        간호·간병통합서비스병동과 일반병동간호사의 감정노동, 직무스트레스 및 간호업무수행

        Purpose: This study aimed to improve nursing practice efficiency by analyzing and comparing the emotional labor, job stress, and performance of nurses in comprehensive nursing care wards and in general wards. Methods: The study surveyed 151 nurses in comprehensive nursing care and general wards. The results were analyzed by ${\chi}$ 2test, ANOVA, and Pearson's correlation coefficient. Results: There were no statistically significant differences in terms of emotional labor, job stress, and performance for the two different types of nurses. Statistically significant positive correlations were noted between job stress and emotional labor, nursing performance, emotional labor, and job stress in the comprehensive nursing care wards, and between job stress and emotional labor, and nursing performance in the general wards. Conclusion: A longer duration of direct nursing in comprehensive nursing care wards tended to increase, emotional labor and job stress. However, the quality of nursing provided to patients tended to improve. Therefore, it is necessary to establish an institutional plan for carrying out efficient nursing while reducing emotional labor and job stress among nurses in comprehensive nursing care wards.

        치과위생사의 이직의도에 영향을 미치는 요인

        Objectives: The purpose of this study is to find out factors that affect turnover intention among dental hygienists. This study also provides a method to decrease the turnover intention, and demonstrates plans to improve organizational effectiveness. Methods: The data was collected from 300 dental hygienists working at dental clinics in Daegu and Kyungbuk province during the month of September, 2010. The total of 152 copies were used for analysis. The questionnaires were consisted of 6 categories: turnover intention, empowerment, organizational commitment, burnout, stress, and job satisfaction. T-test, ANOVA, correlation analysis, multiple regression were applied in this analysis. Results: 1. Looking at the relations between turnover intention and general characteristics, urnover intention was the highest among 20-29 age group, junior college graduates, and the group that had lees than 2-5 years of working experiences(p<0.05). Regarding marital status, singles had higher turnover intention than married people. 2. Looking at the correlation among turnover intention, empowerment, organizational commitment, burnout, stress, and job satisfaction, most of these factors showed significant correlations. However the correlations between organizational commitment and stress, stress and empowerment, stress and job satisfaction were not significant(p<0.05). 3. Organizational commitment and stress had significant influence on turnover intention(p <0.05). Organizational commitment was the most significant factor and it negatively influences the turnover intention. Conclusions: In order to decrease the turnover intention among dental hygienists, plans that can increase the organizational commitment should be implemented by improving organization-related factors.

      • 폐기물 에너지화를 위한 베트남 호치민시 생활폐기물 분석에 관한 연구

        베트남은 급격한 경제성장으로 인하여 생활폐기물 발생량 증가되고 있으며 전력수요량 역시 급증하고 있다. 따라서 베트남 정부에서는 생활폐기물 처리문제와 부족한 전력난을 해결하기 위하여 폐기물을 이용한 소각발전에 가장 큰 인센티브를 부여하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 베트남 호치민시의 생활폐기물을 처리하는 동시에 소각 발전사업을 통해 전력을 생산하는 사업의 추진을 위하여 호치민시 생활폐기물의 성상분석을 실시하였다. 폐기물 성상분석 대상지역은 베트남 호치민시의 생활수준을 고려하여 4군, 7군, 2군, Go Vap 지역으로 설정하였으며, 동남아 지역 날씨 특성에 따라 우기와 건기를 구분하였다. 건기를 기준으로 4개 지역의 평균 삼성분 분석결과 함수율 57%. 가연분 40%, 회분3%로 나타났다. 우기의 경우 평균 삼성분 분석결과 함수율 66%, 가연분 29%, 회분 5%로 분석되었다. 건기 기준으로 4개 지역의 평균 건조발열량 5,830kcal/kg, 저위발열량 1,800kcal/kg 고위발열량 2,520kcal/kg으로 나타났으며, 우기를 기준으로는 4개지역 평균 건조발열량 5,680kcal/kg, 저위발열량 1,190kcal/kg, 고위발열량 1,980kcal/kg으로 분석되었다. 폐기물 성상분석 결과를 활용하여 적절한 폐기물 전처리공정을 선정하고, 이를 통해 폐기물 소각 발전시설의 설계를 수행할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

