철도차량 통신 네트워크(TCN)에서의 WTB 이중화에 대한 프로토콜 분석 플랫폼

TCN(train communication network) standard was approved in 1999 by the IEC (IEC 61375-1) and IEEE (IEEE 1473-T) organizations to warrant a reliable train and equipment interoperability. TCN defines the set of communication vehicle buses and train buses. The MVB(multifunction vehicle bus) defines the data communication interface of equipment located in a vehicle and the WTB(wire train bus) defines the data communication interface between vehicles. The WTB and each MVB will be connected over a node acting as gateway. Also, to support applications demanding a high reliability, the standard defines a redundancy scheme in which the bus may be double-line and redundant-node implemented. In this paper we have presented protocol analysis platform for the WTB redundancy which is part of TCN system, to verify communication state of high-speed trains. As a confirmation of its validity, the technology described in this paper has been successfully applied to state monitoring and protocol verification of redundancy WTB based on TCN.

건설 사업비 관리의 기본적인 체계는 당해 사업의 합리적인 목표 사업비를 정하고 이에 따라 설계 각 단계의 주요 정보를 견적하며, 그 결과가 당초 목표한 사업비 내에서 움직이도록 관리하는 것이다. 이러한 관점에서 국내 공공 부문의 관련 사업비 관리체계는 기준, 산정, 그리고 관리적인 측면에서 한계점을 가지고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 건설 부문의 사업비 관리에 대한 기본적인 개념과 이론을 고찰하고, 이를 국내에서 모범 사례로 평가 받고 있는 민간 플랜트 사업의 사례와 비교, 분석하여 주요 시사점을 도출하였다. 이러한 조사 및 분석을 바탕으로 본 연구는 국내 공공부문의 최상위 기준으로 있는 총사업비 관리지침의 관련 내용이 구체화 되어야 힘을 인식하여 관련된 개선 방향 및 내용을 제안하였다. 구체적으로 총사업비 관리 지침상의 각 단계별 총 사업비/공사비 견적방법, 단계별 사업비/공사비 분류체계, 데이터의 활용방법, 보정 방법 등의 개발, 신설 및 조정 등이 필요하며, 이에 따라 일선 발주기관은 사업비 관리 절차서의 구축이 필요하다. 중장기적으로 총 사업비를 생애주기비용관점에서 산정할 수 있도록 생애 주기비용 산정기준 등도 개발해야 할 것으로 판단된다. The objective of construction cost management is to manage within budget through target costing and process management in planning & design phase. In this aspect, public sector in Korea has many limitations such as cost standards & criteria, method of cost estimation, and lack at cost management tools, For the purpose of improving the cost management structure in public sector, this study compare with cost management theory and current practice of public sector, And case study is performed about private plant industry owners. Based on the results of above analysis, this study suggested some directions about "Total Cost Management Guideline" in Ministry of Strategy and Finance, Because of the guideline what is a high level indicator for cost management in public sector. Proposed directions are including cost estimation method in process, cost breakdown structure, collection and utilization of cost data, adjustment method, etc, And it is needed to develop individual cost management procedures and manuals each public owners, Furthermore, life cycle cost management guideline will be developed on long-term aspect.
Cu-C-Fe₃O₄-Sn 소결 마찰재의 첨가물이 미세구조와 마찰특성에 미치는 영향

The effects of zircon silicate (ZrSiO₄), Zinc oxide (ZrO₂), and Alumina (Al₂O₃), silicon carbide (SiC) as additives on the microstructure and tribological properties of sintered Cu-C-Fe₃O₄-Sn for racing car application have been studied. All the specimens were sintered at 750℃ for 30 min. The abrasive characteristics was tested on a 1/5 scale dynamometer. Effectiveness, fade & recovery, and noise tests were carried out to analyze the friction characteristics. The sintered specimens showed better abrasive properties in the order of ZrSiO₄ < ZrO₂ < Al₂O₃ < SiC. In the best additive of SiC, the friction coefficient was found to be 0.482 and showed less than 10% degradation during life time test at 100 Ian and 130 ㎞.

Even though sum of current market share of Korea, China, and Japan have been decreased in the international construction market, there is a steady increase in the market share of China according to ENR. However, there is no analysis about the impact of the rise of China in domestic construction industry. In order to promote the international market share of Korea, it is essential to establish the strategic plan through foreign market survey that can be used effectively to understand environments of international market. <br/> This study investigates a change in the market circumstances and analyzes the trends focused on international construction of Korea, China, and Japan by reviewing ENR (1997- 2001) and related literatures. Based on above results and interview with experts, the study proposes perspectives in terms of capability (Production Technology, Finance, CM/PM, Price), facility (Building, Transportation, Plant, Water), and region (Asia, Middle East, Africa, Latin America). In addition to, the study presents some suggestions for promoting the international construction of Korea in the future market.

In the last three years, Korea"s offshore catch has declined. In order to prepare countermeasures against such a decrease in fisheries resources, it is necessary to identify the necessity of efficient fisheries resource management and to establish a plan to promote the development of scientific fishery resource management laws in the future. Therefore, this study analyzed the development trends in Korea and abroad in order to activate a wireless monitoring system that has several advantages over the existing fishery resource survey methods for efficient domestic fishery resource survey. It can be used as a basis for research on the development of a wireless monitoring system in the future.

Atomic layer deposition (ALD) is widely used as a tool for the formation of near-atomically flat and uniform thin films in the semiconductor and display industries because of its excellent uniformity. Nowadays, ALD is being extensively used in diverse fields, such as energy and biology. By controlling the reactivity of the surface, either homogeneous or inhomogeneous coating on the shell of nanostructured powder can be accomplished by the ALD process. However, the ALD process on the powder largely depends on the displacement of powder in the reactor. Therefore, the technology for the fluidization of the powder is very important to redistribute its position during the ALD process. Herein, an overview of the three types of ALD reactors to agitate or fluidize the powder to improve the conformality of coating is presented. The principle of fluidization its advantages, examples, and limitations are addressed.
