Cultural assets represent the spirit of the times in a nation. In a sense of that way, Koryo nacre has the best quality of dignity and value as the representative objects of craftwork in Korea. The superiority of Koryo nacre is being seen in a various literatures and existing relics. Also, there are distinguished way of modeling, technology power and creativity in Koryo nacre that can not be found in the same age. Now this excellent decorative forms and production techniques are authorized all over the world. In the research, It is emphasized to prove the excellence of Koryo nacre with the reference of technical analysis, special feature and modeling. It is not too much to say that Koryo nacre has to be set as one of the world great remains. Some are destroyed due to war or fire accidents and some flowed out to Japan, U. S. A, England etc so that there are just 20 works remained now. We don't have much material to research because many works are scattered in many countries. Therefore, we have to review the excellence of Koryo nacre performing its hard researches to get to know what it has not be solved up to now about the Koryo nacre 문화유산은 그 나라의 시대정신을 대표한다. 그런 의미에서 고려나전칠기(高麗螺鈿漆器)는 우리나라를 대표하는 공예미술품으로써 격조 높은 품격과 가치를 지니고 있다. 고려나전칠기의 우수성은 여러 문헌이나 현존 유물에서도 매우 잘 나타나고 있다. 또한 고려나전칠기는 동시대에서는 찾아볼 수 없는 우수한 조형성과 기술력 그리고 독창성을 지니고 있다. 이런 고려나전칠기의 의장양식(意匠樣式)과 제작기술(製作技術) 등은 현재 세계적으로도 인정받고 있다. 본 연구에서는 조형적 해석과 기법의 특징, 문양의 조형성 등을 연구하여 고려나전칠기의 우수성을 입증하고자 한다. 민족적 조형성과 우수한 기술력의 산물인 고려나전칠기는 세계 문화유산에 포함되어도 전혀 손색이 없다고 사료된다. 고려나전칠기는 현재 약 20여점의 유물만 남아있는 상태이다. 그러나 이런 소수의 유물마저도 전쟁을 겪으면서 화재로 인하여 파손되거나 대부분이 해외로 유출되어 일본, 미국, 영국 등 대부분의 유물이 해외에 소장되어 있는 실정이다 보니 연구자료 또한 미진한 상태이다. 앞으로 우리는 선학(先學)의 연구에 기반을 두고 아직까지 풀지 못한 고려나전의 많은 부분의 연구를 수행하여 고려나전칠기의 우수성을 재조명 하여야 할 것이다.

몽골은 1992년 사회주의 국가에서 민주주의 국가로 대전환하면서 1994년에 몽골 민사소송법을 새롭게 제정하였다. 이 법은 2002년 1월 10일 제1차 개정되어 현재까지 시행되고 있다. 「몽골민사소송법전에 관한 소고(小考)」는 현재의 민사소송법의 구체적 내용을 검토하는 것을 최종목표로 하고 있다. 그런데 본 논문은 몽골 민사소송법전의 내용을 보다 심도 있게 검토하기위하여, 몽골의 역사와 몽골 민사소송법전의 연혁을 간단히 살펴보았다. 특히 몽골의 1911년독립 이후 사회주의 체제 하에서의 민사소송법과 1992년 민주주의 체제 하에서의 민사소송법을분석하고 있다. 이후 현행 몽골 민사소송법전의 구체적 내용을 검토하고, 마지막으로는 향후몽골 민사소송법의 발전 방향을 제안하고자 한다. 다만 논문의 분량이 문제되어 「몽골 민사소송법전에 관한 소고(小考)(Ⅰ)」, (Ⅱ) 등으로 나누어 설명하기로 하였다. 「몽골 민사소송법전에 관한 소고(小考)(Ⅰ)」의 Ⅰ.항에서는 서설로 몽골의 전체적 상황을 간단히 서술하고, Ⅱ.항에서는몽골의 역사와 민사소송법전의 연혁을, Ⅲ.항에서는 현행 몽골 민사소송법전(총 7편, 20장, 195 개 조문)의 개관과 특징을, Ⅳ.항에서는 현행 몽골 민사소송법전의 구체적 내용 중에서 제1편제1장의 통칙(제1조 내지 제11조), 제2장의 민사재판권과 관할(제12조 내지 제21조), 제3장의당사자(제22조 내지 제36조) 부분을 다루고 있다. 몽골 민사소송법 중 나머지 부분은 「몽골 민사소송법전에 관한 소고(小考)(Ⅱ)」 이하에서 살펴보도록 하겠다.

