컴퓨터의 발달과 아울러 High Technology분야에서 급속도로 발전되어 FULL DIGITAL 초음 탐상기도 제 3세대의 NoteBook타입 초음파 탐상기가 선보인 것이다. 휴대하기 간편하며, 다양한 기능을 갖추었으면서도 사용하기 아주 쉽게 된 것이 특징이다. 산업의 고도화 성장과 급속한 발전으로 인하여 다양한 재질, 다양한 형태, 다양한 적용범위가 폭 넓어지고 있기 때문에 여기에 가장 알맞는 기능을 가진 초음파 두께기의 탐상기를 고려하지 않으면 외화낭비, 시간낭비, 그 밖에 여러 가지 낭비가 되게된다. 따라서 이제부터 초음파 두께기분야와 초음파 탐상기분야에서 어떻게 변천되어왔고, 어떻게 산업에 응용할 수 있는지를 살펴보자.
Characteristics of THz Pulse Propagation on Teflon Covered Two-Wire Lines

We report efficient direct coupling of THz dipole antenna pulses onto air spaced two-wire transmissionlines and Teflon covered two-wire lines. The air spaced two-wire lines show TEM mode propagation withvery small group velocity dispersion (GVD) and relatively low attenuation. The Teflon covered two-wirelines showed comparatively much higher attenuation and GVD. However, the Teflon covered two-wirelines show a very good guiding property when the lines are curved. Although the lines are circled only5.0 cm in diameter, there is no additional attenuation compared to straight the lines
Effects of Streptomyces griseofuscus 200401 on Melon Powdery Mildew inGreenhouse

The fermentation broth (FB) of Streptomyces griseofuscus 200401 isolated from non-farming soil showed antagonistic activity against powdery mildew fungus both in melon leaf/seedling assay and in field trials. The FB of S. griseofuscus 200401 was tested at different concentrations. In primary test, the control value of 2- fold diluted FB of S. griseofuscus 200401, compared to control, reached to 82.8%. The protective activity recorded 80.5% in 2-fold dilution of FB. The effect was reduced to 28.9% in high dilution (100-fold) treatment. The curative effect was relatively lower than protective activity. In field test, the antifungal activities of S. griseofuscus 200401 remained low in blocks sprayed with 100-fold diluted FB and the control values were 15.2 and 15.9% in 2005 and 2006, respectively. However, the activities were as high as 65% and 67.3% in the blocks treated with 2-fold dilution of FB during the same period.

Enterotoxigenic Escherichia coli (ETEC) strains producing each F4, F5, F6 and F41 fimbriae were lysed by GI24 peptide. The lysate cells were used as ETEC vaccine candidate. This study was carried out to examine whether intramuscular (im) immunization of pregnant sows with the novel vaccine candidate could effectively protect their neonatal piglets against ETEC colibacillosis. All pregnant sows were primed at 11 weeks and were boosted at 14 weeks of pregnancy. Group A sows were im inoculated with PBS. Group B sows were im immunized with 2×109 the mixture. Seral IgG, colostral IgA and IgG titers from group B sows, and seral IgG and IgA levels in group B piglets were significantly higher than those of group A sows and piglets, respectively. After challenge with wild-type ETEC, diarrhea and mortality was not observed in group B piglets. However, diarrhea was observed in 66.7% of group A piglets, and 33.3% mortality was observed. These findings indicate that im immunization of sows with the mixture of the novel vaccine candidate can effectively protect their offspring from ETEC colibacillosis.

A facile new strategy for the synthesis of multi-channel-contained N-doped carbon nanofibers composedof few-layered MoSe2 nanosheets (denoted as MC-NCNF/MoSe2) was introduced and the composite wasdemonstrated as an anode material for sodium-ion batteries. This was thefirst time that diethylenetri-amine was introduced as a pore generator in the electrospinning process and played a key role ingenerating multi-channels in the structure by phase-separation from the molybdenum salt andsubsequent volatilization without any additional process. Polyvinylpyrrolidone was used as a carbonprecursor and played the role of a N-doping source for the carbon matrix. MC-NCNF/MoSe2 achieved ahigh reversible discharge capacity of 386 mA h g 1 at a current density of 0.5 A g 1 after the 300th cycleand superior rate capability of 285 mA h g-1 at 10.0 A g 1. The multi-channeled structure of MC-NCNF/MoSe2 facilitated effective Na+ and electron diffusion during repeated discharge/charge processes andaccommodated the huge volume expansion of the MoSe2 nanosheets induced by electrochemicalreaction of the Na+ ion.

The asymmetric electrochemical capacitor was realized by MnO2/Vertical graphene nanosheets (VGN)and Fe2O3/VGN as positive and negative electrodes, respectively. The surface of VGN skeleton isindependently decorated with MnO2 having sponge gourd-like morphology and Fe2O3 having nanoricelike morphology. Both the electrodes have shown around 250 times higher charge-storage capacity thanthe bare VGN (0.47 mF/cm2) with the specific capacitance of 118 (MnO2/VGN) and 151 mF/cm2 (Fe2O3/VGN). The fabricated asymmetric device exhibited a specific capacitance of 76 mF/cm2 and energydensity of 71 mWh/cm2 with an excellent electrochemical stability up to 12,000 cycles, over a potentialwindow of 2.6 V.
고추 역병에 대한 아인산 ( phosphorous acid ) 의 방제 효과

Control effects of phosphorous acid were investigated on Phytophthora blight of red pepper plants in greenhouse and field. In vitro test, the mycelial growth of Phytophthora capsici was inhibited by the phosphorous acid more than 97% at 1,000 ㎍ and 10,000 ㎍ a.i./mL in the liquid and solid culture, respectively. At concentration of 10 ㎍ a.i./mL of phosphorous acid, in the liquid culture the mycelial growth of P. capsici was inhibited 46.2%, however inhibited only 4.9% on the soild culture. Zoosporangial formation was also inhibited 89.1% by phosphorous acid at 100 ㎍ a.i./mL. Phosphorous acid affected more zoosporangial formation of P. capsici than its mycelial growth. At the concentrations of 10,000, 1,000 and 100 ㎍ a.i./mL of phosphorous acid, germination of zoosporangia was inhibited 100, 84.3 and 44.2%, respectively. Mycelial growth and zoosporangial formation of P. capsici were little affected at the concentration of 10 ㎍ a.i./mL of phosphorous acid. Cermination of zoosporangia was also little affected at this concentration, however growth of the germ tubes was inhibited and the abnormal mycelial growth was observed. Phosphorous acid suppressed the incidence of Phytophthora blight of red pepper plants up to 77.0∼62.0%, in greenhouse. Phosphorous acid suppressed the incidence of Phytophthora blight of red pepper plants up to 54.0% at the conventional culture in field. Treatments of phosphorous acid increased up to 113% in height, 135% in number of fruit, and 129% in weight of fruit.
