        이상적인 이중-게이트 벌크 FinFET의 전기적 특성고찰

        3-dimensional(3-D) simulations of ideal double-gate bulk FinFET were performed extensively and the electrical characteristics were analyzed. In 3-D device simulation, we changed gate length(Lg), height(Hg), and channel doping concentration(Nb) to see the behaviors of the threshold voltage(Vth), DIBL(drain induced barrier lowering), and SS(subthreshold swing) with source/drain junction depth(xjSDE). When the Hg is changed from 30 nm to 45 nm, the variation gives a little change in Vth(less than 20 mV). The DIBL and SS were degraded rapidly as the xjSDE is deeper than Hg at low fin body doping(1×1016 cm-3 ∼ 1×1017 cm-3). By adopting local doping at ∼10 nm under the Hg, the degradation could be suppressed significantly. The local doping also alleviated Vth lowering by the shallower xjSDE than Hg at low fin body doping. 이상적인(ideal) 이중-게이트(double-gate) 벌크(bulk) FinFET의 3차원(3-D) 시뮬레이션을 수행하여 전기적 특성들을 분석하였다. 3차원 시뮬레이터를 이용하여, 게이트 길이(Lg)와 높이(Hg), 핀 바디(fin body)의 도핑농도(Nb)를 변화 시키면서 소스/드레인 접합 깊이(xjSDE)에 따른 문턱전압(Vth), 문턱전압 변화량(△Vth), DIBL(drain induced barrier lowering), SS(subthreshold swing)의 특성들을 살펴보았다. 게이트 높이가 35 nm인 소자에서 소스/드레인 접합 깊이(25 nm, 35 nm, 45 nm) 변화에 따라, 각각의 문턱전압을 기준으로 게이트 높이가 30 nm∼45 nm로 변화 될 때, 문턱전압변화량은 20 mV 이하로 그 변화량이 매우 적음을 알 수 있었다. 낮은 핀 바디 도핑농도(1×1016 cm-3 ~ 1×1017 cm-3)에서, 소스/드레인 접합 깊이가 게이트전극보다 깊어질수록 DIBL과 SS는 급격히 나빠지는 것을 볼 수 있었고, 이러한 특성저하들은 Hg 아래의 ∼10 nm 위치에 국소(local) 도핑을 함으로써 개선시킬 수 있었다. 또한 local 도핑으로 소스/드레인 접합 깊이가 얕아질수록 문턱전압이 떨어지는 것을 개선시킬 수 있었다.

        Implementation of Single Source Based Hospital Information System for the Catholic Medical Center Affiliated Hospitals

        Objectives: The objective of this research is to introduce the unique approach of the Catholic Medical Center (CMC) integrate network hospitals with organizational and technical methodologies adopted for seamless implementation. Methods: The Catholic Medical Center has developed a new hospital information system to connect network hospitals and adopted new information technology architecture which uses single source for multiple distributed hospital systems. Results: The hospital information system of the CMC was developed to integrate network hospitals adopting new system development principles; one source, one route and one management. This information architecture has reduced the cost for system development and operation, and has enhanced the efficiency of the management process. Conclusions: Integrating network hospital through information system was not simple; it was much more complicated than single organization implementation. We are still looking for more efficient communication channel and decision making process, and also believe that our new system architecture will be able to improve CMC health care system and provide much better quality of health care service to patients and customers.

        주관기업과 협력기업의 안전문화 인식 차이에 관한 연구

        The study conducted questionnaire analysis on 607 host company employee and 404 subcontractor employee in order to examine the difference in the safety culture cognition of host company and subcontractor. As a result, host company had higher recognition in all safety culture factors compare to that of subcontractor, and there were bigger gap of cognition in the 'cognition in safety status and culture', 'accident and near-miss', 'immediate superior's concentration degree in safety and health' than that of other cognition factors. Furthermore, team leaders showed the highest cognition in both host company and subcontractor, and employees with above 20 year career had the highest cognition in both host company and subcontractor. There is high relationship between host company and subcontractor in the correlations in safety culture cognition factors. Through this study, we identified the difference in the safety culture cognition factor of host company and subcontractor.

        만성중이염 수술 후 고실도의 변화

        Background and Objectives Pre-operative eustachian tube function (ETF) is an importantfactor for the postoperative success after tympanoplasty, though much debates have been reported. In this study, we investigated the tympanogram changes after tympanoplasty, indirectlychecking up ETF, to find out the relationship between tympanogram changes and associatedfactors of tympanoplasty. Subjects and Method Included in this study were 238 cases of tympanoplasty (canal wallup mastoidectomy with tympanoplasty type I or tympanoplasty type I only) performed by onesurgeon for chronic otitis media from January, 2012 to June, 2017. In all cases, tympanometrictests were undertaken at one month, three month, six month, and one year post-operatively,and pure tone audiometry tests were taken at 1 year, post operatively. Results The average hearing level and air-bone gap were 41.8±19.7 dB, and 17.1±9.3 dB,pre-operatively, and 29.9±21.1 dB, and 6.9±8.5 dB, 1 year post-operatively, respectively. Mostof the cases showed improvement in hearing. The results of tympanometry showed that hearingimprovement was greater for the A type than for the B or C type (p<0.001). The smaller thesize of the tympanic membrane was, the higher, the type A tympanogram appeared to be (p=0.008). Conclusion The estimation of pre-operative ETF using post-operative tympanogram changescan give insight to the degree and process of recovery of the normal middle ear after tympanoplasty

      • 大腸菌의 醋酸 酸化에 大한 硏究

        Author investigated acetate oxidation of Escherichia Coli 0111 strain by employing the manometric technique and foregoing results were obtained. With these results, it was concluded that: ⑴ Acetate oxidation of E. Coli 0111 belongs to so called Oxidative Assimilation. i, e. CH_2COOH+1,5O_2=1,5CO_2+1,5H_2O+0,5(CH_2O) Though what the compound expressed in(CH_2O) might be was not identified directly, through the determination of alkaline soluble sugar contents of Acetate oxidining cells andcontrol cells, it was qualititatively assured that a portion of acetate is assimilated into the bacterial cell as the sugar, ⑵ By applying the principle of simultaneous adapltation, it was partly concluded that E. coli contains the enzymes neccessary for the oxidation of such compounds occurring in Krebs cycle as succinate fumarate, malate etc. ⑶ Using the tetracycline as an ibhibitor, it was shown that tetracycline did not exhibit any appreciable offect on the Acetate and succinate oxidation of E. coli in the concentration of 200 microgram per mililiter.
