        금오산의 산화지에서 벌목지와 비벌목지의 식물 군집구조 비교

        This is a report on the early vegetation, plant community structure, and secondary succession of cut and uncut sites of burned areas in Mt. Gumo-sun. The forest fire occurred on April, 1994 and the pine forest and its floor vegetation were burned down. The investigation was carried out from April, 1995 to October, 1996. The results are summarized as follows : The floristic composition of cut and uncut sites of burned area and unburned area were composed of 32, 36, and 34 kinds of vascular plants respectively. The biological spectra showed the H(G)-D₁-R_5-e type, H(M)-D₁-R_5-e and M(N)D₁-R_5-e in cut, uncut, and unburned site respectively. The dominant species based on SDRs of the cut site were Miscanthus sinensis var. purpurascens(100.00). Caret humilis(52.27), Quercus serrata (51.19) and Lysimachia clethroides(39.40), however, in the uncut sites the dominant species were Quercus acutissima(56.91), Pinus densijlora(26.83) in the tree layer, Quercus serrata(50.43), Lindera glauca(40.51), Lespedeza bicolor(37.85) in the shrub layer, and Miscanthus sinensis var. purpurascens (72.27), Pteridium aquilium var. latiusculum(60.92), Carex humilis(63.63) in the herb layer. Pinus densiflora(99.88), Miscanthus sinensis var. purpurascens(82.74), Quercus serrata(77.47) and Carex humilis(74.02) were dominant in the unburned site. The species diversity(H) and evenness index(e) were 1.05, 0.70 and 1.32, 0.85 in the cut and uncut site, respectively and 0.22, 0.63 in the unburned site. Dominance index(C) was 0.15, 0.06 and 0.96 in the cut, uncut site and unburned site, respectively. Degree of succession(DS) was 345.19, 747.47 and 674.34 in cut, uncut and unburned site, respectively. The index of similarity(CCs) was 0.66 between cut and uncut sites, 0.50 between unburned and cut sites and 0.61 between unburned and uncut sites. The amount of exchangeable sodium, calcium, magnesium and soil pH were increased, but the amount of organic matter, available phosphous, total nitrogen, total carbon and exchangeable potassium were decreased in cut site after fire.

        구미시 가로수 식재현황에 따른 만족도 분석

        본 연구는 구미시민들의 가로수에 대한 인식도와 선호도 등에 대한 연구결과를 중심으로 향후 구미시의가로수 식재에 대한 개선방안 분석은 다음과 같다. 구미시 가로수 식재현황 분석 결과 구미시에 식재된 가로수는은행나무를 비롯해 총 19종 38,910그루의 가로수가 식재되어 있으며, 은행나무 10,449그루 26.7%, 느티나무 9,360그루 23.9%, 이팝나무 5,178그루 13.2%, 왕벚나무 4,990그루 12.7%, 배롱나무 4,222그루 10.8%, 순으로 조사되었다.인지도는 공기정화 기능 39.7%, 도시 미관 30.5%, 계절감 15.3%, 그늘 제공 13.3% 순으로 조사되었다. 선호도는 전문가 의뢰가 58.1%, 지역주민은 34.3%로 나타났으며, 만족도는 녹지환경의 변화 그렇다 46.7%, 나빠졌다 2.2% 조사되었다. 가로수의 생장 방해 요소는 병충해 40.6%, 대기오염 30.0%, 영양부족 13.2% 순으로 조사되었다. 가로수의 식재 개선방안은 가지치기 29.7%, 중앙분리대 24%, 화단조성 20.7%, 가로수 식재 20%순으로 조사되었다. That this research plants street tree at appetite hereafter laying stress on study finding and these thing about awareness and preference etc. about gumi citizen’s street tree, improvement plan and proposal are as following. Gumi city street tree present condition analysis wave and gumi city heart street tree including Ginkgo biloba L. total class 19 38,910 street trees be planted, and plant by Ginkgo biloba L. 10,449 roots 26.7%, Zelkova serrata Makino 9,360 roots 23.9%, Chionanthus retusa Lindl. et Paxton 5,178 roots 13.2%, Prunus yedoensis Matsumura 4,990 roots 12.7%, Legerstroemia indica L. 4,222 roots 10.8%, period of ten days among these street tree. Recognition was found in the order of air purifying function 39.7%, urban aesthetics 30.5%, seasonality 15.3%, and shading 13.3%. The preference was 58.1% for expert referrals and 34.3% for local residents. Satisfaction was changed 46.7%, worsened 2.2%. Growth disturbance factors of roadside trees were 40.6% of pests, 30.0% of air pollution, and 13.2% of malnutrition. Tree planting improvement measures were 29.7% pruning, 24% median, 20.7% flower bed composition, and 20% tree growing.

