        디지털 트윈의 실-가상 동기화 가속을 위한 공통모델 연합 훈련-추론 방식

        디지털 트윈은 현실에서의 물리적 변화를 가상에서의 동기화된 객체로 신속하게 표현하고, 시뮬레이션을 통해 정밀하게 예측‧추론하여 현상이나 문제를 해결 및 최적화하기 위해 고안된 M&S(Modeling and Simulation) 기술이다. 디지털 트윈을 보다 현실적인 환경에 적용하고 규모를 확장하기 위해서는 서버의 연산부하를 장치 단말로 오프로딩하고, 예측과정을 단말의 동작 방식에 적합하게 최적화해야 한다. 이에 본 논문에서는 디지털 트윈의 실-가상 동기화 가속을 위한 공통모델 연합 훈련-추론 방식(DT-MAS)을 제안한다. 제안하는 접근 방식은 훈련 비용을 분산을 위한 연합학습 과정에서 유사도 기반 검색 및 노이즈 주입을 통해 훈련 비용을 절감하며 추론 절차를 간소화해 단말의 추론 부하를 경감하여 확장가능한 디지털 트윈의 지능체계를 확보하는 것이다. 다양한 규모 및 조건으로 실험한 결과, 제안하는 방식은 기존 방식에 대비해 훈련 측면에서 정확도는 14.13%, 훈련 속도는 1.61배 및 추론 효율성 측면에서 7.68% 더 우수해 대규모 디지털 트윈 환경에서 확장성, 자원 효율성, 실시간성을 동시에 충족할 수 있는 효과적인 지능형 동기화 방식임을 입증한다. Digital twin is a M&S (Modeling and Simulation) technology designed to quickly express physical changes in reality as synchronized virtual objects, and to precisely predict and infer through simulation to solve and optimize phenomena or problems. In order to apply digital twins to a more realistic environment and expand their scale, the computational load of the server must be offloaded to the device terminal, and the prediction process must be optimized to suit the operating method of the terminal. In this paper, we propose a common model federated training-inference method (DT-MAS) for accelerating real-virtual synchronization of digital twins. The proposed approach reduces the training cost through similarity-based search and noise injection in the federated learning process for distributing the training cost, and simplifies the inference procedure to reduce the inference load of the terminal, thereby securing an intelligent system of scalable digital twins. As a result of experiments with various scales and conditions, the proposed method is 14.13% better in training accuracy, 1.61 times better in training speed, and 7.68% better in inference efficiency than the existing method, proving that it is an effective intelligent synchronization method that can simultaneously satisfy scalability, resource efficiency, and real-time in a large-scale digital twin environment.

      • Phytate를 이용한 감시림프절 검사 시 Filter의 유용성 평가

        Purpose: The aim of this study was to investigate distribution of particle size in phytate kit and compare filtered method with non-filtered method using 200 nm filter for sentinel lymphoscintigraphy (SLS). Materials and Methods: Five phytate kit of having the same available period was measured by particle size analyzer. For in-vivo experiment, $^{99m}Tc$-phytate was injected intradermally at both foot to perform lymphoscintigraphy. Imaging was acquired at 1hour after injection. Region of interest (ROI) was drawn in inguinal and background area for analysis. RAW 264.7 cells (Murine macrophage cell) were prepared for measurement of celluar uptake as a representative of macrophages. Paired t-test was performed using SPSS (SPSS Inc, USA) for statistical analysis. Results: The size of most particle in Techne phytate kit was distributed in 130~650 nm(90.5 %). In-vivo study, the ROI analysis showed similar result between filtered and non-filtered sample, and the numerical value of count/pixel were $58.3{\pm}5.97$ and $60.2{\pm}4.88$. In-vitro study, cellular uptake study also showed no difference between filtered and non-filtered sample by gamma counting. Conclusion: The present study demonstrates that there was no meaning of 200 nm filtered method for SLS using $^{99m}Tc$-phytate.

