        전분을 달리한 농후제의 이용에 따른 Demi-glace sauce 제조 및 품질 특성

        This research was studied to find out the best ingredients for making demi-glace sauce, using the thickening agent with glutinous rice, non-glutinous rice, brown rice, and black rice, and to look into the quality characteristics. The moisture of demi-glace sauce depending on the thickening type was that the roux added cereals was higher than the control. In addition, it was increased depending on the extension of the storage time. The control was the highest on pH and acidity. On variation depending on the storage time, all of the experimental groups showed decrease on pH. Demi-glace sauce with brown rice and black rice roux showed increase of acidity. The DPPH radical was not tended to be decreased in the experimental group, but it was rapidly decreased in the control, depending on the extension of the storage time. Demi-glace sauce with non-glutinous rice was the highest on Hunter's color L value and generally increased according to the storage time. Also demi-glace sauce with glutinous rice was the highest on 'a' value and 'b' value but was decreased according to the storage time. The control was highest on viscosity, and demi-glace sauce with non-glutious and black rice roux were low on the variation of viscosity depending on the storage time. Increment of total bacteria in demi-glace sauce with black and brown rice roux was relatively lower than the control on storage stability test, and demi-glace sauce with brown rice roux got the highest point after swallow, taste and overall of sensory evaluation.

        예비사서의 경력 미결정 요인에 관한 연구

        This study attempts to analyze factors that influence the level of career indecision for prospective librarians. To this end, an empirical study was conducted on the students from the department of Library & Information Science at universities located in Seoul, Kyunggi and Choong Chung Areas. Exogenous variables included personal, organizational and institutional characteristics. The result of analysis using the Structural Equation Model reveals that personal characteristics of students affect the level of career indecision whereas organizational and institutional characteristics do not have any statistical significance in career indecision. This suggests that, in order to raise the career decision level of prospective librarians. there is a need to develop programs to enhance occupational ego-identity and self-efficacy and to provide organizational and institutional supports, including better curriculum, improved practical ability and qualifications as librarians. This study also discusses its limits and areas for future research.

        뉴욕시 수변공간의 계획특성 연구

        Except The Bronx, 4 boroughs of New York City are islands surrounded by Hudson River, East River, Harlem River, New York Bay and Long Island Waterway. Through industrialization, almost waterfronts in New York City were used for manufacturing and transportation. Post-industrialization beginning, the change of waterfront's function becomes a major issue in NYC's urban planning and urban design. This study considered the characteristic of the urban waterfront redevelopment cases in Lower Manhattan. The result shows that urban waterfront redevelopment plans of diverse scales have been developed, being related strongly one another 'regional scale(NYS) - urban scale(NYC, Manhattan) - community scale(redevelopment projects)', and now, urban waterfront in Lower Manhattan is being transformed into a contact point between water and human as well as public space, a green corridor linking an area to area, and a mixed-zone combining urban area with nature.

        시니어를 위한 하이브리드 아우터웨어 디자인 연구

        본 연구는 소비의 주역으로 떠오르고 있는 젊은 감성의 시니어를 위해 전통과 현재, 동서양의 문화적 융합, 다양한 라이프 스타일에도 착용 가능한 스타일의 융합에 의한 심미적이며 트렌디한 하이브리드 아우터웨어 디자인을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째 하이브리드 패션은 문화의 하이브리드, 시간의 하이브리드, 기능의 하이브리드, 스타일의 하이브리드의 유형으로 분류할 수 있다. 둘째 시니어 아우터웨어는 디자인과 스타일, 젊음, 체형보완의 심미성, 착 탈의의 편리함, 편안함, 치수의 자율성의 기능성, 유행, 개성표현, 품위의 상징성을 고려하는 것이 특징이다. 또 사회, 문화 활동과 일상복으로 도심생활에서의 다양한 라이프 스타일에 활용도가 높은 아웃도어 웨어의 특징이 가미된 하이브리드 시티웨어 디자인을 필요로 하는 것을 알 수 있다. 셋째 디자인 1, 2, 3은 한국 전통 복식과 현대 서구적 디자인의 혼성, 수묵과 디지털 기법의 텍스타일 디자인, 아웃도어 소재의 사용과 시티 웨어 감성의 혼성을 통한 하이브리드 패션의 특징을 응용하여 디자인하였다. 또 시니어의 체형을 고려한 디자인, 착 탈의의 용이성, 선호컬러 등 시니어가 선호하는 아우터 웨어의 특성을 살린 디자인을 하였다. 이것은 한국적 동양미와 모던한 서구적 미, 전통미와 현대미, 스포츠웨어의 기능성과 도시적 라이프 스타일의 융합과 공존을 표현한 하이브리드 시니어 패션디자인이라 할 수 있다. This study aims to present esthetic and trendy hybrid outer wear designs applicable to the fusion of tradition and present and the west and the east as well as diverse life styles for the major target of consumption, the senior generation with young sense. The findings are as follows. First, type of Hybrid fashion can be classified the hybrid of culture, hybrid of time, hybrid of style and hybrid of function. Second, outer wear for the senior generation puts the most emphasis on aesthetic factors including designs, styles, youth, and complement of figure, followed by symbolism such as convenience of dressing or undressing, comfort, functionality of flexible size, trend, express of individuality, and dignity. In addition, this generation prefers outdoor wear for social, cultural, and casual activities and demand hybrid city wear designs adding the characteristics of outdoor wear that is highly worn for various city life styles. Third, Work 1, 2, and 3 made the fabric of cultural hybrid sense using India ink and digital technique-based Textile Design and used the design considering the senior generation`s figure and an outdoor material, and expressed easy clothing change and design of city wear. This is a hybrid senior fashion design expressing the fusion and coexistence of traditional and modern beauty, Korea`s oriental beauty and modern western beauty, and sports wear`s functionality and city life styles.

