These cases report with review of articles is presented, and the etiology, diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of intubation granuloma after orthognathic surgery are evaluated.

Multi-GPU 환경에서의 Convolution Layer 최적화 실험

GPGPU 환경에서의 ML 모델이 다양한 분야에 지속적으로 활용되면서, 이미지 분할(image segmentation) 연구가 활발하다. multi-GPU 환경에서 성능 최적화를 위하여 병렬화 기법들이 활용되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 multi-GPU 환경에서 U-Net 모델의 전체 수행 시간을 단축하기 위해 convolution 연산을 최적화하는 기법을 적용하는 실험을 진행하였고 shared memory, data parallelism 를 적용하여 82% 성능 향상을 보여주었다.

키워드 네트워크 분석을 통한 무용교육 연구 동향분석: 2019~2023

본 연구는 키워드 네트워크 분석을 통하여 무용분야의 무용교육관련 논문들의 연구동향을 분석하여 관련 주제의 하위구조를 SPSS 27.0 과 Textom을 활용하여 분석하였으며, 2019년 이후 최근 5년간 무용교육 관련 연구의 종단적 흐름을 분석함으로써 현재 무용교육의 주요 키워드를 파악하는데 목적이 있다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 키워드 네트워크 분석을 통해 총 559편의 논문이 검색되었으며, 본 연구의 목적에 부합하는 425편의 연구물을 분석 대상으로 선정하여 연구가 수행된 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 무용교육 관련 키워드 빈도분석 결과, 상위 10개를 살펴보면 ‘무용교육’, ‘문화예술교육’, ‘한국무용교육’, ‘무용전공자’, ‘대학무용교육’, ‘무용교육프로그램’, ‘연구동향’, ‘무용교육과정’, ‘초등무용교육’, ‘발레교육’, ‘코로나’ 등의 순으로 나타났다. 셋째, 주요 키워드 간의 연결 정도 중심성을 살펴본 결과, 상위 5개의 연결정도 중심성은 ‘무용교육(5.454)’, ‘문화예술교육(1.414)’, ‘한국무용교육(1.212)’, ‘무용전공자(0.858)’, ‘대학무용교육(1.262)’순으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 무용교육의 방향성과 교육형태 측면, 전공별, 대상별 맞춤형 교육 측면을 제공할 수 있도록 정책 마련의 기초자료로 제공할 수 있을 것이라 기대한다. This study analyzed the research trends of dance education-related papers in the dance field through keyword network analysis and analyzed the substructure of related topics using SPSS 27.0 and Textom, and the purpose of this study is to identify the main keywords of dance education by analyzing the longitudinal flow of dance education-related research for the last five years since 2019. The research results are as follows. First, a total of 559 papers were searched through keyword network analysis, and 425 studies that fit the purpose of this study were selected as targets for analysis and found that the study was conducted. Second, looking at the top 10 results of the frequency analysis of keywords related to dance education, it was shown in the order of 'dance education', 'culture and arts education', 'Korean dance education', 'dance majors', 'university dance education program', 'research trend', 'dance curriculum', 'elementary dance education', 'valle education', and 'corona'. Third, as a result of examining the centrality of the degree of connection between the main keywords, the top five centralities of connection degree were 'dance education (5.454), 'culture and arts education (1.414), 'Korean dance education (1.212), 'dance majors (0.858), and 'university dance education (1.262)'. It is expected that the results of this study can be provided as basic data for policy preparation to provide customized education for each dance education direction, education type, major, and target.

5년제 건축대학 건설교과 교육프로그램 사례와 시사점

BIM 소프트웨어 호환성 분석 : 사용자정의 속성정보인 GBS를 중심으로

건설 프로젝트에서 발생하는 다양한 정보를 통합관리하기 위한 BIM의 실무활용이 확산되고 있으며, 활용 형태 또한 점차 고도화되고 있다. 이에 건축 및 플랜트산업에서 BIM 환경구축을 위해 다양한 BIM 소프트웨어들이 사용되고 있으나, 정보 호환성 및 통합성 부족은 주요 장애요인으로 지적되고 있다. 이러한 배경에서, 본 연구에서는 사용자정의 속성정보 (GBS)를 기반으로 한 BIM 활용의 기능적 고도화 및 업무효율화 방안을 검증하기 위해 BIM 소프트웨어간 호환성 테스트를 실시하였다. 호환성 테스트 결과, 'BIM 시스템 관점'에서는 Viewer Tool과 Simulation Tool이 Authoring Tool에 비해 정보 호환성이 전반적으로 높았으며, 'BIM 정보 관점'에서는 사용자정의 속성정보 (GBS)의 호환성이 시스템 기본 속성정보 및 Logic 정보보다 높았다. 즉, 도형정보와 비도형정보의 연계 자동화를 가능케하는 GBS의 적용을 통해 BIM 활용의 기능적인 고도화 및 업무부담 최소화가 가능하며, 또한, 추후 사용자정의 속성정보를 활용한 도형과 다양한 비도형정보와의 정보연계에 대한 연구가 이뤄진다면, 건설 프로젝트의 통합관리에 한층 가까워질 것이라 기대된다. The utilization of Building Information Modeling (BIM) has increased in order to enhance the integration of information for management and resources throughout the construction projects. Therefore, various BIM softwares have been used under open BIM environments in the building and plant construction industry. However, it has obstructive factors due to the lack of interoperability. In order to address this problem, this study conducted an interoperability analysis of BIM software focused on user-defined properties for enhanced function and efficiency. Result of the analysis shows that authoring tools have more interoperability problems than viewer tools and simulation tools have. In terms of interoperability, user-defined properties outperforms than those of system basic properties and logic data. Therefore, it was found that functional improvement and workload minimization in BIM can be attained by applying the GBS (an user-defined property for automatic manipulation of BIM proposed by Jung et al. 2013) that enables automatic link between geometric data and non-geometric data. In this respect, this study concludes that the application of user-defined property (e.g. GBS) can be an effective method for information integration throughout construction projects.

신한옥 건설 통합관리를 위한 표준분류체계

A comprehensive research effort in order to develop and disseminate modernized Korean housing (Hanok) has recently been initiated by Korean government. This large scale research project encompasses a wide spectrum of housing development including public policy, architectural plans, modules, construction materials and methods, prefabricated assemblies, automated production, construction management, and advanced information systems. For the purpose of integrating and automating the whole processes from an industry perspective, it is of great importance to develop a standard classification system for the modernized Korean housing. This paper focuses on the standard classification systems for cost and schedule control. The distinct characteristics and managerial requirements were explored and embedded into the proposed classifications for modernized hanok.

For the purpose of integrating and automating the whole processes from an industry perspective, it is of great importance to develop a standard classification system and project numbering system (PNS) for the modernized Korean housing. This paper focuses on the standard classification systems and PNS for cost and schedule control. The distinct characteristics and managerial requirements were explored and embedded into the proposed classifications for modernized Hanok.
