Objectives : This report intended to estimate effects of Jung-an acupuncture on the acquired torticollis caused by muscle contraction. Methods : The patients were treated by Jung-an acupuncture, herb medication and Physical treatment daily. The improvement of the patients was judged by Toronto Western Spasmodic Torticollis Rating Scale(TWSTRS), Tsui's score and Visual Analogue Scale(VAS). Results : After 7 days of treatment, the 2 patients' neck pain and cervical movement were improved. Also, TWSTRS score, Tsui's score and VAS were all reduced. Conclusions : As the Jung-an acupuncture's theological base is organized with meridian theory and myofacial release therapy, We considered the Jung-an acupuncture is effective not only for the skin disease but also for the muscle problem such as torticollis.

Cemento-ossifying fibroma is a true osteogenic neoplasm. It is also called as ossifying fibroma or cementify-ing fibroma. Small lesions seldom cause any symptoms and are detected only on radiographic examination. Large lesions result in a painless swelling of the involved bone. In radiographic features the lesion most often is well defined and unilocular. It may appear completely radiolucent, or more often varying degrees of rdiopacity. It is composed of fibrous tissue that contains a variable mixture of bony trabeculae,cementum-like spherules, or both. Treatment of most lesions generally is enucleation of tumor. However, some lesions which have grown large and destroyed considerable bone, may necessitate surgical resection and bone grafting. This case was the bony lesion that was found by accident in patient with mandibular left body and subcondylar fracture. In radiographic examination, there was a mixed radiolucent and radiopaque lesion in mandibular left body area with fracture line. We treated on mandibular left body and subcondylar fracture and enucleated the lesion on the left body area simultaneously. At surgical exploration, the lesion was well demarcated from the surrounding bone, thus permitting relatively easy separation of the tumor from its bony bed. In histopathologic examination, the lesion contained bony trabeculae and cementum-like spherules within a background of cellular fibrous connective tissue. It finally diagnosed as cemento-ossify-ing fibroma from the result of biopsy.
Instant NGP를 활용한 CNC Tool의 장면 생성 및 렌더링 성능 평가

CNC tools contribute to the production of high-precision and consistent results. However, employing damaged CNC tools or utilizing compromised numerical control can lead to significant issues, including equipment damage, overheating, and system-wide errors. Typically, the assessment of external damage to CNC tools involves capturing a single viewpoint through a camera to evaluate tool wear. This study aims to enhance existing methods by using only a single manually focused Microscope camera to enable comprehensive external analysis from multiple perspectives. Applying the NeRF (Neural Radiance Fields) algorithm to images captured with a single manual focus microscope camera, we construct a 3D rendering system. Through this system, it is possible to generate scenes of areas that cannot be captured even with a fixed camera setup, thereby assisting in the analysis of exterior features. However, the NeRF model requires considerable training time, ranging from several hours to over two days. To overcome these limitations of NeRF, various subsequent models have been developed. Therefore, this study aims to compare and apply the performance of Instant NGP, Mip-NeRF, and DS-NeRF, which have garnered attention following NeRF.

본 연구에서는 대학 졸업생들의 학사 데이터베이스를 이용하여 학점이 취업에 얼마나 중요한 영향을 미치는지에 대해 분석해 보았다. 분석 결과, 학점이 취업에 그리 큰 영향을 미치지 않는다는 기존의 연구결과와 달리 적어도 대기업 취업에 있어서는 학점이 매우 중요한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 결과는 학점이 높지 않은 학생은 눈높이를 낮추어 자기 수준에 맞는 기업에 취업을 하기 때문에 학점이 높은 졸업생과 학점이 낮은 졸업생간에 취업률 차이는 나타나지 않지만, 좋은 직장, 원하는 직장(대기업)에 취업을 하려면 학점이 높아야 하기 때문에 나타난 결과로 이해할 수 있을 것으로 생각된다. 통제변수로는 성별, 나이, 군필 여부, 이공계 여부, 서울 캠퍼스 여부, 편입 여부, 복수전공 여부, 인턴쉽 참가, 취업과목 이수 여부를 포함시켰는데, 군필 여부는 취업확률을 높이는 데에는 도움이 되지만 대기업 취업확률을 높이는 데에는 나쁜 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 나이는 취업확률에는 영향을 미치지 않지만 대기업 취업확률에는 부정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 군필인 경우에 나이가 많아지고 취업 연령의 제한이 있기 때문에 충분한 준비를 거쳐 대기업에 취업하려 하지 않고 눈높이를 낮추어 서둘러 아무 직장에나 취업하고자 하기 때문인 것으로 생각된다. 성별은 취업확률에 영향을 미치지 않았지만 대기업 취업확률에는 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 특이한 것은 최근 인구에 회자되는 이공계 출신, 지방 캠퍼스 출신의 취업난이 지방 캠퍼스 이공계 출신의 취업난 때문인 것으로 파악 되었다는 점이다. 서울 캠퍼스의 이공계 출신은 취업률에서 다른 그룹(서울과 지방의 비이공계)에 뒤지지 않았으며, 오히려 대기업 취업에 있어서는 비이공계나 지방이공계에 비해서 월등히 좋은 성과를 보이고 있었다. This study analyzes the effect of GPA on job finding using database on college graduates. Contrary to many studies which found no relationship between GPA and job finding, our analyses find that GPA has a significant effect on job finding, especially for finding employment in large companies. This inconsistency seems to come from the fact that those with low GPA adjust their level of aspiration before they enter the job market. As a result, GPA does not seem to have an effect on finding employment itself. Nevertheless, it does have an effect in finding employment in jobs considered to be highly desirable, that is, finding employment in large companies. As control variables, our analyses includes variables such as sex, age, military service completion, majoring in science and engineering, location of campus, transfer status, multiple major, participation in internship, completion of preparatory courses for employment. Our analyses find that military service completion has a positive effect in finding employment itself but has a negative effect in getting a job in large companies. Similarly, age has a negative effect in getting a job in large companies, although it has no effect in finding employment per se. These results seem to imply that those who completed military services before they enter the job market are well aware of the negative effect of age in the job market, which leads them to adjust their level of aspiration instead of leading them to put more efforts in preparing themselves for finding a better job. Sex has no effect in finding employment, although it does have a signigicant effect in finding employment in large companies. Our analyses find an interesting result concerning the relationship between location of campus, majoring in science and engineering, and finding employment. Difficulty of finding employment among those who major in science and engineering, a phenomenon cited to be a problem our society is currently facing, seems to be a problem of those who graduate from colleges whose campus is in areas other than Seoul. Among those who graduate from colleges located in Seoul, those who major in science and engineering do not differ in finding employment from those with degrees in other fields. Furthermore, they have a better achievement in getting a job in large companies compared with those who have degrees in other fields or those with science and engineering degrees from colleges located in areas other than Seoul.