        대학생의 거부민감성이 대인관계 유능성에 미치는 영향에서 자기자비의 조절효과

        본 연구는 대학생의 거부민감성이 대인관계 유능성에 미치는 영향에서 자기자비의 조절효과를 파악하기 위하여 수행되었다. 2017년 9월부터 10월까지 서울 경기지역에 재학 중인 대학생을 대상으로 자료를 수집하였으며 총 302부의 자료가 분석에 활용되었다. 자료는 SPSS 23.0을 이용하여 위계적 회귀분석을 사용하여 거부민감성과 대인관계 유능성의 관계에서 자기자비와 자기자비 하위변인들의 조절효과를 검증하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 거부민감성이 대인관계 유능성에 미치는 영향에서 자기자비의 조절효과는 유의하였다. 둘째, 자기자비의 하위 변인인 자기친절, 보편적 인간성, 마음 챙김의 조절효과는 유의하였다. 셋째, 자기자비의 하위 변인인 자기 판단, 고립, 과잉동일시의 조절효과는 유의하지 않았다. 본 연구는 거부민감성이 대인관계 유능성에 미치는 부정적인 영향을 자기자비가 완충요인으로서 조절하고 있음을 확인하였고, 구체적으로는 부정적 하위변인보다는 긍정적 하위변인들의 조절효과가 유의함을 입증하였다. 이에 자기자비 수준을 높이는 상담 개입과 프로그램 개발을 통해서 거부민감성이 높은 대학생들의 대인관계 유능성을 높일 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. The purpose of this study was to examine the moderating effect of self-compassion on the relationship between rejection sensitivity and interpersonal competence. Total 305 data were analyzed by using SPSS program. Hierarchical regression analysis was used to test the moderating effect of self-compassion. The results of the study are as follows: First, rejection sensitivity was negatively correlated with interpersonal competence and self-compassion. Self-compassion was positively correlated with interpersonal competence. Second, self-compassion moderated the relationship between rejection sensitivity and interpersonal competence. Third, self-kindness, common humanity, mindfulness of self-compassion sub factors had a moderate effect between rejection sensitivity and interpersonal competence relationship. However, self-determination, universal humanity isolated, over-identification of self-compassion sub factors did not have moderate effects between rejection sensitivity and interpersonal competence. Based on the results, the need to enhance self-compassion in counseling and program development for interpersonal matters in university students.

        중학교 발레 표현활동의 수업선호도 향상요인에 관한 연구

        이 연구는 전국 주요권역의 극소수의 중학교에서 이루어지고 있는 발레를 통한 표현활동 수업을 통하여 학생들의 표현활동 능력성취(이해능력, 실기능력, 창작능력 등)와 수업만족도(수업환경만족, 프로그램만족, 지도 및 평가만족, 교육효과만족 등)의 상관관계를 알아보고 수업만족도가 발레표현활동 수업선호도에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 분석함으로서 발레 동작을 통한 표현활동 수업의 전국적 확산 및 활성화가 가능한지에 대한 기본적인 연구정보를 얻는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구결과, 발레 표현활동을 통한 학생들의 능력성취가 수업만족도에 영향을 미치고 긍정적인 수업만족도가 발레 표현활동의 수업선호도를 향상시키는 요인이라는 결론을 얻었다. 또한 이 연구를 통하여 발레 표현활동은 일상의 구기 종목 및 다른 유형의 표현활동 학습에서 일상적으로 이루어지기 힘든 신체활동을 할 수 있게 하여 학생 개개인의 사상과 감정을 창의적이고 예술적인 표현활동으로 융합하여 수업에 대한 호기심과 관심을 이끌어 내어 궁극적으로는 수업선호도를 향상시키는 요인이라는 것으로 확인하였다. The result showed that the students’ class performance affects their class satisfaction. Also, it showed that the students’ satisfaction of the class was the cause of the students’ preference of the class. In conclusion, from now on, educational resources must be readily available to schools, so that the number of ballet classes would be increased. These resources will allow students to develop curiosity and enthusiasm that motivates them to voluntarily and actively participate in class. On the basis of the conclusion above, this thesis suggests the following: Firstly, there are just a few middle schools in the nation that includes ballet classes in their curriculum. Therefore, by the results of this study, more schools should inherit ballet classes into their curriculum, as well as encouraging their students to participate. Secondly, to allow students to participate in performing arts of all genres, such as ballet, the current physical education curriculum should be revised. Thirdly, by adopting ballet classes into the curriculum, an environment where students can learn about their career choices earlier and develop into professionals can be created.

