        제주산 주요 품목 수출경쟁력 강화방안 : 대중수출 우선순위 도출을 중심으로

        제주의 대중 수출은 2018년 기준 2,283만 달러로 연평균 38% 씩 증가하고 있는 실정이나. 수출액은 타 지자체에 비해 미미한 수준이다. 본 연구에서는 대중 수출을 위한 제주 상품의 경쟁력 분석을 위해 제주산 주요 수출 품목군 선정과 함께 우선 순위를 도출하고자 하였다. 이는 향후 제주의 대중 수출에 대해 행정적인 측면에서도 선택과 집중을 통해 수출을 활성화하기 위함이다. 본 연구에서는 무역특화지수와 시장비교우위지수를 활용하여 제주의 대중 수출 경쟁력을 분석하였으며, 제주의 수출 성장에 대한 주요 품목별 대중 수출 기여도를 산출하였다. 또한 상기 분석된 무역특화지수와 시장비교우위지수, 수출 기여도를 통해 Z-SCORE 가중치를 적용하여 제주지역의 대중 수출 우선순위 품목을 선정하였다. 연구결과 기초화장품(330499) 제1위, 소주 등 증류주(220890) 제2위, 기타혼합주스(200990) 제3위, 감귤류과실(200830)제4위, 기타녹차(미발효)(090220) 제5위, 기타조제식품류(210690) 제6위, 기타어종-갈치(030389) 제7위, 기타당류제품(170490) 제8위로 나타났다. In 2018, the amount of Jeju‘s export to China added up to 22,830,000 dollars, and it has been increasing at an average of 38% every year. However, it is at a far lower level when compared to that of other local government in Korea. This study aims at selecting and prioritizing the major export items produced in Jeju, so that the competitiveness analysis of the products exported to China could be carried out. The results of analysis will be used to activate the exports to China even in administrative aspect through selecting and concentrating on promising items. In this study, the export competitiveness has been analyzed by using of the Trade Specialization Index and Market Comparative Advantage Index, and the rate of contribution of each major item to the Jeju’s export growth has been calculated, as well. In addition, the Jeju region s priority items exported to China have been selected by assigning the weighted Z-score on the basis of the Trade Specialization Index and Market Comparative Advantage Index mentioned above. The results of this study show that basic cosmetics take the first place(330499), followed by hard liquors such as ‘Soju’(220890), mixed juice(200990), orangescitrus fruits (200830), other green tea (non-fermented)(090220), other delicatessen food(210690), other fishes-cutlassfish(030389), and other sugar-based foods(170490), in order of priority.

        딥 러닝을 이용한 안면 여드름 분류 모델

        The limitations of applying a variety of artificial intelligence to the medical community are, first, subjective views, extensive interpreters and physical fatigue in interpreting the image of an interpreter's illness. And there are questions about how long it takes to collect annotated data sets for each illness and whether to get sufficient training data without compromising the performance of the developed deep learning algorithm. In this paper, when collecting basic images based on acne data sets, the selection criteria and collection procedures are described, and a model is proposed to classify data into small loss rates (5.46%) and high accuracy (96.26%) in the sequential structure. The performance of the proposed model is compared and verified through a comparative experiment with the model provided by Keras. Similar phenomena are expected to be applied to the field of medical and skin care by applying them to the acne classification model proposed in this paper in the future. 의학계에 다양하게 인공지능을 적용하는데 있어 한계는 우선적으로 해석자의 병증 이미지를 해석하는데 주관적 견해와 광범위한 해석자, 육체적 피로감 등이다. 그리고 병증마다 주석 달린 데이터 셋을 수집하는데 기간이 오래 걸린다는 것과 개발된 딥러닝 학습 알고리즘의 성능 저하가 없으면서도 충분한 훈련 데이터를 얻을지에 대한 의문이 있다는 것이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 여드름 데이터 셋을 기준으로 기본 이미지를 수집할 때 선정 기준과 수집 절차에 대해 연구하고, Sequential 구조로 딥 러닝 기법을 적용하여 적은 손실률(5.46%)과 높은 정확도(96.26%)로 데이터를 분류하는 모델을 제안한다. Keras에서 기본 제공하는 모델과 비교실험을 통해 제안 모델의 성능을 비교 검증한다. 향후 본 논문에서 제안하는 여드름 분류 모델에 유사 현상들 적용하여 의학 및 피부 관리 분야에도 적용 가능할 것으로 예상된다.

        웹 서버를 이용한 안드로이드 기반 기기 제어 시스템

        Recently, as mobile operating system market and wireless communication technology have been rapidly developed, many devices such as smart phones, air conditioners, smart TVs, cleaning robot, and cameras become available with android operating system. Accordingly, collecting variety of information through many everyday use devices with network connections is now enabled. However, in the current market, most devices are controlled individually developed applications, and there is growing need to develop a master application that can control multiple devices. In this paper, we propose and implement a system that can control multiple android-based devices on a Wired/Wireless router(AP) registered through web server. we expect such an effort can attribute to future IoT researches. 최근 모바일 운영체제 시장이 확대됨과 동시에 반도체 및 무선통신의 발달로 안드로이드 운영체제가 탑재된 각종 스마트폰 및 에어컨, 스마트TV, 청소로봇, 카메라 등 그 수가 빠른 속도로 보급되고 있다. 이로 인해, 일상생활에서 사용하는 다양한 제품들을 네트워크로 연결하여 정보수집이 가능하게 되었다. 그러나 여러 기기들을 한 번에 제어하는 방법이 아닌, 한 기기의 제어를 한 애플리케이션이 담당하는 형태가 대부분이고, 하나의 디바이스에서 모든 기기들을 관리할 수 있는 애플리케이션이 부족한 실정이다. 이에 따라, 본 논문에서는 유무선 공유기(AP)에 안드로이드 운영체제를 기반으로 하는 기기들을 등록시키고, 서버에 등록되어있는 기기를 웹으로 관리, 제어할 수 있는 시스템을 설계 및 구현하였다. 이는 현재 연구가 활발히 진행 중인 IoT(Internet of Things)분야에 널리 활용될 것으로 사료된다.

