유아의 기질과 조부모 양육스트레스 간의 관계 : 조부모와 손자녀 친밀감의 중재효과

본 연구는 손자녀를 양육하는 조부모의 양육스트레스에 유아기 손자녀의 기질이 영향을 미치는지 알아보고, 조부모와 손자녀의 친밀감이 조부모의 양육스트레스를 중재할 수 있는지를 검증하기 위한 목적으로 이루어졌다. 이를 위하여 유아기(만2-5세) 손자녀를 양육하는 조부모 172명의 자료를 분석하였다. 연구결과는 유아기 손자녀의 기질이 조부모의 양육스트레스에 영향을 미쳐 유아기 손자녀의 기질이 까다로울수록 조부모의 양육스트레스수준이 높은 것으로 나타났고, 유아기 손자녀의 기질과 조부모의 양육스트레스와의 관계에서 조부모와 손자녀 친밀감의 중재효과가 유의미하게 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 조부모들이 유아기 손자녀의 까다로운 기질에 잘 대처할 수 있는 능력을 키우는 것이 양육스트레스 감소에 도움이 될 수 있음을 의미하며, 조부모와 손자녀의 친밀감의 정도에 따라 조부모가 인지하는 양육스트레스가 완화될 수 있음을 시사한다. The purpose of this study was to explore the moderating effect of intimacy between grandparents and grandchildren on the relationship between preschool-aged grandchildren's temperament and parenting stress of grandparent. 172 grandparents living in Busan and Gyeongnam area were selected for the subjects of this study. Collected data were analyzed by the SPSS 18.0 program. The main results were as follows: First, this study proved the impact of grandchildren's temperament in preschool-aged on parenting stress of grandparents. Second, intimacy between grandparents and grandchildren moderated on the relationships between preschool-aged grandchildren's temperament and parenting stress of grandparents. This study provides the information about developing the education program which can relieve grandparents' stress associated with preschool-aged grandchildren's temperament.

노인의 자아통합감과 삶의 만족도 간의 관계: 초월과 죽음 불안의 조절된 매개효과

The current study aimed to show the moderating and mediating effects of transcendence and death anxiety in the relationship between ego-integrity and life satisfaction to improve life satisfaction in the elderly experiencing physical, psychological, and socioeconomic changes due to various losses. The participants in this study included 144 elderly aged 60 years and over. The Results can be summarized as follows: A significant mediating effect of transcendence was found in the relationship between self-integrity and life satisfaction. A significant moderating effect of death anxiety was found in the relationship between the self-integrity and transcendence. The tendency that ego-integrity indirectly increased life satisfaction with mediated by transcendence was promoted in less death anxiety. Consequently, in order to increase the life satisfaction of the elderly, it is necessary to re-examine the meaning of life and to accept of the past life for promoting ego-integrity and transcendence. Efforts are needed to lower the level of death anxiety, and for this, programs to understand death in old age and resolve death anxiety are needed. 본 연구는 다양한 상실로 인해 신체적, 심리적, 사회경제적 변화가 발생하는 노년기의 삶의 만족도 증진을 위한 사회적 차원의 개입방안을 마련하려는 시도로 노인의 자아통합감이 삶의 만족도에 미치는 영향 관계에서 초월과 죽음 불안의 조절된 매개효과를 확인하고자 하였다. 연구에 참여한 60세 이상 남녀 노인 200명 중 적합한 참여 선별 기준을 만족하고 성실하게 응답한 144명(여 92명, 남 52명)의 자료가 분석에 사용되었다. 그 결과, 노인의 자아통합감과 삶의 만족도 간의 관계에서 초월의 매개효과가 유의한 것으로 나타났고, 노인의 자아통합감과 초월 간의 관계에서 죽음 불안의 유의한 조절효과가 나타났다. 또한 노인의 자아통합감이 초월에 의해 매개되어 삶의 만족도를 간접적으로 증가시키는 경향이 죽음불안 수준이 평균 보다 낮은 경우에 촉진되는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 노인의 삶의 만족도를 높이기 위해서는 자아통합감과 초월을 증진할 수 있도록 지나온 삶에 대한 긍정적인 회고와 수용이 이루어지고, 노년기 변화에 관한 시각적 전환을 통해 삶의 의미를 재조명할 필요가 있다. 또한 죽음 불안의 수준을 낮추려는 노력이 필요하며, 이를 위해 노년기 죽음에 대한 이해 및 죽음 불안을 해소를 위한 프로그램이 확대될 필요가 있다.