        수술환자 18 Gauze 말초 정맥관 유지시간과 정맥염 발생률

        The purpose of this study was to evaluate the appropriateness of the replacement time intervals of 18 gauge peripheral intravenous catheters (PICs) by investigating the development of phlebitis. Methods: The subjects were 200 hospitalized patients over 18 yrs old aged who have 18 gauge PICs placed for surgery. After the insertion of PICs, the researcher monitored the insertion site daily for 96 hours for any signs of phlebitis. Results: Phlebitis developed in 25.7% of patients. Patients who developed phlebitis were significantly older and were receiving fluids with faster infusion rate. However, patients with and without phlebitis were not different by gender, insertion site, fluid osmolality, or pH of drugs administered. The incidence rate of phlebitis was higher than 10%(12.9%) starting 24~48 hours after the insertion of 18 gauge PICs. Conclusion: It is recommended to replace 18 gauge PICs within 24~48 hours after insertion. Close monitoring of the PICs insertion site for the signs of phlebitis is recommended.

        디지털트윈을 이용한 LCD제품의 CTQ선정 및 Crosstalk 불량예측

        Purpose: This paper proposes a defect prediction method using digital twins that may overcome the defect detection limitations arising from model-based and data-driven approaches. Methods: To apply the digital twin concept to LCD products, we propose a procedure for the fabrication and validation of digital twins. The crosstalk defect, which is one of the major LCD defects, can be predicted using the developed digital twin. Virtual experimentation conducted based on that were carried out to identify and validate the control parameters. Results: Using the digital twin of LCD products, it was possible to review the process’ CTQ selection adequacy and control specifications. Additionally, by applying the CTQ data of the process to the digital twin, the occurrence of crosstalk defects became predictable. Conclusion: It has been confirmed through case studies that the defect prediction method using digital twins can be effectively applied to the manufacturing industry. Further research on the diversification of defect prediction, digital twin production tools simplification, and real-time connection system of process CTQ data may be conducted.

        도시 수변공간과 지속가능한 개발

        Urban waterfront could be noticed as a symbolic place realizing sustainable development which pursues the balance of preservation & development, because the very one of major issues of urban waterfront is the balance of preservation of ecological environment and supply of urban land. Just at the right time the new millennium begins, quite a few global cities redevelop urban waterfront to make a model of sustainable urban community in the 21st century. The purpose of this study is to investigate the main subject matter how to balance the opposite concept of ecological environment preservation and urban development in urban waterfront. Among the new millennium's urban waterfront (re)development projects, Greenwich Millenium Village(GMV) in London and Southeast False Creek(SEFC) in Vancouver were selected to cases, because they respectively represent Urban Village and New Urbanism, the theories and campaigns of community planning & design based on ESSD(Environmentally Sound & Sustainable Development). As a result, the cases have common themes; mixed-use development in land use, transit-oriented development in transportation, and restoration, preservation, expansion and connection of biotope in environment, and besides, social mix, sustainable energy, etc. And, both cases never construct new communities, damaging the existing ecological environment of urban waterfront. On the contrary, they first restored the polluted waterfront environment and later, permitted urban (re)development very limitedly to minimize environmental damage & environmental pollution. That's to say, they put environmental preservation first, and then meet the needs of urban functions & urban activities by creating compact, complex and intensive urban system. And also, there’s one other notable point. In both cases of GMV and SEFC, the main principal of urban waterfront (re)development is 'public benefit - publicness'. They understand very well that urban waterfront is very important ecological resource and public space of all citizens, and they make waterfront parks for all citizens, improve access to waterfront by walk, bicycle, bus, subway, etc, for anyone to access to waterfront easily & enjoy urban waterfront, and supply a lot of public rental houses as well as many types of condominiums, for a variety of people different with income, job, social level, life style. etc, to live together. Finally, the cases of GMV and SEFC show that they realize the environmentally sound and sustainable development, turning a polluted waterfront to a good urban place based on 'public benefit - publicness'.