The task of this paper is to trace the activities of the Korean delegations who participated in the Asia Relations Conference in 1947 and to reveal the activities of the ‘Asian National Conference in Japan’ formed in Japan at the same time. At the Asia Relations Conference held from March to April 1947, three delegations from Korea participated. Although this was the first opportunity to participate in the international conference after World War II, the loss of legitimacy due to the arbitrary selection of delegations by the U.S. Military Government and the resignation of Yeo Woon-hyung and due to the delay in the arrival of the three delegations and the absence of the actual discussion, they failed to produce results. Meanwhile, in Japan, an attempt was made to respond to the Asian Relations Conference, which refers to the solidarity of Zainichi Asians. The Zainichi Koreans were at the center, and in solidarity with overseas Chinese and Southeast Asian ethnic groups, they held the Zainichi-Asian National Conference and organized the Zainichi-Asian National Committee. According to the resolution of the Asia Relations Conference, this committee decided to promote research on the development of Asia, and as a concrete activity, it had a solidarity to defend Indonesia's independence, which was tense in July 1947 due to the attack by the Dutch army. 본고의 과제는 아시아관계회의에 참가한 조선대표들의 행적을 추적함과 동시에 같은 시기에 일본에서 결성된 '재일아시아민족회의'의 활동을 밝히는데 있다. 1947년 3월부터 4월에 걸쳐서 개최 된 아시아관계회의에는 조선에서 3명의 대표가 참가하였다. 이것은 제2차세계대전후 첫 국제회의의 참가기회였음에도 불구하고 미군정의 독단적인 대표선정으로 인한 정통성상실과 해방이전부터의 아시아 및 피압박미족의 해방운동과의 연대경험이 있었던 여운형의 참가 사퇴 그리고 3명의 대표의 도착지연으로 인한 실질적 토의에 대한 불참으로 거의 볼만한 성과를 남기지 못했다. 한편 일본에서는 재일아시아인의 연대란 아시아관계회의의 호응하는 시도가 이루어졌다. 재일조선인들이 중심이 되어 화교와 동남아시아 민족단체와 연대하여 ‘재일아사이민족회의’를 열어 ‘재일아사이민족위원회’를 조직하였다. 이 위원회는 아시아관계회의의 결의에 따라 아시아의 발전에 관한 연구를 추진할 것을 결정하였으며 구체적인 활동으로 네덜란드군의 공격으로 인해 1947년 7월에 긴장이 고조되던 인도네시아독립을 옹호할 연대를 갖게 되었다.

코치-선수관계가 운동열정과 번아웃에 미치는 영향: 고등학교 태권도선수를 대상으로

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of coach-athlete relationship on passion in sport and burnout in high school Taekwondo athlete. Collected data were analyzed by frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis using SPSS 22.0 program. The results of this study were as follows. First, complementarity, commitment and closeness, which are sub-factors of the coach-athlete relationship were found to effect on obsessive passion, and complementarity, closeness were found to effect on harmonious passion. Second, closeness, which are sub-factor of the coach-athlete relationship was found to effect on fellow discord, complementarity was found to effect on mind and body depletion, decreased achievement/motivation, closeness was found to effect on coach discord. Third, obsessive passion was found to effect on fellow discord, mind and body depletion and coach discord, harmonious passion was found to effect on fellow discord, mind and body depletion, decreased achievement/motivation and coach discord.