        부모가 미취학 자녀에게 행하는 구강건강관리행동에 영향을 미치는 요인

        Objectives: This study was conducted to find out the factors affecting the oral health care behavior of parents to their children and to use them as basic data so that effective oral health education can be carried out for parents and children. Methods: A total of 105 parents of children attending kindergartens and daycare centers located in Jeonju and Bucheon City were surveyed. The questionnaire was composed of the oral health care behavior of the parents to their children, the oral health care behavior of the parents, the oral health knowledge of the parents, and general characteristics, and was written in a self-written method. Results: As a result of checking the factors affecting the oral health care behaviors that parents do to their children, it was found that the number of children and the presence or absence of parents’ oral health education experience were found to have an effect. It was found that the smaller the number of children, the higher the oral health care behaviors performed on their children, and the oral health management behaviors performed on their children by parents with oral health education experience were high. Conclusions: Based on the above results, it is necessary to develop a variety of programs for effective oral health education in consideration of factors affecting the oral health care behaviors of parents to their children.

        보건 치과위생사의 이직의도에 영향을 미치는 요인

        Objectives: The aim of this study was to investigate factors associated with turnover intention on public health dental hygienists. Methods: A total 235 public health dental hygienist completed a questionnaire on attitudes related to their job position and sociodemographic status. Results: In total 82.5% of the respondents have experienced a job transfer. Their children and job stress strongly affect turnover intention. Turnover intention was correlated with empowerment, organizational commitment, job satisfaction, burnout and job stress. Using multiple regression analysis, the effects of job stress, children, organizational commitment, job satisfaction, career were satistically significant. Conclusions: The study showed strong relationship between turnover intention and job stress and their children. They had positive attitude for their job position and satisfied with their job. They experienced the stress on their job but had little turnover intention. (J Korean Soc Dent Hygiene 2011;11(3):343-351)

        보육교사가 인식한 원장의 진성리더십과 조직공정성이 직무만족도에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to explore the effects of child-care center directors’ authentic leadership and organizational justice perceived by teachers on their job satisfaction. The participants of this study were three hundred thirty child-care teachers in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province, with conducting survey questionnaires. The methodology included frequency and percentage analyses, internal reliability assessment, correlation studies, and multiple regression analyses. As a result of the research, first, a significant positive correlation was found between child-care teachers' perceptions of their directors' authentic leadership, organizational justice, and their job satisfaction. Second, regarding the impact on job satisfaction, the organizational justice had a greater effect than the perceived authentic leadership of directors. These findings emphasize that both authentic leadership and organizational justice, as recognized by child-care teachers, are essential for heightening their satisfaction with opportunities for professional development. It is anticipated that acknowledging the significant role of director’s authentic leadership and organizational justice can not only enhance job satisfaction and commitment among child-care teachers but also provide useful information for the development in effective child-care policies.