        무선랜에서 스트리밍 서비스를 위한 새로운 고속 핸드오프 알고리즘의 설계 및 구현

        본 논문에서는 무선랜 시스템에서 이동 중에도 seamless streaming 서비스를 지원하기 위한 고속 핸드오프 알고리즘을 제안하였다. 기존의 무선랜 시스템에서 핸드오프 동안 seamless streaming 서비스를 지원하지 못하게 되는 문제점이 있기 때문에 이를 해결하기 위해 핸드오프 시작을 결정하는 임계값을 주변 무선 환경에 맞추어 자동으로 조정하는 알고리즘을 제안하였다. 제안된 알고리즘은 불필요한 스캐닝 동작을 하지 않으므로 핸드오프 지연시간을 줄일 수 있다. 또한 특정 채널 군만을 스캐닝 하는 능동적인 스캐닝 과정을 통해서 핸드오프 지연 시간을 줄일 수 있다. 기존의 무선랜 시스템에서 이루어지는 핸드오프 과정과 제안한 고속 핸드오프 알고리즘을 적용한 시스템과의 비교 시험을 통해서 제안한 방식의 핸드오프 성능이 향상됨을 확인하였다. We have considered fast handoff algorithms to support seamless streaming in wireless LANs. It is impossible to provide seamless streaming service while moving within wireless LANs, In this paper, we proposed a new handoff algorithm where the critical value for handoff can be adjusted according to peripheral wireless circumstances. This algorithm can prevent an unnecessary scanning job and save handoff delay time through the active scanning procedure to the specific channel groups. Also, we evaluated the handoff performance of our proposed algorithm, and compared it with the performance of the existing wireless LAN. We can see that the performance with our proposal is better than that of the general wireless LAN.

        스마트폰 애플리케이션용 음식문화 콘텐츠 개발 모델과 전망

        최근 해외여행에서도 음식 체험이 주가 되는 관광인 ‘푸드 투어리즘’이 크게 각광받고 있다. 한편 스마트폰 가입자가 기하급수적으로 늘어나면서 푸드 투어리즘을 즐기려는 해외여행자들에게 여행지의 음식문화에 대한 신뢰성 있는 정보를 제공해줄 수 있는 스마트폰 애플리케이션의 필요성도 대두되었다. 본 연구는 해외의 음식문화에 대한 정보를 제공하는 스마트폰 애플리케이션의 제작 과정을 통하여 요리와 음식문화가 어떻게 상업성이 있는 콘텐츠로 가공, 개발될 수 있는지 모델을 제시하고자 하였다. 특히 본 연구에서 구축한 콘텐츠는 해외 10개국에 현재 거주하거나 장기 거주한 경험이 있는 다수의 음식 전문가들이 언어, 문화, 식품과 음식에 대한 지식을 공유하는 집단지성 체계를 통해 다양한 지역, 풍성한 아이템, 정보의 깊이와 정확성이라는 양적, 질적 수준을 모두 충족시키는 정보로 유저들의 호응을 끌어냈다는 점에서 앞으로 개발될 애플리케이션용 문화 콘텐츠의 제작 모델 역할을 할 것으로 기대된다. Food tourism has grown exponentially every year and food is now considered a vital component of the tourism experience. In recent years, smartphone applications have emerged as a new tool helping travelers create experiences, which allow a number of users to access easily informations about foods while traveling abroad. This study propose a new developing model of food cultural contents for smartphone application for international travelers, ‘menu guide for international travelers’. It was created by a group of experts in food culture, who had been lived or are living in 10 different countries, and the collective intelligence enabled to create extensive and reliable food cultural contents. Therefore, it is considered that this developing model of food cultural contents will be a good example for the development of mobile contents for smartphone applications.