        A Training algorithm of Hidden Markov Model(HMM) using Query-based learning ?? proposed and applied to the recognition of isolated digits. This paper presents a novel approach for query-based HMM learning. This algorithm uses the concept that stems from the gradient based inversion algorithm of artificial neural networks. The proposed algorithm is compared with conventional training methods on isolated digit recognition problem. The results show that the proposed method can decrease the recognition error rate up to 60% in our experiments.

        고려.조선시대의 수학과 사회

        Though the tradition of Korean mathematics since the ancient time up to the "Enlightenment Period" in the late 19th century had been under the influence of the Chinese mathematics, it strove to develop its own independent of Chinese. However, the fact that it couldn't succeed to form the independent Korean mathematics in spite of many chances under the reign of Kings Sejong, Youngjo, and Joungjo was mainly due to the use of Chinese characters by Koreans. Han-gul (Korean characters) invented by King Sejong had not been used widely as it was called and despised Un-mun and Koreans still used Chinese characters as the only "true letters" (Jin-suh). The correlation between characters and culture was such that , if Koreans used Han-gul as their official letters, we may have different picture of Korean mathematics. It is quite interesting to note that the mathematics in the "Enlightenment Period" changed rather smoothly into the Western mathematics at the time when Han-gul was used officially with Chinese characters. In Koryo, the mathematics existed only as a part of the Confucian refinement, not as the object of sincere study. The mathematics in Koryo inherited that of the Unified Shilla without any remarkable development of its own, and the mathematicians were the Inner Officials isolated from the outside world who maintained their positions as specialists amid the turbulence of political changes. They formed a kind of Guild, their posts becoming patrimony. The mathematics in Koryo is significant in that they paved the way for that of Chosun through a few books of mathematics such as "Sanhak-Kyemong, "Yanghwi - Sanpup" and "Sangmyung-Sanpup." King Sejong was quite phenomenal in his policy of promotion of mathematics. King himself was deeply interested in the study, createing an atmosphere in which all the high ranking officials and scholars highly valued mathematics. The sudden development of mathematic culture was mainly due to the personality and capacity of King who took any one with the mathematic talent onto government service regardless of his birth and against the strong opposition of the conservative officials. However, King's view of mathematics never resulted in the true development of mathematics per se and he used it only as an official technique in the tradition way. Korean mathematics in King Sejong's reign was based upon both the natural philosophy in China and the unique geo-political reality of Korean peninsula. The reason why the mathematic culture failed to develop continually against those social background was that the mathematicians were not allowed to play the vital role in that culture, they being only the instrument for the personality or politics of the King. While the learned scholar class sometimes played the important role for the development of the mathematic culture, they often as not became an adamant barrier to it. As the society in Chosun needed the function of mathematics acutely, the mathematicians formed the settled class called Jung-in (Middle-Man). Jung-in was a unique class in Chosun and we can't find its equivalent in China of Japan. These Jung-in mathematician officials lacked tendency to publish their study, since their society was strictly exclusive and their knowledge was very limited. Though they were relatively low class, these mathematicians played very important role in Chosun society. In "Sil-Hak (the Practical Learning) period" which began in the late 16th century, especially in the reigns of King Youngjo and Jungjo, which was called the Renaissance of Chosun, the ambitious policy for the development of science and technology called for the rapid increase of the number of such technocrats as mathematicians inevitably became quite ambitious and proud. They tried to explore deeply into mathematics per se beyond the narrow limit of knowledge required for their office.         서식지 선호도 및 품질 평가 모형의 신뢰성 개선: 한국 고라니의 경우

        Purpose: Predicting the occurrence of wild species at the landscape level is a crucial task for environmental managers and conservation biologists. Modeling and evaluating wildlife habitat quality based on the Geographic Information Systems (GIS) technique provides new opportunities for enhancing model predictability. Methods: We developed a GIS-based habitat suitability index (HSI) model for Korean water deer (Hydropotes inermis argyropus) in Chungnam province, Korea, where they are a significant cause of damage to vegetables and crops. The model was based primarily on logistic regression analysis and was used to assess the impact of multiple variables, such as landscape patterns and structures, topographic characteristics, and human disturbance, on habitat suitability for the species. After developing the model, we employed it to produce a habitat-suitability map. Results: The HSI model yielded a p-value of 0.339 (χ² = 9.033) and a 74.0% correct prediction rate for the overall predicted data. The model also demonstrated that 42.4% of the province is covered in poor-quality habitat, while Korean water deer prefer fair-quality habitats (mean HSI = 0.50). In addition, the observation probability increased when HSI values rose, meaning that the model has good predictive power. Conclusion: Associations between landscape patterns and habitat requirements could be utilized to build accurate, easy-to-apply, predictive models for the habitats of wild species. The HSI model and habitat-suitability map provide solid foundations on which to build effective wildlife management and Agri-Environment policies with local governments to conserve endangered species.
