Polypharmacy and potentially inappropriate medication use have increased among the residents of long-term care facilities (LTCF). Nevertheless, Comprehensive Medication Management (CMM) for LTCF residents was not implemented in Korea. The United Kingdom, Canada, the United States, and Australia have already introduced CMM for managing drug-related problems in LTCF. This study discussed the implications of developing the CMM service for LTCF residents in Korea by reviewing the system of these countries. The contents and requirements of CMM are investigated through relevant papers and official reports of the public institution of each country. The CMM service of these countries is regularly conducted based on their system and laws. In Canada, there are no additional requirements such as special education and qualifications for pharmacists providing CMM. But in other countries, it is preferred that pharmacists providing CMM are geriatric pharmacists or take the education that is equivalent to them. In addition, all these countries utilize national computer networks or electronic healthcare records that are used for executing CMM and for sharing with other medical experts, and then they are retained as official medical records. It is necessary to consider the system of other countries when introducing the CMM service for LTCF residents in Korea.
라이트 필드 영상 장치에서의 개선된 마스킹 기반 디모자이킹 방법

This paper describes a demosaicking method for a light field camera. Since the light field imaging uses a lens array, it has a different structure from the conventional imaging. Recently, demosaicking methods based on the structural features of light field images have been studied. However, empty spaces exit between the lenses in light field imaging, which generate a lens array pattern. The existing demosaicking method interpolates missing colors without considering the lens array pattern, so that the image quality of demosaicking in light field imaging is degraded. In this paper, the image quality is improved by taking the lens array pattern into account. Experimental results show that the performance of the proposed method is superior to the existing demosaicking methods in terms of image quality, objectively and subjectively.

본 연구는 시연을 활용한 일반물리 수업의 효과를 파악하기 위해 수업 수강 전과 후에 동일한 개념이해도 평가지를 이용하여 학생들의 개념이해도를 비교하였다. 수업효과를 측정하기 위해 Hake가 소개한 〈g〉를 이용하였는데, 이것은 물리교육연구 자들 사이에서 새로운 교수법의 효과를 알아보기 위해 널리 사용되는 방법이다. 연구 결과 시연을 사용한 물리학 수업의 효과가 기존 연구에서 밝혀진 전통적인 강의 중심 수업에 비해 향상된 것으로 나타났으며, 기초지식이나 시연의 경험이 많은 과학고 학생들에게 더 높은 것으로 나타났다. 또한 강의 전, 후 문항별 정답률을 비교하여 얻은 〈G〉를 도입하여 특정 개념에 대한 이해정도를 파악함으로써 향후 강의 개선에 이용할 수 있음을 제안하였다. This paper discusses the effect that classroom demonstrations have on students conceptual understanding in concepts in introductory physics. We used the same conceptual survey to probe the students understanding on certain concepts before and after taking the course. We introduce Hake s 〈g〉, which is used to evaluate the effect of various kind of teaching methods, suggested by physics education research groups, on conceptual understanding of students who took the class. The effect of physics class using demonstration turned to be better than the traditional lecture, higher for students who graduated from science schools with higher prior knowledge and demonstration experience. Authors suggest to use 〈G〉 to probe concepts which need more attention.