        1947년 아시아관계회의와 재일아시아민족회의

        The task of this paper is to trace the activities of the Korean delegations who participated in the Asia Relations Conference in 1947 and to reveal the activities of the ‘Asian National Conference in Japan’ formed in Japan at the same time. At the Asia Relations Conference held from March to April 1947, three delegations from Korea participated. Although this was the first opportunity to participate in the international conference after World War II, the loss of legitimacy due to the arbitrary selection of delegations by the U.S. Military Government and the resignation of Yeo Woon-hyung and due to the delay in the arrival of the three delegations and the absence of the actual discussion, they failed to produce results. Meanwhile, in Japan, an attempt was made to respond to the Asian Relations Conference, which refers to the solidarity of Zainichi Asians. The Zainichi Koreans were at the center, and in solidarity with overseas Chinese and Southeast Asian ethnic groups, they held the Zainichi-Asian National Conference and organized the Zainichi-Asian National Committee. According to the resolution of the Asia Relations Conference, this committee decided to promote research on the development of Asia, and as a concrete activity, it had a solidarity to defend Indonesia's independence, which was tense in July 1947 due to the attack by the Dutch army. 본고의 과제는 아시아관계회의에 참가한 조선대표들의 행적을 추적함과 동시에 같은 시기에 일본에서 결성된 '재일아시아민족회의'의 활동을 밝히는데 있다. 1947년 3월부터 4월에 걸쳐서 개최 된 아시아관계회의에는 조선에서 3명의 대표가 참가하였다. 이것은 제2차세계대전후 첫 국제회의의 참가기회였음에도 불구하고 미군정의 독단적인 대표선정으로 인한 정통성상실과 해방이전부터의 아시아 및 피압박미족의 해방운동과의 연대경험이 있었던 여운형의 참가 사퇴 그리고 3명의 대표의 도착지연으로 인한 실질적 토의에 대한 불참으로 거의 볼만한 성과를 남기지 못했다. 한편 일본에서는 재일아시아인의 연대란 아시아관계회의의 호응하는 시도가 이루어졌다. 재일조선인들이 중심이 되어 화교와 동남아시아 민족단체와 연대하여 ‘재일아사이민족회의’를 열어 ‘재일아사이민족위원회’를 조직하였다. 이 위원회는 아시아관계회의의 결의에 따라 아시아의 발전에 관한 연구를 추진할 것을 결정하였으며 구체적인 활동으로 네덜란드군의 공격으로 인해 1947년 7월에 긴장이 고조되던 인도네시아독립을 옹호할 연대를 갖게 되었다.

