We studied two research items that can be undetermined issues in the artificial seed production of the Japanese scallops, Patinopecten yessoensis, batch-specific quality of the reproductive outputs and nursery acclimation, in the embayed waters of Yangyang, Gangwon, Korea. The first batch of the spawner showed better results in terms of survival, growth, and resistance against parasitic ciliate infection over the second batch that was obtained in 5 days after first batch from the same spawner. The early attached spats directly placed in the farming ground (the unacclimated) were resistant against the water current of the open environment, by showing survival of about 80% for a month, a normal survival compared with other results. However, the spat survival during the nursery acclimation was significantly lowered in comparison with that in the unacclimated condition (P<0.01). We discussed the research results of the two items, particularly focusing on their availability for mass seed production for aquaculture in the Korean coastal waters of the East Sea (Sea of Japan).
창의적 디지털 역량 향상을 위한 디자인 수업 설계원리 개발

목적 본 연구는 초등학생의 창의적 디지털 역량 수준을 진단하고 적응적으로 지원할 수 있는 디자인 수업 설계원리를 개발하고 타당성을 검증하였다. 방법 창의적 디지털 역량 향상을 위한 디자인 수업 설계원리를 설계⋅개발연구 방법에 따라 개발하였다. 내적 타당화를 위해 4명의 교육 전문가가 수업 설계원리를 검토하였고, 초등학교 6학년 1개 학급을 대상으로 디자인 수업 설계원리를 적용하여 외적 타당화를 실시하였다. 수업 효과를 조사하기 위해 학습자 설문과 면담을 실시하였고 디자인 산출물을 분석하였다. 결과 본 연구는 창의적 디지털 역량 향상을 위한 디자인 수업 설계원리 9개와 상세지침 28개를 개발했다. 초등학교 수업에 설계원리를 적용한 결과, 학생의 창의적 디지털 역량 수준, 수업에 대한 흥미, 디지털기기 활용에 대한 효능감이 유의미하게 향상되었다. 결론 창의적 디지털 역량 향상을 위해 실제적인 문제 중심의 소프트웨어 교육을 설계하고, 학습자의 개인차를 고려한 적응적인 지원이 필요하다. Objectives This study developed instructional design principles to diagnose and adaptively support students’ creative digital competence in design class. Methods The design and development research method was applied to developing instructional design principles for enhancing creative digital competence. For internal validation, four educational experts reviewed instructional design principles, and external validation was conducted through applying instructional design principles to the 6th grade class in an elementary school. To investigate the effectiveness of the class, this study collected multiple data sources, including surveys, interviews, and design outputs of learners. Results This study developed nine design principles and twenty eight guidelines for enhancing creative digital competence in design class. As results of applying the principles and guidelines, the class was effective in improving learners’ situational interest, ICT self-efficacy, and creative digital competence. Conclusions For improving creative digital competence, we should design software education focusing on authentic problems and provide learners with adaptive supports, considering their individual differences.
참가리비, Patinopecten yessoensis 인공종묘 생산시 환수가 유생에 미치는 영향-유생성장, 스쿠티카충 발생, 치패성장의 관점

이전의 연구에서 참가리비(Patinopecten yessoensis) 인공종묘생산 중 수질관리를 위해 주기적으로 실시하는 환수(전량환수)가 scuticociliates 감염을 촉진 할 수 있다는 가능성을 제기하였다. 본 연구에서는 수질과 scuticociliates 감염을 고려한 최적 환수 횟수를 결정하고자 하였으며, 유생성장, 생존, scuticociliates 발생을 1차 기준으로 하였으며, 부가하여 중간 육성장으로 이동하여 성장 및 기형 발생율을 2차기준으로 조사하였다. 5일 간격의 환수(3T)가 가장 좋은 결과를 보였다. 잦은 환수(5T)는 수질 개선에도 불구하고 성장 둔화가 확인되었으며, 이것은 scuticociliates의 감염과 연관이 있는 것으로 보였다. 9일간격의 환수(1T) 역시 성장둔화를 보였으며, 5T 실험구와 더불어 중간육성이후 성장 둔화(통계적 유의성 없음)와 비정상 발생을 유발하였다. 본 연구결과 최적 환수 간격은 5-7일 사이로 나타났다. Our previous finding summarizing that larval sieving process is inevitable but triggers the outbreak of scutica-like ciliates (SLCs) in the seed production of Patinopecten yessoensis urged further study to determine best suggestable sieving interval in an agreeable range of water quality. In the mass seed production of the scallop, SLC outbreak was closely related to the larval sieving in which larvae were drained on the basis of every 3-day (5T), 5-day (3T), 7-day (2T), or 9-day (1T) from culture tanks onto a mesh screen and placed back into new water in cleaned tanks. The larval performance of growth and survival was clearly dependent on the sieving intervals. It was in order of 3T, 5T, 2T, and 1T for both of growth and survival and in reverse order for SLC infection frequency, confirming that larval sieving is necessary but damageable if it overwhelms the larval resistance. Interestingly, the larval damages by the sieving persisted to their ensuing spat life in terms of nursery growth, survival, and abnormality.

Aging society may approached to our society during snatch very, and enter in super aging society for more span. Investment that we which live 21th century are many in people's quality of life elevation meantime did not consist, but stand in visual point that must improve many portions forward. For front, repletions for many equipments that consider aged on our society must consist, and much researches may have to be gone for this. According to traffic accident result, percentage of older pedestrian deaths was 46.5% as much in Korea. In particular, the crossing accidents by 59% or more of the older pedestrian traffic safety measures that target is an urgent situation. Therefore, in this study was to identify the domestic status and problem on no-sidewalk region for older pedestrians. In addition, side walk the installation and maintenance plan presented to prepare for aging society.