        국립세종수목원 교육·체험프로그램 운영을 위한 세종시 교사들의 요구도 조사

        This research aims to provide baseline data for designing an effective operating method of Sejong National Arboretum by investigating responses of educators from various levels of schools including preschools located in Sejong regarding such aspects as forms of participation, purposes of visitation, and suggestions for future improvement. The survey targeted two hundred educators currently working in schools located in Sejong through the Sejong Metropolitan Autonomous City Office of Education website for one month (March 2019). 183 out of 200 responses were analyzed using SPSS ver 20.0. The analysis excluded 17 responses that did not meet the criteria of completion. Multiple choice questions were analyzed using chi-Square Independent Test and cross analysis. The statistical significance of different levels of education was evaluated through one-way ANOVA. The results of the analysis indicated that each school provides 2~5 off campus activities to students, dedicating 2.5 hours on average per each event. The most preferred topic of off-campus activity was “nature and the environment,” taking 47% of the total share. There was a significant difference among grade levels regarding the purpose of visiting the arboretum at the significance level of 95%. The development of various programs ranked first place among suggestions for increasing participation rate, followed by instructor training and convenient transportation. There was not any significant difference among grade levels regarding this question. The most preferred operating method in terms of season, duration, and the method of registration was Spring (56.3%), 2 hours (48.6%), and advance registration (85.2%). The most preferred activity format in terms of grouping, size of the group, location, and teaching method was grouping within the same grade (55.2%), 20~25 people per group (29.7%), a combination of indoor and outdoor activities (54.6%), and hands on activities (84.7%). 47% of the responses showed a positive reaction toward nighttime activities. As 57.1% of negative responses expressed safety concerns, designing a specific safety guideline for the nighttime operation would improve the nighttime experience in general. The result of this research will become baseline data for establishing the direction of the future development of Sejong National Arboretum. 본 연구는 세종시 각급학교 교육자들을 대상으로 교육·체험프로그램의 참여형태, 방문목적, 프로그램 참여율 향상방안, 운영 및 진행방식 등을 조사하여 세종수목원 운영 프로그램 마련에 활용하고자 한다. 조사는 2019년3월한달간세종시 교육청 홈페이지를 통해각급 학교 교육자 200명을 대상으로 설문을 실시하였으며, 설문의 완성도가 떨어지는 17부를 제외한 183부에 대하여 SPSS ver. 20.0 이용하여 분석하였다. 선다형 문항은 카이제곱(χ2)독립성 검증(chi-Square Independent Test)과 교차분석을 수행하였으며, 학생별 유의성은 일원배치 분산분석(one-way ANOVA)을 이용하여 분석하였다. 교육·체험프로그램 개발·운영에 대한 설문조사 분석결과, 각급학교는 교육·체험 프로그램을 위해 주로 교외에서 연간 2~5회, 회당 평균 2.5시간을 할애하고 있으며, 선호하는 주제는 자연과 환경에서 47%로 가장 높게 나타났다. 수목원 방문목적은 유의수준 95%에서 2개 항목이 유의한 것으로 나타나 학년별로 유의미한 차이를 보였다. 운영 프로그램의 참여율 향상은 프로그램 개발, 강사진, 교통수단 순으로 높게 나타났으며, 각 요소에 대한 학년별 차이는 관찰되지 않았다. 운영방식 중 시기, 시간, 접수방식 순으로 봄(56.3%), 2시간(48.6%), 사전예약제 (85.2%) 응답이 높게 나타났으며, 진행방식은 그룹 편성, 장소, 인원, 교수법 순으로 동일학년 편성(55.2%), 실내·외 강의 (54.6%), 20~25명(29.7%), 체험형(84.7%) 응답이 높게 나타났다. 야간운영은 참석자(47.0%)가 조사되어 운영의 필요성과 더불어 참석에 희망하지 않는 사람들은 안전성(57.1%)에 대한 우려를 보였다. 본 연구 결과는 세종수목원 프로그램의 기본방향을 수립하고 설정하는데 매우 중요한 기초 자료로활용하고자 한다.

