국내 5-11세 소아의 코로나19 백신 접종에 대한 델파이 연구

Purpose: During the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic, we conducted a Delphi survey that included the experts from the field of COVID-19 immunization in children aged 5-11 years. The aim was to organize collective expert opinions on COVID-19 vaccination in young children in the Republic of Korea, and so thus assist the vaccination policy. Methods: The panels included pediatric infectious disease specialists, preventive medicine experts, infectious disease physicians, and COVID-19 vaccine experts consulting the Ministry of Health and Welfare. The Delphi survey was conducted online using a questionnaire from February 14 to February 27, 2022. Results: The Delphi panels agreed that children were vulnerable to COVID-19, and the severity of illness was modest. Furthermore the panels reported that children with chronic illness were more susceptible to a worsening clinical course. There were generally positive opinions on the effectiveness of COVID-19 vaccination in children aged 5-11 years, and experts gathered a slightly positive opinion that the adverse events of pediatric COVID-19 were not numerous. The benefits of COVID-19 vaccination were evaluated at a level similar to the potential risks in children. Currently, the only approved mRNA platform vaccine in children seemed to be sustainable; however, the recombinant protein platform COVID-19 vaccines were evaluated as better options. Conclusions: Due to the surge of the Omicron variant and an increase in pediatric cases, the COVID-19 vaccination in young children may have to be considered. Panels had neutral opinions regarding the COVID-19 vaccination in children aged 5-11 years. Thus monitoring of the epidemiology and the data about the safety of COVID-19 vaccination should be continued.
소다석회유리에서 Alumina첨가제에 따른 제병 공정의 영향

병유리 파유리는 생산하고자 하는 제품과 같은 조성을 가지고 있어 아무리 투입해도 문제가 발생하지 않지만 수급에 문제가 발생하고 있어 예전에는 사용하지 않고 폐기하던 판상 파유리를 사용하고 있다. 그러나 현재 판상 파유리를 사용하면서 판상 파유리의 이질성 때문에 실투, Stone과 같은 많은 문제가 발생하고 있다. 이것의 원인은 $Al_2O_3$의 감소라 생각하고 장석을 통하여 $Al_2O_3$ 함량을 늘리고 판상 파유리의 사용량을 늘려 보고자 하였다. 자원의 재활용(파유리 재활용 증대)과 천연 원료의 사용량 감소에 따라 경제 적으로 많은 이익을 얻을 수 있고 자연 환경의 보전 즉 환경 문제에도 도움을 줄 것이다. 판상 파유리의 비율이 증가함에 따라 $Al_2O_3$의 함량이 감소하는 모습을 볼 수 있었다. 부족한 $Al_2O_3$의 양을 보완하기 위해 장석의 투입량을 증가시켜 $Al_2O_3$의 함량을 보완했다. EDS DATA를 분석해 보면 Si, O의 Pick 만이 존재하는 것을 확인 할 수 있어 나타난 결함이 $SiO_2$계임을 알 수 있었고, SEM 사진을 분석해 보면 $120^{\circ}$의 세 방향으로 열팽창 계수 차에 의해 모습을 볼 수 있어 이것이 Crystobalite 또는 Tridymite라는 것을 알 수 있었다. 편광 현미경에 의한 관찰 결과를 보면 Quartz, tridymite 그리고 Crystobalite Stons과 비슷한 모습을 볼 수가 있었다. 그리고 상평형도에 삼성분에 의한 삼중점을 찾아본 분석해보면 삼중점들이 Tridymite 상의 위치에 있는 것을 볼 수 있어 Tridymite라고 결론을 지을 수 있었다. 따라서 $Al_2O_3$의 한계 임계율은 7.5%인 것을 알 수 있었다. The chemical composition of bottle glass is consisted of Na2O-CaO-SiO2. However the cullet is mornally used in order to decrease the melting tsmperature. This induce the productivity of bottle and decreases the cost. The addition of plate glass decreases the Al2O3 content and in fluence the stone phenomenon and devitification in botle glass. Tus the Feldspar is added in order to increase the Al2O3 content when plate cullet was added in melting. The Tridymite crystal was observed over 7.5% Al2O3 contents, which shown as white crystal in appearance. It is Supposed that the Wollastonite Would be occurred in more over 7.5% Al2O3. This fad id well consised With the Litertctures.

