        치매병태(癡매病態)모델에서 천마(天麻)의 신경세포(神經細胞) 손상(損傷) 보호효과(保護效果)

        Objectives: The purpose of this study is to examine from various angles the protective effect of Gastrodia elata Blume (GEB) against nerve cell death induced by β-amyloid by using the cell line SH-SY5Y, which is commonly utilized for toxicity testing in nerve cells, and to find out its mechanism of action. Methods: To begin with, as a result of assessing the rate of cell survival by employing MTT reduction assay, the treatment with β-amyloid at different concentrations caused cytotoxicity, which was inhibited by preprocessing GEB extract. In addition, after β-amyloid was processed with the cell SH-SY5Y, apoptosis progressed, which was reduced effectively by processing GEB extract. Results: When cytotoxicity was caused by using hydrogen peroxide, a representative ROS, in order to examine the antioxidant effect of GEB, its protective effect was also observed. Apart from ROS, reactive nitrogen species (RNS) are also known to play a crucial role in nerve cell death. The treatment with the NO donor SNAP increased the production of nitric oxide and the expression of iNOS, which was also inhibited by GEB extract. Meanwhile, as an attempt to find out the mechanism of action explaining the antioxidant effect, the intracellular antioxidant enzyme expressions were measured by RT-PCR, which showed that GEB extract increased the expressions of heme oxygenase-1, GAPDH and γ-glutamate cysteine ligase. Lastly, GEB extract had a protective effect against impaired memory induced by scopolamine in animal models (in vivo). Conclusions: These findings indicate that GEB has a protective effect against the death of cranial nerve cells, suggesting possibilities for the prevention and treatment of AD.

        재미한인간호사의 사회적 지지, 문화적응 스트레스가 우울에 미치는 영향

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the impacts of social support and acculturative stress on depression among Korean registered nurses in the United States. Method: In total, 137 nurses were recruited through direct interviews and online surveys. The data were collected through a structured questionnaire from June 1, to September 16, 2012, and analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe’s test, Pearson correlation coefficient, and stepwise multiple regression with SPSS WIN 14.0. Results: Social support significantly differed by the length of one’s nursing career in US, monthly income and perceived health status. Acculturative stress significantly differed by the length of one’s nursing career in US and types of employment setting. Depression significantly differed by the total length of one’s nursing career, type of employment setting, and perceived health status. Moreover, Depression was negatively correlated with social support; positively correlated with acculturative stress; social support was negatively correlated with acculturative stress. Factors influencing depression were acculturative stress, perceived health status, and social support, which explained about 23% of the total variance. Conclusion: These results suggest that an adaptation program that decreases acculturative stress and improves social support should be developed and implemented for Korean nurses to help them successfully integrate into the healthcare system of new country.

        디아스포라의 관점에서 다룬 재일한인분야 연구동향 분석

        재일한인의 형성은 한국의 일제 식민지시대와 같은 특수한 역사적 사실과 매우 밀접하게 관련되어 있기 때문에, 국내 디아스포라 연구에서 특별한 위치에 있을 것으로 예상된다. 이에 본 연구에서는 디아스포라 관련 국내 학술 논문을 대상으로 기술통계 분석과 키워드 네트워크 분석(keyword network analysis)을 통해 재일한인 디아스포라 연구동향과 지식구조를 파악하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 KCI(Korea Citation Index) 데이터베이스에 수록되어 있는 디아스포라 관련 논문 1,367건의 서지데이타를 수집하였다. 논문의 생산추이, 연구 분야, 발행기관 등은 기술통계분석을 통해 파악하였다. 그리고 디아스포라 관점의 재일한인분야의 연구동향 및 지식구조를 파악하기 위해 수집된 논문의 저자 키워드를 추출하여 이들의 동시출현정보를 사용하여 키워드 네트워크 분석을 실시하였다. 본 논문에서 사용한 분석도구는 SPSS v23, KrKwic, UCINET 6이다. 추가로 디아스포라 관점에서 다룬 재일한인분야 최근 연구 특성과 동향을 살펴보기 위해 발행시기별 분석도 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과로 도출된 디아스포라 관점에서 다룬 재일한인분야 연구동향 및 지식구조는 해당 분야 연구자들에게 기존 연구들에 대한 통찰적인 분석과 조망을 제공할 것이고 나아가 이 분야의 미래 연구 주제 발굴에 도움을 줄 수 있을 것이다. The study of Korean-Japanese is expected to be in a special situation in the study of diaspora in Korea because the formation process of Korean-Japanese is very closely related to the special historical facts such as the Japanese colonial period. Therefore, this study was to find out the knowledge structures and research trends of the field of Korean-Japanese diaspora by using descriptive statistical analysis and keyword network analysis with Korean articles. For this purpose, 1,367 diaspora related papers in KCI (Korea Citation Index) database were collected. The article production, research field, publishing organization, and so on were identified through descriptive statistics analysis method. In order to understand the research trends and knowledge structure of Korean-Japanese diaspora in Korea, we extracted the author keywords of the collected articles and conducted keyword network analysis through the co-occurrence information of these. The analysis tools used in this study were SPSS v23, KrKwic, and UCINET 6. In addition, we analyzed the period of publication of the article in order to examine recent research characteristics and trends in the field of Korean-Japanese diaspora. The research trends and knowledge structures of Korean-Japanese diaspora field that are derived as a result of this study will provide insightful analysis and perspective on the existing studies to the researchers in the field and can help to find future research topics in this field.

