Catastrophic health expenditure refers to when a household spends more than 40 percent of disposable income for out-of-pocketexpenses for healthcare. This study investigates the percentage of South Korean household which experienced the catastrophic health expenditure between 2006 and 2016 with the National Survey of Tax and Benefit and the Household Income and Expenditure Survey data. Percentage of households with the catastrophic health expenditure and tread tests were conducted with weight variable. The results of the National Survey of Tax and Benefit and the Household Income and Expenditure Survey showed 2.17%and 2.92% of households experienced the catastrophic health expenditure in 2016. In trend analysis, the National Survey of Tax and Benefit showed a statistically significant decreasing trend in the proportion of households with the catastrophic health expenditure (annual percentage change [APC]=-4.03, p<0.0001). However, the Household Income and Expenditure Survey revealed a statistically significant increasing trend (APC=1.43, p<0.0001). In conclusion, this study suggests that optimal healthcare alternatives are needed for the catastrophic health expenditure and monitoring low-income households.

팽창기 사이클 엔진은 구조적 단순함으로 인한 높은 신뢰성과 낮은 제작 비용을 갖는 장점이 있지만, 제한된 추력을 갖는 특징으로 인해 발사체 상단부에 적용되어왔다. 발사체 상단에는 다양한 사이클의 엔진들이 사용되고 있다. 하지만 점차 미국, 유럽, 중국, 일본 등의 국가주도 발사체뿐만 아니라 블루오리진과 같은 사기업 발사체의 상단에도 팽창기 사이클 엔진이 적용되고 있다. 국내에서도 팽창기 사이클 엔진 개발 및 관련 연구가 시작되고 있다. 이에 팽창기 사이클에 대한 이해와 엔진 요구조건 설정에 도움이 되고자 현재 발사체에 적용 중이거나 적용을 목표로 개발 중인 팽창기 사이클 엔진들의 사례를 기술하였다.

In Korea, the LMDS wireless CATV systems using 27GHz frequency band has already been introduced. As parmeters for analysis of radiowave performance in 27GHz frequency band, the conventional mobile communication systems using 800MHz frequency band relied on such factors a s the terrain, obstacles and artificial structures. However. the wireless CATV systems using 27GHz frequency band should also take into consideration not only the terrain and artificial structures but also the influence of sudden changes in weather conditions, especially attenuation of radiowaves due t o rainfall. In this paper we simulated the model assumed by us in order to analyze the multipath loss of the received signal affected by reflected waves in multipath propagation environments. In order to better retain wireless links for LMDS wireless CATV systems, we presented the effects of multipath loss which is to be used for the optimum cell planning of wireless CATV systems using 27GHz frequency band by analyzing propagation path loss due t o terrain and obstacles, the time delay owing t o multipath propagation. Through our simulations, we found that multipath loss affecting the received signal is -2.2dB in LMDS systems using 27GHz frequency. Consequently, by employing the results analyzing the effects of the multipath propagation loss for design of LMDS wireless CATV systems, we expect to enchance quality of transmission.

In this paper we study on the propagation prediction model. We develop the algorithms processing operational disposition in order to chase propagation path for each case. The algorithms by the triangle analysis method are divided into two types, one is the algorithm which can operate the reflection numbers and the propagation paths in line of sight area and non-line of sight area, the other is the algorithm that can operate the first incidence angles in non-line of sight area responding to the last reflection angles in line of sight area.
노인집단에서 소음 하 상황 청-문자 통합자극이 작업기억력에 미치는 효과

The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of auditory-letter cue integration stimulus with and without noise environments in older adults. 25 young and 25 elderly adults with normal hearing participated. All participants completed four working memory tasks - forward digit span, backward digit span, word span and listening span were assessed at Auditory Only (AO) and Auditory Letter (AL) conditions with noise (0 dB SNR) and without noise environments. The results revealed that older adults had lower working memory capacity than young adults in all working memory tasks except digit forward span at AO condition and digit forward span, word span at AL condition without noise environment and letter-cue enhancement of older adults was higher than that of young adults. These results were interpreted that older adults had difficulty to recall speech more than young adults did, especially, under in adverse listening conditions. Also, additional sensory cue, that is letter cue, would be effective method for improvement of working memory capacity for older adults.
