The change in fatty acid compositions of the glycolipid and phospholipid of sesame seed was analyzed during the storage for 4, 9, and 15 months at four different storage conditions, that is, storage under light with linen bag(LA), storage under light with polyethylene bag(LS), storage in dark with linen bag(DA), and storage in dark with polyethylene bag(DS). In the fatty acid composition of glycolipid, palmitic and stearic acid decreased during the storage but the linoleic acid increased significantly, particularly, between 4 to 9 months of storage. The content of palmitic and stearic acid in phospholipid decreased until 9 months, then increased until 15 months of storage, but reverse tendency was, observed in the content of oleic and linoleic acid. The ratio of unsaturated to saturated fatty acids in glycolipid increased during the storage of 15 months in all the storage conditions. The ratio of unsaturated to saturated fatty acids of phospholipid in DA and LA was slightly higher than that in DS and LS conditions during the storage for 15 months.
採油方法이 참기름의 分劃別脂質 및 脂肪酸 組成에 미치는 影響

1) 分劃別 脂質中 triglyceride가 73.4~77.2%로 가장 높았고 採油方法別로는 RWE의 triglyceride가 RTP와 RTE보다 높았다.<br/> 2) glycolipid(GL)의 oleic acid와 linoleic acid, tryglyceride(TG)의 linoleic acid, free fatty acid(FFA)의 oleic acid와 linoleic acid, phospholipid(PL)의 palmitic acid와 stearic acid는 RTP와 RTE가 RWE보다 높았으나 TG의 oleic acid, FFA의 palmitic acid와 stearic acid, PL의 oleic acid와 linoleic acid는 그 反對로 RTP와 RTP가 RWE보다 낮았다.<br/> 3) glycolipid 및 phospholipid의 C_(18)/C_(16) 脂肪酸比와 不飽和度比는 RTP와 RTE가 RWE보다 높았으나 triglyceride 및 free fatty acid의 그것은 反對로 RTP와 RTE가 RWE 보다 낮다. In order to examine the effect of oil extraction methods on the charateristics of sesame oil, the fractionation pattern and fatty acid compositions of the each fraction of the oil were compared in the oil extracted by the three different extraction methods, that is, pressure extraction of roasted seed (RTP), acetone extraction of roasted seed (RTE) and acetone extraction of raw seed (RWE). The amount of triglyceride in RWE oil was slightly higher as 77.2% of the total lipid than that in RTP and RTE oil of 73.4%.<br/> The content of oleic and linoleic acid in glycolipld and fatty acid fractions, linoleic acid in triglyceride, and palmitic and stearic acid in phospholipid fractions from RTP and RTE oil were higher than those from RWE oil, but the oleic acid in triglyceride. Palmitic and stearic acid in free fatty acid, and oleic and linoleic acid in phospholipid from RTP and RTE oil were lower than those from RWE oil.<br/> The ratio of C_(18) to C_(16) fatty acids and unsaturated to saturated fatty acids in glycolipid and phospholipid fractions from RTP and RTE oil were higher than those from RWE oil, but the ratios in triglyceride and free fatty acid fractions from RTP and RTE oil were lower than those from RWE oil.

참기름中 不감貨物은 RWE가 3.1%이고 RTE는 2.6%이며 全 sterol은 RTP가 0.68%이고 RTE가 0.48%이며 全 sterol中 free sterol이 37.9 (RTP)~52.7%(RTE)로서 sterylglycoside 및 sterylester보다 그 含量이 많다. 참기름中 total sterol의 구성 sterol組成은 39.3~42.9%의 sitosterol, 13.0~17.2%의 △^5-avenasterol, 9.1~11.0%의 campesterol 및 7.4~11.5%의 stigmasterol이며 23.5~24.6%의 未知sterol (RRT:1.35)도 含有되어 있었고 sterylglycoside는 total sterol의 sterol組成과 거의 같은 傾向이었으나 free sterol과 sterylester는 △^5-avenasterol이 8.1~11.4%로서 campesterol 및 stigmasterol보다 含有比가 낮았다. 한편 採油方法別 sterol組成은 差異가 거의 없었다. In order to examine the effect of oil extraction methods on the charateristics of sesame oil, the unsaponifiable matters, fractionation sterol pattern and sterol compositions of the each fraction of the oil were compared in the oil extracted by the three different extraction methods, that is, pressure extraction of roasted seed (RTP), acetone extraction of roasted seed(RTE) and acetone extraction of raw seed(RWE). The amount of unsaponifiable in RWE oil was silghly higher as 31.8㎎ per 1㎎ drying oil than that in RTP oil of 26.1㎎. Sesame oils from three different extraction methods were found to contain 0.26~0.32% free, 0.23~0.42% bound, and 0.49~0.64% total sterol. The content of free sterol in RWE oil was higher as 0.32% than that in RTE and RTP oil of 0.26%, and that of sterylglycoside in RTE oil was lower as 0.12% than that in RTP and RWE oil of 0.23%, but that of sterylester was a little difference. The unsaponifiable matter from fractionation sterol in sesame oil by three different extraction methods was fractionated into less polor compounds, 4,4-dimethyl-, 4-monomethyl-, 4-desmethylsterol fraction by thinlayer chromatography, and sterol composition of 4-desmethylsterol fraction was analyzed by gas liquid chromatography. The major sterols were campe-, stigma-, sito-, and △^5-avenasterol, but, specially, unknown sterol(RRT:1.35) was found as 23.5~26.4% in total sterols, The content of sitosterol, △^5-avenasterol, campesterol and stigmasterol were 59.9~60.3%, 8.1~11%, 16.1~18.4%, 11.6~12.8% of the total sterol in free sterol fraction, 37.3~46.9, 11.6~14.2, 6.6~9.0, and 6.1~8.0% of the total sterol in sterylglycoside fraction, 55.9~59.9, 9.2~11.4, 17.1~18.9, and 11.8~13.7% of the total sterol in sterylester fraction, and 39.3~42.9, 13.0~17.2, 9.1~11.0 and 7.4-11.5% of the total sterol in total sterol fraction.

방송장비가 네트워크 기술을 만나 진화하고 있다. 네트워크 케이블로 초고해상도 영상과 다채널 음향 데이터를 송·수신하고, 다수의 방송장비 제어를 가능케 하는 NDI(Network Device Interface)의 등장으로 방송장비와 네트워크 기술이 융합되고 있다. 최근 국내외 여러 기업이 네트워크 기반의 방송 솔루션을 출시하고 있어, 관련 산업계는 향후 방송장비 시장이 네트워크 기반으로 개편될 것으로 전망하고 있다. NDI는 뉴텍(NewTek)에서 개발한 IP 전송 프로토콜의 일종으로 무(無)손실, 압축, 제로(Zero) 딜레이, 멀티캐스트 등의 특징을 갖고 있다. 기존 비디오 전송 프로토콜이었던 SDI(Serial Device Interface)와는 다르게 네트워크에서 방송장비를 운용할 수 있도록 만들어진 프로토콜이다. 본 논문에서는 NDI를 기반으로 앞으로 다가올 포스트 코로나 시대에 대응할 효율적인 방송 환경을 제안하고자 한다.