        유산균 발효된 천년초 열매 추출물의 고지방식이 마우스에서의 항비만 효과

        미생물을 이용한 천연물 발효 시 유용생리활성 증가가 보고된 바, 천년초(Opuntia humifusa; OH)를 Lactobacillus plantarum 을 이용하여 발효시켰으며(fermented Opuntia humifusa; fOH), fOH 의 비만 억제 효과를 확인하기 위해 45%Kcal 고지방식이(HFD)로 비만을 유도하였다. 이 전의 동물실험에 근거하여 OH 400 mg/kg 농도로 처리하였으며, fOH 는 최고 농도 400 mg/kg을 비롯하여 200, 100 mg/kg으로 처리하였다. 지속적인 HFD 공급으로 HFD 대조군에서는 체중, 복부지방 밀도, 난소주위 축적 지방 및 복부 축적 지방량 등이 증가하였으나, fOH 400, 200 mg/kg 처리군에서는 이들 비만인자들이 모두 유의적으로 감소하였다. fOH 100 mg/kg 처리 된 HFD 마우스는 OH 400 mg/kg 처리 마우스에 비해 의미 있는 억제 효과가 나타나지 않았다. 이는 OH에 비해 L. plantarum 로 발효된 fOH가 HFD공급 마우스에서 항비만 효과를 상승시키는 것으로 보인다. 추가적으로 2형 당뇨병 및 관련합병증으로 확대하여 비만, 고지질혈증, 간지방증, 신장 기능 등을 이용하여 억제 기작 연구가 진행되면 대사증후군을 위한 새로운 강력한 치료제로서의 제안될 가능성이 있다. Recently, there has been a marked increase in the use of bioactive products resulting from the fermentation of natural substances by microorganisms. In this study, Opuntia humifusa (OH) was fermented using Lactobacillus plantarum (fermented Opuntia humifusa; fOH). We then examined the anti-obesity effect of fOH in mice fed a 45% Kcal high fat diet (HFD). In this study, mice were treated with fOH concentrations of 100, 200, and 400 mg/kg. The mice in the control group were treated with OH at a concentration of 400 mg/kg based on previous animal experiments. All of the mice given a continuous HFD showed an increase in their weight, the density of abdominal fat, and the accumulated periovaric and abdominal fat. All of these obesity-linked factors, however, were significantly decreased in the groups treated with fOH at concentrations of 200 and 400 mg/kg. Mice treated with fOH at 100 mg/kg did not show a significant decrease in these obesity-linked factors compared to the control group. It appears that fOH fermented by L. plantarum has a greater anti-obesity effect in HFD-supplied mice compared to unfermented OH. While further studies of fOH are needed to examine its effect on obesity, hyperlipidemia, hepatic steatosis, renal function, and type II diabetes with its relevant complications, fOH may have significant therapeutic potential in the treatment of metabolic syndrome.