        올로파타딘이 토끼 결막세포에 미치는 독성 비교

        Purpose: To compare the in vitro toxicity of commercial olopatadine anti-allergic ophthalmic agents on cultured rabbit’s conjunctival cells according to concentrations and exposure times. Methods: Rabbit conjunctival cells were exposed to anti-allergic olopatadine ophthalmic agents, (Patanol® [0.1% olopatadine hydrochloride; Alcon, Fort Worth, TX, USA], Pataday® [0.2% olopatadine hydrochloride; Alcon], and Pazeo® [0.7% olopatadine hydrochloride; Alcon]) at concentrations of 5%, 10%, and 15% for periods of 30 minutes, 1, 2, 3, and 6 hours, respectively. Cell proliferation and injury assays were performed using the methylthiazoltetrazolium and lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) leakage assays. We checked the composition of the three anti-allergic agents, and performed light and transmission electron microscopy to compare the morphological changes in cells. Results: The conjunctival cell proliferation was inhibited after 1 hour exposure to each olopatadine ophthalmic agent, with significant cell proliferation inhibited using 15% of each drug. The proliferation of conjunctival cells was inhibited during 6 hours of drug exposure at all concentrations of Pataday® and Pazeo®. The titer of LDH increased from 3 hours after drug exposure, but 15% Pazeo® significantly increased the LDH titer at 2 hours after drug exposure. As the concentration of the drug increased, the LDH titer also significantly increased. The cellular morphological changes of conjunctival cells were in the increasing order of Pazeo®, Pataday®, and Patanol® with a high concentration of olopatadine hydrochloride. Conclusions: Among the anti-allergic olopatidine ophthalmic agents, higher olopatadine concentrations in the increasing order of Pazeo®, Pataday®, and Patanol® resulted in cytoplasmic damage of conjunctival cells, but there was no severe damage to the cytoplasmic or the nuclear membranes. 목적: 임상에 사용되는 항알레르기 약제인 올로파타딘의 농도 및 노출 시간에 따라 토끼 결막세포에 독성을 얼마나 미치는지에 대해 비교하고자 하였다. 대상과 방법: 배양된 토끼의 결막세포에 Patanol® (0.1% olopatadine hydrochloride; Alcon, Fort Worth, TX, USA), Pataday® (0.2% olopatadine hydrochloride; Alcon), Pazeo® (0.7% olopatadine hydrochloride; Alcon)를 사용하여 각각 5%, 10%, 15% 농도별로 30분, 1시간, 2시간, 3시간, 6시간 접촉시킨 후 비교하였다. Methylthiazoltetrazolium, lactate dehydrogenase를 측정하였으며, 약제의 구성성분과 더불어 광학 및 전자현미경을 사용하여 세포의 형태학적인 변화를 비교 관찰하였다. 결과: 세 약제 모두 15% 농도에서 현저한 세포증식 억제를 나타냈고, Pataday®, Pazeo®는 10% 농도에서도 노출 6시간이 지나면 세포의 증식을 현저히 억제하였다. 젖산탈수소효소 수치는 약제 노출 3시간째부터 증가하였는데, 15% pazeo®는 2시간째부터 젖산탈수소효소 수치가 증가하였다. Olopatadine hydrochloride 농도가 높은 Pazeo®, Pataday®, Patanol® 순으로 결막세포의 형태적 변성이 나타났다. 결론: 올라파타딘 계열의 약제 중 농도가 높은 Pazeo®, Pataday®, Patanol® 순으로 결막세포의 손상이 초래되었지만, 심각한 손상인 세포질막이나 핵막의 손상은 없었다.

        미국의 소송이송 간주제도(Removal)

        Comparative civil procedure scholars often encounter foreign civil procedure different from their own. To understand and translate terminology of the foreign civil procedure have been challenges. For such work, analyzing functions and roles of the specific procedure is crucial. ‘Removal’ in U.S. civil procedure is one example of such foreign procedure. This article examines procedural aspects of the removal. Part II of this article reviews concept, definition, and grounds of removal by comparing it with transfer and remand that have similar functions. Part III examines i) party-related requirements of removal; ii) claim-related requirements; and iii) timing of filing notice of removal. Part IV looks into the procedure of removal with more details; and Part V describes effects of removal. In Part VI, based on functions and roles of removal in U.S. civil procedure, this article provides suggestions for Korean civil procedure with regard to enhancing defendants’ defenses in choice of jurisdiction. Such recommendations include i) recognition of the parties’ right to move for transfer when the litigation is filed at a court that does not have a jurisdiction; and ii) ways to use transfer of civil litigations more actively in intellectual property cases. This article provides an opportunity to contemplate on what to learn from foreign civil procedure to improve Korean counterpart.

        국내외 도시재생 전략의 분석을 통한 구도심 활성화 방안에 관한 연구

        (Background and Purpose) The Urban regeneration in Korea faces a number problems, such as reconstruction after overall demolition and a supplier-oriented institution. The aim of this study is to propose an alternative for urban regeneration. (Method) We analyze the system, methods, participation, and results of a course of urban regeneration to suggest a solution; until now analytic standard for urban regeneration has been ambiguous. (Result) Frist, urban regeneration requires detailed standards related to the relevant system regulations. In addition, it requires that the socioeconomic and cultural strategies take in to account environmental quality. The structured and emotional space development is preferable to overall demolition, and quicker rebuilding is for consumers. In the process, substantive expert alternatives and residents’ choices must be addressed in trying to lead inhabitants to voluntarily participate through consultative groups and advertising. Urban regeneration is expected to support resettlement and immigration, preserve districts and earnprofit. Applying the value and meaning of place to real life could be limiting, but this study suggests that efforts be made to reconstruct urban areas to be better than they were before.
