The objective of this study is to give some helps for effective training and better game results to trainers and athletes by analyzing mobilization aspects and fatigue of the main moving muscles between canoe skilled persons and non-skilled ones. From this research, the followings are taken out. 1. it comes clear that Latissimus dorsi muscle, Trapezius muscle, Biceps brachii muscle and Traceps brachii muscle are used as the moving muscles while taking canoe ergometer exercises. 2. In the group of players, Trapezius muscle is used most, whereas in the group of non-players, Latissimus dorsi muscle is used most. 3. Among non-players, Latissmus dorsi muscle is fatigued most, but among the players, Biceps brachii muscle is fatigued most. In conclusion, we find out the fact that we need not only some assistant exercises on the prime muscles such as Latissimus dorsi muscle, Trapezius muscle, Biceps brachii muscle, and Traceps brachii muscle but also the intensive training on Trapezius muscle when we paddle the canoe.

Existing lie detecting systems has a trouble with human rights abuse cause direct skin contact sensor type. So we try to avoid this problem with Vibraimage technology. This technology has strong point with indirectness sensor type and sensing human bio-signals like stress, distraction, suspect and more from 640 x 480 pixel image stream. We collected sample data for lie detecting videos by lie detection officers at National Police Agency in Korea. We make five questions for testimony analyze and algorithm for classify lie or not. We got maximum 62% of accuracy but we are in progress.

Objectives: This study evaluated the effects of Ssanghwa-tang (SHT) on lung injury and muscle loss in a COPD mouse model. Methods: C57BL/6 mice were challenged with cigarette smoke extract and lipopolysaccharide, and then treated with two concentrations of SHT (250 and 500 mg/kg). After sacrifice, the bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF) or lung tissue was analyzed by cytospin, ELISA, real-time PCR, flow cytometry analysis, and H&E and Masson’s trichrome staining. The grip strength of COPD mice was measured using a grip strength meter. The running time of COPD mice was measured by a treadmill test. Muscle tissue of the quadriceps was stained with H&E and Masson’s trichrome staining. Results: SHT significantly inhibited the increase in neutrophil numbers in BALF and significantly decreased immune cell activity in BALF and lung tissue. It also significantly inhibited the increase in TNF-α, IL-17, and MIP2 in BALF. Real-time PCR analysis revealed that the mRNA expression of TNF-α, IL-17, MIP2, and TRPV1 in lung tissue showed a significant decrease compared with the control group. Lung tissue damage was significantly reduced in the histological analysis. The grip strength and running time of the COPD mice showed a significant decrease compared with the control group. In histological staining, SHT was found to reduce the damage to muscle tissue. Conclusions: This study indicates that SHT can be used as a therapeutic agent for COPD patients by inhibiting lung injury and muscle loss.

The thermal behavior of transformation and characteristics of seeded sample powders prepared by simultaneous $\alpha$-Al2O3 seed addition with water on the Al-sec-butoxide hydrolysis were studied. $\alpha$-Al2O3 seed particles are shown to act as nuclei for transformation of $\theta$-to $\alpha$-Al2O3 and to result in an increase in thetransformation kinetics and lowering of the transformation temperature by as much as 143$^{\circ}C$. Simultaneous seed addition on the hydrolysis resulted in uniform dispersin and creation of nucleation site on seed surface and only 0.1wt% seeding lowered the transformation temperature by as much as 115$^{\circ}C$. For 3wt% seed addition, $\alpha$-Al2O3 single phase was obtained at 95$0^{\circ}C$ for 100 minutes and the specific surface area of products were lowered to 11.9$m^2$/g as compared with that of $\alpha$-Al2O3 powder prepared without seed at 115$0^{\circ}C$ ; 15.1$m^2$/g due to depression of vermicular structure growth.

Recently, according to increase the people who interest health management and medical services of individuals, the information and communication technology and bio-medical technology combined biological signal of product have been developed, and many scientists and engineers have researched in U-health, Healthcare, Wellness fields, As the measurement methods for the mental health, fMRI(Functional Megnetic Resonance Image), EEG(Electroencepha logram), PET(Positron emission tomography), etc. have been used by monitoring the brain activities or recognizing the stress state through ECG(Electrocardiogram) readout or pulse measurement. This study propose the novel way to extract the effective parameters related to an individual’s stress of physiological mechanisms by using a micro-vibration imaging technology, one of the non-contact measurement technology. Twelve subjects participated in the study. The underlying changes in frequency changes of head movement that are associated with valid parameters of Vibraimage in response to stress have been explored.