        마이크로웨이브 균일분산 특성을 이용한 명아주(Chenopodium album var. centrorubrum), 쇠비름(Portulaca oleracea)과 한련초(Eclipta prostrata)의 발아율 변화

        마이크로웨이브 균일분산 시스템을 이용하여 자연생태계에영향을 주지 않고 잡초종자발아를 제어함으로써 토양 및 수질오염에 영향을 주지 않는 새로운 개념의 제초제 대안을 제시하고자 한다. 명아주(Chenopodium album var. centrorubrum),쇠비름(Portulaca oleracea)과 한련초(Eclipta prostrata)의 식물에 대한 마이크로웨이브의 토양 함수량별, 깊이별 조사한 결과 균일 분사된 마이크로웨이브를 이용한 잡초 종자의 발아율 측정에서 마이크로웨이브는 토양 함수량에 따른 종자의 발아조절에는 토양 함수량 20%, 30%에서 최고의 효율이 나타났으며, 토양의 깊이에는 별 영향을 받지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 마이크로웨이브 조사시간은 30초 이상 조사시 잡초 종자의 발아를 억제 할 수 있는 것으로 나타나 적절한 토양 함수량(20~30%)및 이에 따르는 30초 이상 조사한 마이크로웨이브의 균일분산시스템을 통해 제초제를 대신하여 잡초종자발아를 조절할 수있을 것으로 생각된다. As environmentally sound agriculture emphasize gradually as well as the importance of environment, manystudies on weed and soil nematode control of new concept which does not affect adversely environment are in progress. Forthis purpose, plant seeds which are representative weed species in field were selected and treated with microwave havinggenerating capacity of 17.73 kw/㎥, and investigated germination rates of weed seeds and the number of soil nematodeaccording to soil moisture contents, soil depth and irradiation times. The microwave effect on the germination rates wasextremely high in soil moisture content of 40% and irradiation time over 40 seconds for irradiation time, while soil depth didnot affect germination rate. In view of the results so far achieved, it seems that universal dispersed microwave system iseffective for the control of weed seeds.

        시토키닌 계열 식물생장조절제가 추산쑥부쟁이(Aster × chusanensis Y. Lim, J.O Hyun, Y.D. Kim & H. Shin) 캘러스와 신초 유도에 미치는 영향

        This study was conducted to identify the culture conditions for induction of callus and shoot by adding cytokinins to establish a mass propagation system for Aster × chusanensis Y. Lim, J.O Hyun, Y.D. Kim & H. Shin, a endemic plant of Ullengdo in Korea. As a result of the experiment, callus and shoots were formed from the stem explants. Callus induction (%) was the highest at 88.9% in TDZ 3.0 mg·L-1, 66.7% in BAP 3.0 mg·L-1, Zeatin 3.0 mg·L-1 and 11.1% in 2iP 3.0 mg·L-1. The shoot induction (%) was more than 77% in all treatments, especially 100% in TDZ and Zeatin. However, in the TDZ treatments, morphological abnormalities in the shoots appeared, such as swelled shoot or hyperhydricity. In the Zeatin treatments, the shoots were normal. It was confirmed that callus and shoot did not occur in the leaf explants, and that the explants decolorated and died. Overall, it was confirmed that the use of stem explant as culture materials was effective for induction of callus and shoot in A. × chusanensis. TDZ 3.0 mg·L-1 treatments were the most effective in inducing callus, and studies to analyze the proliferation effect by adding auxin such as NAA. In addition, TDZ 3.0 mg·L-1 treatments were effective in inducing shoots, but it was confirmed that it is unsuitable for normal plant production because in the shoots may occur used at high concentrations for a long time. Therefore, it is recommended to use zeatin, an adenine-type cytokinin that does not cause morphological abnormalities. This study can be used as data for the establishment of in vitro mass propagation of A. × chusanensis and supply of species necessary for ecosystem maintenance.