코로나-19의 영향으로 전 세계적으로 경제, 문화, 사회 등 개인의 삶 전반적인 변화로 본 연구는 사회적 거리두기를 수행하기 전과 이후로 구분하여 음주행태를 파악하는 것이 목적이다. 사회적 거리두기 정책이 지역에 따라 다르게 적용된 시점인 2021년 5월의 시점에서 1.5단계가 적용된 지역과 2단계 지역이 적용된 지역을 구분해서 정책의 영향력을 파악하고자 하였다. 본 연구는 2차 자료를 이용하였고 연구 대상은 만 19세~60세로 총 1,000명을 대상으로 하였다. 정책의 영향력을 파악하기 위해 이중차분법 모형을 이용하였다. 종속변수인 고위험음주율의 경우 통제변수인 성별과 흡연 여부가 유의하게 나타났다. 월간음주율에는 시간(코로나 전후), 성별, 연령 및 흡연율이 유의하였다. 이중차분법을 통해 1.5단계 지역과 2단계 지역의 정책효과는 유의하지 않았다. 이는 코로나-19의 영향력이 전국적으로 영향을 미쳐 두 지역 모두 감소하는 방향으로 나타난 것으로 보인다. 추후 코로나-19과 같은 팬데믹 상황이 발생하여 지역별 정책을 달리 적용할 때 그 시점에서 연구하는 것도 의미가 있을 것이며, 그러한 점에서 본 연구의 결과는 도움이 될 수 있을 것으로 생각한다. This study aims to examine changes in alcohol consumption patterns before and after the implementation of social distancing policies, considering the global impact of COVID-19 on individuals' lives, including economic, and societal changes. By distinguishing between regions where Level 1.5 and Level 2 social distancing measures were applied in May 2021, the study aims to assess the effectiveness of these policies. The sample size of 1,000 individuals aged 19 to 60 years. The difference-in-differences model was employed to assess the impact of the policies. The dependent variable, high-risk drinking, was found to be significantly associated with control variables such as gender and smoking. Monthly drinking was significantly influenced by factors including time (pre- and post- COVID-19), gender, age, and smoking status. The policy effects between Level 1.5 and Level 2 regions were not significant, indicating that the influence of COVID-19 was observed nationwide, resulting in a decline in alcohol consumption in both regions. In the future, when facing pandemic situations like COVID-19, it would be meaningful to conduct research during specific periods with region-specific policies. Therefore, the findings of this study are expected to provide valuable insights for such circumstances.

Factors affecting corrosion of stainless steels such as pH, oxidation and redox potential (ORP), soil resistivity, water content of soil, chloride ion concentration, bacteria activity, and corrosion potential have been investigated using soil analysis, bacterial analysis, surfacial analysis, and analysis of corrosion potentials of several stainless steels buried in 8 sites of Seoul metropolitan for one year. Corrosion potential was affected by occurrance of corrosion as well as bacteria activity but the behavior of corrosion potential with time is different depending on occurrance of corrosion and bacteria activity. The main factor affecting corrosion of stainless steels in soil is level of chloride ion concentration which is also a main factor affecting corrosion of stainless steels in chloride containing drinkable water, Furthermore, guideline of stainless steels in drinkable water is concluded to be applicable to that in soil by the results from surfacial analysis.
이라크 현대아파트에 나타나는 전통 주거문화와 공간의 연속성에 관한 연구

As demands for housing are rapidly increasing, many apartments are being built by foreign construction companies with high technical skills. However, in these cases, traditional characteristics can easily not be considered. The aim of this research is to study which elements of traditional residential culture and spaces are still continued in modern residential spaces and which element have disappeared due to modernization in Iraq. Plans of traditional courtyard houses and modern apartments in Iraq have been compared through review study, interviews, and analysis using Space Syntax. Results have shown how traditional cultures about protecting privacy and inviting guests have been continued in the modern culture and are also considered when planning apartments in Iraq. Also, spaces which are made to control temperature in hot and dry climates have disappeared and the kitchen is no longer a space for only women. Based on this study, further research is needed to develop a apartment prototype which consider cultures of Iraq. It is expected that Korean construction companies can use this as basic data when participating in apartment construction projects in Iraq.
