In this research, the bidirectional-communicationmedia- system which is not able to implement by using the existing coaxial cable was manufactured and the method applicable to Educational Environment was proposed. Also, it is implemented that we can use various media contents through narrow bandwidth by network-linking. The unified broadcasting system applicable to Educational Environment based on IPTV was implemented in the last.

This paper is a study on the heat transfer analysis of a linear compressor for domestic refrigerators. An analytical model was developed with the lumped thermal conductance approach. The linear compressor was divided into 91 simplified elements and each was assumed to have uniform thermodynamic Properties. To verify the numerical analysis, an experiment was conducted at steady state. The results of the numerical analysis showed good agreement with the experimental data. The temperature of suction muffler inlet increases because of leakage from valve and mixing refrigerant at suction muffler entrance.

Paradasynus spinosus Hsiao, 1963 (Hemiptera:Coreidae:Dasynini), with its higher taxon, the tribe Dasynini, and the genus Paradasynus, is reported from the Korean Peninsula for the first time. The morphological information such as diagnosis and description of male/female genitalia and biological note are presented with photographs and illustrations, and the possibility of its spread in Korea as an insect pest is discussed under climate change.

DMX-512 protocol is a lighting protocol which can control the various lighting fixtures by linking as networks. Recently many lighting fixtures corresponding to DMX-512 have been manufactured. The software which makes LED Control of lighting fixtures easy and simple, is proposed in this paper. The complicated interface and production method were improved and each mode was divided for simple production and reducing confusion of operator. The producing effects were confirmed by simulation results.
으뜸도라지추출물이 RBL-2H3 세포에서 탈과립과 염증매개물질의 분비 억제에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 으뜸도라지추출물의 항알레르기 효과를 조사하기 위해 실시하였다. 으뜸도라지추출물 (50, 100 및 200 ㎍/mL) 처리에 따른 RBL-2H3 비만세포의 세포독성을 조사한 결과 으뜸도라지추출물은 모든 농도에서 세포독성이 관찰되지 않았고, β-hexosaminidase assay를 통해 비만세포의 탈과립 억제능을 평가한 결과 재래종도라지추출물과 비교하여 β-hexosaminidase 억제능이 10배 뛰어남을 확인하였다. 또한 으뜸도라지추출물은 RBL-2H3 비만세포에서 탈과립 후 유리되는 대표물질인 IL-4, TNF-α, PGE2 및 LTB₄의 생성 분비를 현저히 감소시켰고, 이러한 효과는 재래종도라지와 비교하여 월등한 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 결과는 으뜸도라지추출물이 알레르기 반응을 효과적으로 억제함을 제시하며 향후 항알레르기 기능성 소재로 개발 가능성이 있음을 나타낸다. Purpose: Platycodon grandiflorum (a domestic diploid variety, DV-PG) has been used as a food and component of various traditional oriental medicines. Although DV-PG is known to have an anti-allergic effect, little is known about the beneficial health effects of the tetraploid ‘Etteum’ variety in the Platycodon grandiflorum (TV-PG), which is a recently developed variety. In this study, we investigated the effect of TV-PG on the rat basophilic leukemia mast cell (RBL-2H3)-mediated allergic response. Methods: To examine the effects of TV-PG on the allergic response, RBL-2H3 cells were sensitized with dinitropheny (DNP)-immunoglobin E, treated with various concentrations of TV-PG, and challenged with DNP-human serum albumin. We estimated cell granulation by measuring the release of β-hexosaminidase and production of inflammatory mediators by ELISA. Results: TV-PG had no effect on the proliferation or cytotoxicity of RBL-2H3 cells within the concentration range of 0 to 200 ㎍/mL. TV-PG inhibited degranulation of RBL-2H3 cells by antigen stimulation in a dose-dependent manner. TV-PG also suppressed the production of inflammatory cytokines and mediators such as interleukin-4, tumor necrosis factor-α, prostagladin E2, and leukotriene B4 in RBL-2H3 cells by antigen stimulation. Conclusion: These results indicate that TV-PG exhibits anti-allergic activity via inhibition of degranulation as well as suppression of inflammatory mediators and cytokine release. These findings suggest that TV-PG may have potential as a preventive and therapeutic agent for the treatment of various allergic diseases.
