양식산 참조기 및 수조기 미성어의 계절별 성장 경향과 저수온 내성 특성

본 연구는 조기류(참조기, 수조기)의 양식생물학적 기초 자료를 확보하고자 육상수조에서의 성장 특성 및 저수온 노출에 대한 영향을 조사하였다. 1년 사육기간동안 수조기 가 참조기에 비해 성장이 빨랐고, CF는 모두 9월에 가장 높게 나타났으며, DFI는 모두 9~10월에 최대값을 보인 후 낮아졌다. 사료계수는 참조기가 2.20, 수조기가 1.34였다. 완 만한 수온 하강에 대한 영향은 참조기와 수조기 미성어 모 두 4.7˚C 이하에서 폐사가 발생하였으며, 조기류 월동의 임 계수온은 9˚C로 나타났다. In the present study, we investigated the characteristic of growth and the tolerance of cold temperature in small yellow croaker and yellow drum, the results shows that the growth of yellow drum were faster than those of small yellow croaker with high food convergency efficiency, In condition factor (CF), the results shows that the values of yellow croaker and yellow drum were significantly higher in September, respectively. In mortality according to cold shock, two fishes was died under 4.7˚C in slow temperature descending test, but was both died under 9˚C in acute temperature descending test.

북핵 공격에 대비한 한국의 핵 민방위 체제 구축에 관한 연구

만약 한반도에서 핵전쟁이 터진다면 그 피해는 상상을 초월하는 수준이 될 것이다. 따라서 우리 국민은 핵 공격 시 수행해야 할 조기경보·전파, 소개·대피, 대피시설 활용, 행동요령 등을 숙지하고 대처함으로써 핵 공격으로부터의 개인의 생명과 재산을 보호할 수 있는 노력을 극대화해야 한다. 본 연구는 핵 방호가 가능한 ‘핵 민방위’ 체제로 전환하는데 필요한 과제 도출을 위한 연구이며, 주요 내용은 북한 핵 위협 분석, 핵 방호 실태진단, 그리고 핵 민방위 체제 구축을 위한 발전과제 등이다. 먼저, 조기경보 체계는 2∼3분 이내 예보 가능한 민군합동 탄도미사일 경보체계로 전환하여야 하며, 소개·대피는 권역별 대피개념을 수용하여 위험순위에 따른 대피시설을 준비하고, 공공용 대피시설에는 출입문, 여과기, 발전기, 비상용품 등이 보강하여야 한다. 그리고 민방위 기본법, 비상대비자원 관리법, 건축법 등을 정비하고, 핵 민방위 종합훈련 및 체험실습장 설치, 국민 행동요령 홍보 방안 등을 제시하였다. If a nuclear war breaks out on the Korean peninsula, the damage will be beyond imagination. Therefore, we should maximize efforts to protect individuals" lives and property from nuclear attack by knowing and coping with early warning and propagation, introduction, evacuation, evacuation facility utilization. Therefore, this study was conducted to elucidate the necessary tasks for the transition to the nuclear civil defense system capable of providing nuclear protection. The main contents of the study are analysis of North Korea"s nuclear threat, basic knowledge of nuclear explosion damage, and diagnosis of nuclear protection status. First, early warning system should be converted into a joint ballistic missile warning system operating jointly with a civilian sector that provides an alert within 2 to 3 minutes. The introduction and evacuation should be based on the evacuation concept by evacuation facilities, as well as filters, generators, and emergency supplies, should be prepared according to risk assessment. Together with efforts to prepare for the necessary legislations such as the Civil Defense Basic Law, the Emergency Preparedness and Resources Management Act, and the Building Law, it is essential to establish the comprehensive training of nuclear civilian defense; to install a practical training center; and to promote public action tips.

학생 선택형 교육과정의 체육교수 경험에 관한 셀프 연구

The purpose of this study is to review a sense of expectation of perspective undergraduate students of physical education to student-centered curriculum and to examine a teacher’s related effort, searching for ideal methods to promote optimal student-centered curriculum. Three years (2017 to 2019) of the teaching experiences, school newsletters, student interview journals, teaching journals, and class reviews were collected and utilized in this self study. Collectively, the study describes a teacher’s strategic plan to overcome a teacher’s embarrassment caused by gap between reality and ideal during early stage of physical education program and a variety of the applied methods (Participation in sports, convergence class, pre-service teachers’ microteaching) to change students’ mind in positive ways. 본 연구의 목적은 체육대학에 진학하고자 하는 고등학생들이 학생 선택형교육과정을 통해 어떤 기대감을 가지고 있고, 이를 충족시키기 위한 교수자의 노력들을 종합적으로 검토함으로써 학생 선택형 교육과정의 활성화 방안을 모색하는데 있다. 이를 위해 2017년부터 3년간 체육 교육과정 클러스터를 지도한 교수자 경험을셀프연구로 수행하였으며, 학생들의 수업사진과 수업소감문 외에 수업 일지, 가정통신문, 학생 면담 일지 등의 자료를 수집하였다. 교수 초기에 경험한 어색함, 괴리감, 당황함을 극복하고자 학생들의 체육에 대한 생각의 전환 및 확장, 그리고 책임감 향상을 위한 전략을 세웠으며, 다양한 스포츠 경험, 타 교과와의 융합수업, 그리고 수업시연으로 이를 구체화시켜 실천하였다.

Effect of Gui-zhi-fu-ling-wan on Hot Flashes in Young Patients: A Retrospective Case Series

Hot flashes are one of the main problems in postmenopausal patients. Hormone replacement therapy is the standard treatment for this vasomotor symptom, but long-term estrogen treatment can produce serious adverse effects such as higher risks of cardiovascular disease and breast cancer. For this reason, hormone replacement therapy may not be advisable for young patients. Gui-zhi-fu-ling-wan is an herbal decoction for hot flashes used in traditional Chinese medicine. We have extensive experience treating hot flashes in young women; this preliminary case series evaluates the effectiveness of Gui-zhi-fu-ling-wan for alleviating hot flashes in young patients. In this retrospective case series, we reviewed the medical records of outpatients who visited the Department of Cardiovascular and Neurologic Disease, Kyung Hee Oriental Medical Center for hot flashes from October 1, 2003 to October 1, 2008. Of the 60 cases, 37 met the inclusion criteria. Mean improvement in symptoms, as assessed using the visual analog scale, was 40.4 ± 28.5%; 51.3% of patients experienced a 50% improvement. According to the secondary analysis, the results of differential diagnosis of cold and hot syndrome and blood stasis syndrome did not affect scores. Only 2.7% of the patients reported adverse events. Our findings suggest that Gui-zhi-fu-ling-wan improves hot flashes in young patients in a relatively safe manner. However, rigorous clinical studies are needed to confirm these results.
