지적장애인의 자기결정이 삶의 질에 미치는 영향 -가족기능의 조절효과를 중심으로-

This study analyzed the effect of self-determination of the intellectually disabled on the quality of life, focusing on the effect of controlling family functions, with the intellectually disabled as the subject of the study. In order to achieve this goal, it was designated as an intellectual disabled person at the early age of 18 to 25 who were diagnosed with intellectual disabilities, and it was selected as a disabled person living in the community, and it selected major welfare institutions that were most frequently used by people with intellectual disabilities in the early age of 20 years, considering the difficulties of conducting the survey. The research results are as follows. First, "self-determination, psychological capacity, and self-realization" of the intellectually disabled were found to affect the quality of life (physical well-being, physical well-being, social well-being, productive activities and development, psychological and emotional well-being). Second, differences in "self-determination (self-reliance, psychological capacity, self-realization)" did not occur in accordance with the "population statistical. Third, differences occurred in the "quality of life (physical well-being, physical well-being, social well-being, productive activities and development, psychological and emotional well-being" of the intellectually disabled. Fourth, the relationship between "self-determination" and "quality of life" of the intellectually disabled resulted in the adjustment effect of family functions. This study is meaningful in that it demonstrated the service practice that should be provided to people with early adult intellectual disabilities in the field of practice by verifying the relationship between self-determination, family function and quality of life viewed from the perspective of the parties. 본 연구는 성인초기 지적장애인을 연구대상으로 하여 가족기능의 조절효과를 중심으로 지적장애인의 자기결정이 삶의 질에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 본 연구 목적을 달성하기 위해, 성인초기 지적장애인으로, 지적장애진단을 받은 만 18세에서 만 25세인 지적장애인으로 정하고, 지역사회에서 생활하고 있는 장애인을 선정 하였으며, 설문 진행의 어려움을 감안하여 성인초기 지적장애인들이 가장 많이 이용하고 있는 주요 복지기관을 선정하여 편의표집을 하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 지적장애인의 “자기결정(자율성, 심리적 역량, 자아실현)”은 “삶의 질(신체적 안녕, 물리적 안녕, 사회적 안녕, 생산적 활동 및 발달, 심리·정서적 안녕)”에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째 지적장애인의 “인구통계학적 특성(성별, 종교유무, 근로여부)”에 따라 “자기결정(자율성, 심리적 역량, 자아실현)”의 차이는 발생하지 않았다. 셋째, 지적장애인의 “인구통계학적 특성(성별, 종교유무, 근로여부)”에 따른 “삶의 질(신체적 안녕, 물리적 안녕, 사회적 안녕, 생산적 활동 및 발달, 심리·정서적 안녕)”은 차이가 발생하였다. 넷째, 지적 장애인의 “자기결정”과 “삶의 질”의 관계에서 가족기능의 조절효과가 발생하였다. 본 연구는 성인초기 지적장애인을 대상으로 당사자의 관점에서 바라본 자기결정과 가족기능, 삶의 질에 대한 관계를 검증함으로써 장애인복지 실천현장에서 이들에게 제공되어야 하는 서비스 실천방향을 제시하였다는 측면에서 의미가 있다.

융합의 시대에(사물인터넷시대에) 남북한 사회통합을 위한 북한이탈주민 보호 및 정착지원법 개선방안 -북한이탈주민의 경제적 적응 및 심리·사회적 적응을 중심으로-

본 연구의 목적은 남한으로 이주한 북한이탈주민의 경제적 적응과 심리·사회적 적응 실태를 중심으로 북한이탈주민의 보호 및 정책지원법의 문제를 분석하고 개선법을 제안하고자 한다. 이를 위해 서울 및 경기도 지역에 소재한북한이탈주민 225명을 대상으로 설문을 실시하였으며, SPSS 22.0 프로그램을 사용하여 분석을 실시하였다. 주요 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 북한이탈주민들의 경제적 적응은 대체적으로 낮은 수준이었다. 둘째, 북한이탈주민들의 심리‧ 사회적 적응 상태는 전반적으로 낮은 가운데 문화적응스트레스와 친구관계, 신체 및 정신 건강에 대한 만족도가 특히낮은 수준이었다. 셋째, 북한이탈주민의 심리문화적 적응전략과 사회적 지지는 삶의 만족도에 유의한 긍정적 영향을미쳤으며, 적응스트레스는 삶의 만족도에 유의한 부정적 영향을 미쳤다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 북한이탈주민의경제적 적응과 심리적 적응을 증진시킬 수 있는 실질적인 정책적 대안을 제시하였다. This study examines the North Korean defectors' economic and psychological adjustment status in South Korean society focusing on the specificity of North Korean defectors with the social integration perspective. We conducted a questionnaire survey of 225 North Korean defectors in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do and conducted analysis using the SPSS 22.0 program. The results of the study are as follows. First, the economic adaptation of North Korean defectors was evaluated to be generally low. Second, North Korean refugees' psychological and social adjustment status is generally lower than average, especially cultural adaptation stress, friendship, and satisfaction with physical and mental health. Third, the psychological and cultural adaptation strategy and social support of defectors affected the life satisfaction positively and the adaptation stress had significant negative impact on life satisfaction. Therefore, strategies which reducing adaptive stress and enhancing psychological and cultural adaptation strategies are needed to be implemented in South Korean society. Based on results, policy alternatives were discussed.

