According to the development of various field"s technology, individualized techniques which have portability and fluidity have been developed. Recently, technology such as the Internet of things(IoT) have been developed, which also disappeared technical barriers between time and space. In particular, the added value by senses and sensibilities of individual has been created, there are many examples of attempts to apply it to the service or products. In order to create this added value, the quantitative data from the system should be measured more accurately and recognizing the sensitivity is a major issue. In this study, the closeness is evaluated by using the micro movement of human body as non-contact type sensing technology which could be applied in various fields. The experiment measured the image data of each experiment which were divided into groups and non-intimate group, and an average of the motion and of the movement changes by extracting from the micro moving image have been used for separating by synchronization phenomenon between the two persons. In the case of the analysis result of the average movement is not statistically significant, but shows a pattern that can be distinguished intimate(z=-1.803, p=.071). In an other case of the changes of movement, it showed a statistically significant difference (z=-2.030, p=.042). In addition, the result of analysing the synchronization phenomenon has showed the meaningful difference between intimate and non-intimate group even though it doesn"t show a statistically significant difference. In this study, new measurement method called the micro movement is significant in order to confirm the possibility of the recognition sensitivity.

Portosystemic shunt is a rare congenital vascular anomaly. The shunt is hard to clinically suspect because its symptoms develop insidiously and affect various systems at different time points. We report a case of an 11-year-old girl who presented with brain abscess and hypoxemia without respiratory distress. No abnormality related to the hypoxemia, such as intracardiac shunt, was found on the initial chest radiograph and echocardiogram. However, computed tomography showed a portosystemic shunt. An intrapulmonary shunt was demonstrated by bubble contrast echocardiography, indicating a grade 2 hepatopulmonary syndrome, a complication of portosystemic shunt. This case describes the diagnostic process of an unusual case presenting neurological abnormalities and hypoxemia without respiratory distress. Portosystemic shunt with hepatopulmonary syndrome should be considered in the differential diagnosis of unexplained hypoxemia.