군 병사(용사)의 진로의식, 진로결정 자기효능감 및 진로스트레스에 대한 집단미술치료의 효과

본 연구는 집단미술치료 프로그램이 군 병사(용사)들의 진로의식, 진로결정 자기효능감 및 진로스트레스 대처능력 향상에 미치는 효과를 살펴보기 위한 것이다. 연구대상자는 전역일이 평균 10-11개월 정도 남은 계급의 군 병사(용사)들 중 자발적 참여 의사에 동의하며 미술치료 프로그램에 사전 신청한 인원 23명을 선정하여 실험집단 11명, 통제집단 12명에 무선 배정하였다. 실험집단에는 총 12회기로 구성된 집단미술치료 프로그램을 주 1회, 약 130분씩 실시하였다. 연구도구로는 한국판 진로의식척도(장범식, 2007)와 한국판 단축형 진로결정 자기효능감척도(이은경, 2001), 빗속의 사람 그림검사(PITR)를 사용하여 사전·사후 검사의 차이를 비교, 분석하였다. 그 결과, 실험집단의 진로의식 수준이 사후에 유의미하게 증가하였으며, 군 병사(용사)들의 진로결정 자기효능감은 엄격히 유의미하지는 않았으나, 실험집단과 통제집단 간의 차이를 나타냈다. 또한 실험집단의 군 병사(용사)들은 집단미술치료 프로그램 실시 후 진로스트레스에 대한 대처와 자원에서 유의미한 향상을 나타냈다. 본 연구는 진로에 특화된 집단미술치료가 군 병사(용사)들의 진로의식 및 진로결정 자기효능감 향상과 진로스트레스 대처에 긍정적인 효과가 있었음을 함의하였다. 끝으로 본 연구의 한계를 논의하였다.

수입산 관상 금붕어(Carassius auratus)의 CyHV-2 감염 증례

In this study, imported ornamental goldfish (Oranda and black moor) with high mortality was investigated with histopathological analysis. Fishes showed clinical symptoms characterized by gill necrosis and cumulative mortality ranging from 60% to 90% within a month after import from Thailand and China in 2021. CyHV-2 was detected in gill, kidney, spleen and liver of goldfishes. Histopathological analysis revealed epithelial necrosis, intranuclear inclusion bodies associated with viral symptoms in epithelial cell, macrophage infiltration and vacuolation in secondary lamella. In addition, disseminated granuloma formation was observed in various organs such as kidney, heart and mesenchymal membranes. These lesions refer to coinfections with CyHV-2 and other pathogens that cause chronic inflammation, which leads to mortality. Therefore, early disease monitoring needs to reduce the mortality when ornamental goldfish is imported.

전라북도 교육협력의 인식도 분석에 관한 연구 : 정책집행자의 교육협력 인식도를 중심으로

본 연구는 교육협력 필요성의 증가에 따라 일반행정기관과 교육행정기관간 교육행위자들이 교육협력에 대해 어떻게 인식하고 있는 지를 분석함으로써 전라북도 교육협력을 강화할 수 있는 정책적 방안을 제시하고자 하는 것이다. 이를 위해 해당기관의 실제 연계협력 업무 혹은 유사업무를 집행․결정하는 종사자들을 대상으로 협력실태 및 발전방안에 대한 의견조사를 실시하였다. 이에 따라 일반행정기관과 교육행정기관간 교육협력을 위한 제도적 측면의 정책방안을 제시하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 시장․도지사와 시․도교육감의 연계 활성화를 위한 시도교육행정협의회 구성 및 활성화가 필요하다. 둘째, 교육시책사업의 총괄 협의 및 조정, 교육지원사업 계획 수립 및 집행 지원, 교육관련 시․도지사 자문 등의 수행이 가능한 교육협력관제도의 운영이 필요하다. 셋째, 시․도교육청과 시․도청 간 교육협력지원 1:1 교류 파견이 적극 필요하다. 마지막으로 지원 근거의 마련 하에 일반지방자치단체의 지원 보조금을 적극적으로 활용한 교육지원사업의 안정적 재정확보가 필요하다.

관상 전기뱀장어(Electrophorus electricus)의 피부 궤양병 증례

In this study, dead electric eel (Electrophorus electricus) imported from Peru was investigated with histopathological analysis. On the third day after import, the electric eel began to exhibit clinical symptoms including severe ulceration, exposed muscles with hemorrhage in head and body lesions. Aeromonas hydrophila and A. veronii were detected from skin lesions, whereas A. hydrophila and Plesiomonas shigelloides were detected from internal organs. Histopathological analysis revealed epithelial desquamation in ulcer, epithelial and goblet cell hyperplasia, and lymphocyte infiltration in epidermis. In dermis, macrophage infiltration and colonization of A. hydrophila or A. veronii were seen. The activation and infiltration of macrophage associated with bacterial septicemia were observed in kidney and spleen. It is presumed to be mortality of electric eel due to septicemia caused by opportunistic infectious bacteria after transport stress.