This study examined the effects of adolescents' experiences of domestic violence on their mental health and mediating effects of adolescents' self-concept. In this study the domestic violence experiences was divided into two. One was witnessing experience of violence between their parents and another was experience of child abuse from their parents. The fifth panel (2007) for middle school of the National Youth Policy Institute was used for this study. Results only on physical violence reported a percentage of 49.3% for those who witnessed physical violence between parents at least once, and 38.5% even experienced serious beating from their parents. The following are main analysis results. First, both types of domestic violence gave a significant influence on the mental health of adolescents. Second, both domestic violence types negatively affected the self-concept of adolescents. Third, the adolescents' self-concept had a significant influence on their mental health. Fourth, verification results of mediating effects of self-concept confirmed a partial mediating effect of self-concept in both domestic violence types. The two types of domestic violence directly affected the adolescents' mental health, but also gave indirect influence mediated by their self-concept. This study presents practical suggestions for intervening in domestic violence based on the results.

사회복지생활시설 종사자의 대인관계 기술과 직무스트레스에 관한 융합 연구: TSL 프로그램 개입을 통한 의생명과학적 효과 검증

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of TSJ-JSM (Job Stress Management) program, which was developed for improving interpersonal relationship and mitigating job stress among social workers through convergence methods with biomedical and social scientific measurements. In order to achieve the purpose, utilizing quasi-experimental design with non-equivalent control group design was applied. Participants were recruited among social welfare residential facility workers with volunteer intention, and 21 participants divided into three groups randomly: experimental, comparison, and control groups consisted of 7 workers respectively. TSL-JSM program consisted of 12 sessions were implemented to experimental group, on the other hands, other employee assistant program with 12 stages was applied to comparison group. Data analysis for verification of TSL-JSM program was conducted with SPSS 25.0. Both social scientific and biomedical scientific measures show that TSL-JSM program has most strong effects on enhancing interpersonal relationship skills and allaying level of job stress by levels of increased HRV SDNN and decreased Corisol. 본 연구의 목적은 사회복지생활시설종사자의 대인관계기술 향상과 직무스트레스 감소를 위해 개발된 프로그램인 TSL-JSM(Job Stress Management)의 효과를 사회과학과 의생명과학적 방법을 융합적으로 적용하여 검증하는 것이다. 프로그램 효과성 검증을 위해 유사실험 설계를 활용하여 비동일 통제집단 설계를 적용하였다. 연구대상은 경남소재 사회복지법인 산하 생활시설의 종사자 중 자발적 참여자로 구성된 실험집단 7명, 비교집단 7명, 통제집단에 7명이 배정되었으며, 실험집단에는 12회기로 이루어진 TSL-JSM 프로그램을 적용하였고, 비교집단에는 12회기의 시설 종사자들의 대인관계기술 강화프로그램을 적용하였다. 최종 자료 분석은 SPSS 25.0 프로그램을 이용하여 공분산분석, 윌콕슨 순위검증을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 타집단에 비해 실험집단에서 유의미한 대인관계 기술 향상 및 직무스트레스 감소를 보였으며 의생명과학지표인 심박변이도와 코티졸의 긍정변화가 검증되었다.

Agrobacterium을 이용한 Trichoderma sp. KACC 40541의 형질전환

Trichoderma spp. are very important as being a major source for the industrial production of various secreting enzymes in the field of white biotechnology. In this work, Agrobacterium-mediated transformation (AMT) was studied using Trichoderma sp. KACC 40541 which has high activities of amylase, pectinase, cellobiohydrolase and xylanase. In principal, optimized NaOH treatment, prior to Agrobacterium infection, to the mycelium was determined to be very effective for AMT. Trichoderma spp.는 white biotechnology에서 이용되는 대표적인 미생물로서 이들이 강력하게 분비 생산하는 효소들은 산업적으로 매우 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 amylase, pectinase, cellobiohydrolase 및 xylanase 분비활성이 높은 것으로 밝혀진 Trichoderma sp. KACC 40541균주에 대한 Agrobacterium이용 형질전환을 수행하였으며 균주개량을 위한 효율적인 유전자도입 방법을 제시하였다. 특히 형질전환을 위하여서는 균사체에 대한 적정 농도의 NaOH처리가 매우 효과적임을 보여주었다.

Water-Soluble Red Pigment Production by Paecilomyces sinclairii and Biological Characterization

Natural pigments have several advantages over synthetic colorants. In this study, the production of red pigment produced by Paecilomyces sinclairii in microbial fermentation was demonstrated and the pigment was purified and characterized. The red pigment was produced from submerged fungal fermentation and fractionated by medium pressure flash chromatography. After fractionation, the spectrophotometric characterization of the red pigment revealed an λmax at 520 nm. Antimicrobial activity of the red pigment fraction was also studied against Escherichia coli O157 and Pseudomonas aeruginosa PAO1. The fraction (F2-F6) of the red pigment exhibited broad-spectrum antimicrobial activity in both bacteria. These results demonstrate the potential of this pigment in inhibiting bacterial growth and in food processing and other foodrelated applications.
