The Dynamic Voltage Scaling is a technique to reduce the energy consumption as adjusting the frequency clock and supply voltage dynamically. Tasks could be divided to periodic-tasks and aperiodic-tasks. Periodic-tasks apply DVS technique easily because we can know period, execution time and deadline of each task. However, it is hard to use DVS technique in aperiodic tasks because tasks arrive sporadic. In this paper, we propose a new efficient DVS algorithm using the deferrable server for aperiodic-tasks and existing DVS algorithm based on workload. Experimental results show that the proposed algorithm obtains energy consumption reduction about 8% more than the existing algorithm in mixed-tasks systems.

Acardia is a very rare congenital anomaly occurring in less than 1 in 35,000 deliveries. Acardiac parabiotic twin has been reported only in multiple, monochronic pregnancies. This anomalous fetus is sustained in utero by parasitic anastomoses to the circulation of its usually normal co-twin and is therefore not compatible with extrauterine survival. A case of an acardiac parabiotic twin is described, and the literature concerning the incidence, classification and etiology of acardiac is reviewed.

North Korean nuclear problem is not only just security issue, but also even more international affairs. So Russian policy for correct understand, We need to see a view of realism and liberalism in international politics. And this paper analyses global, North East regional level and the Korean Peninsula level of Russian policy. A sight of strategical factors in North Korean nuclear problem, Russia seeks for bandwagoning, balancing, checks and economic interdependence, cooperation security in national security, economic development and geopolitics of Russia. Russian policy stands bandwagoning in many relations with America in global level. Because Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons is the vertical interest by Russia, and it relates others agreements-MTCR, START. North East regional level of Russian policy over North Korean nuclear problem decline to get balance of power, to keep multilateral system and to make multinational security organization in North East. Russian policy in the Korean Peninsula level over North Korean nuclear problem is practical strategy in order to get more interdependence, security, economic relations between South and North Korea.

Deep bite is one of the challenging malocclusions to correct, and it appears as a combination of dentoalveolar and skeletal characteristics. In patients with skeletal deep bite, excessive overbite can be reduced through clockwise rotation of the mandible. However, this type of rotation may worsen the sagittal problems and smile esthetics. Therefore, in patients with deep bite and excessive gingival display, detailed analysis and treatment planning is required for aesthetically optimal results. A 20-year-old man with a chief complaint of excessive gingival display when smiling showed deep bite and skeletal Class II relationship. The patient was treated for 5 months with intrusion of maxillary incisors using two orthodontic mini-implants placed on the interdental space between the lateral incisor and canine. After obtaining a proper overbite, comprehensive orthodontic treatment was initiated and was followed by total arch distalization of the maxillary dentition to improve the canine and molar relationship. After 28 months of treatment, good occlusal relationship and satisfactory smile esthetics were achieved.

The purpose of this study was to evaluate effects of fabrication of thermoplastic appliance on the dimensional stability of 3D printed dental models. A digital reference model was printed by different printing materials and densities [acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) and polylactic acid (PLA); 20, 40 and 60%]. Thermoplastic appliances were then fabricated with printed models for three times and models were scanned at three different stated; following the print out, following the fabrication for one time and three times. Tooth and arch measurements were performed to evaluate the accuracy and dimensional stability of printed models after fabrication of thermoplastic appliances. Printed models were not significantly different from the digital reference model regardless of different materials and densities. After the first fabrication of the appliance, most of measurements were decreased in PLA models ranged from 0.05 to 0.24 mm (p<0.05), whereas only a few measurements were decreased in ABS models (p<0.05). After fabrication for three times, measurements were more decreased in PLA models ranged from 0.04 to 0.42 mm (p<0.05) and some measurements were decreased in ABS models ranged from 0.08 to 0.27 mm (p<0.05). ABS models showed relatively good dimensional stability, but the PLA models showed significant dimensional changes even after initial fabrication of the appliance. Repeated fabrication of the appliances increased dimensional changes in printed models, especially printed with PLA.