        비만도에 따른 여대생의 건강습관, 체성분 및 신체상 비교

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to compare the degree of health behavior, body composition and body image in college women by BMl. Method: The subjects consisted of 291 students classifying three groups (underweight, normal weight, overweight). The data were collected by a structured questionnaire and bioelectrical impedence analysis from October, 2003 to April, 2004. The collected data were analyzed by SPSS program including descriptive statistics, X²-test, ANOVA, Scheffe test and Pearson Correlation Coefficient. Result: There were statistically significant differences according to food preference and overeating in dietary behavior, and according to regularity, frequency, necessity, main reason of doing exercise and item in exercise habit of health behavior. And there were statistically significant differences according to body composition and body image among three groups. Body image indicated a significantly negative correlation to BMI, body fat mass and percent body fat mass. Conclusion: It is necessary to develop supportive program for decreasing a risk of bad health and for increasing self-esteem in college students and to perform individual approach according to their physical and psychological health states.

        키워드 네트워크 분석 방법을 통한 재일한인분야 지식구조 분석

        재일한인분야의 연구는 재일한인 100주년이라는 역사적 가치와 함께 마이너리티에 대한 사회 전반의 관심 증가로 수적 증가와 함께 다각화되고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 인문학을 포함한 사회과학, 예술체육학 등 전 연구 분야에서 수행된 재일한인 관련 국내 학술 논문을 대상으로 기술통계 분석과 키워드 네트워크 분석(Keyword network analysis)을 통해 재일한인분야의 지식구조를 파악하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 2000년 1월부터 2016년 12월까지 국내에서 발행되어 KCI(Korea Citation Index) 데이터베이스에 등록되어 있는 재일한인분야 논문 819편의 서지데이타가 수집되었다. 논문의 논문생산추이, 연구 분야, 발행기관, 그리고 주요 주제 키워드 등은 기술통계 분석방법을 통해 파악하였다. 또한 재일한인분야 연구 동향 및 지식구조를 파악하고자 수집된 논문의 저자 키워드를 추출하여 이들의 동시출현정보를 통해 키워드 네트워크 분석을 실시하였다. 본 논문에서 사용한 분석도구는 Endnote x8, SPSS v23, KrKwic, UCINET 6, Netdraw이다. 추가로 재일한인분야의 최근 연구 특성과 동향을 살펴보기 위해 논문 발행 시기별 분석도 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과로 도출된 재일한인분야의 연구 동향 및 지식구조는 해당 분야 연구자들에게 기존 연구들에 대한 통찰적인 분석과 조망을 제공할 것이고 나아가 이 분야의 미래 연구 주제 발굴에 도움을 줄 수 있을 것이다. The research in the field of Korean-Japanese has been increased and diversified as well with historical value about centennial of Korean-Japanese and growing interests in Minority across society. Therefore, this study was to find out the knowledge structure of the field of Korean-Japanese by using descriptive statistical analysis and keyword network analysis with Korean articles conducted in the whole research area such as social sciences, arts & sports, and humanities. For this study, the 819 articles in the field of Koran-Japanese which were published in January 2000 through December 2016 in Korea and stored in KCI(Korea Citation Index) database were collected. The article production, research field, publishing organization, and major topic keywords were identified through descriptive statistics analysis method. In order to figure out the research trends and knowledge structure of Korean-Japanese field, we extracted the author keywords of the collected articles and conducted the keyword network analysis through the co-occurrence information of them. The analysis tools used in this study were Endnote x8, SPSS v23, KrKwic, UCINET 6, and Netdraw. In addition, we analyzed the period of publication of the article in order to examine recent research characteristics and trends in the field of Korean-Japanese. The research trends and knowledge structures of the Korean-Japanese field derived as a result of this study will provide insightful analysis and perspective on the existing researches to the researchers in the field and can help to find future research topics in this field.

        좋은 체조수업의 조건 탐색 -5G를 중심으로-

        In this study, Zahorik (1973) mentioned the definition of meaning for good class, that is, "The process of defining meaning for good class makes the teacher to worry about what is good class. It helps to find the goals that need to be pursued for better instruction and results in structuring the teacher"s teaching behavior. The purpose of this study was to define the meaning of good gymnastic classes in school sports. For this purpose, the conditions of good gymnastics classes were surveyed for prospective teachers of teacher training college. There are two main investigations. The first is about whether you have the knowledge and skills (theoretical and physical skills) required for gymnastics instruction. Second, a questionnaire was conducted using the questionnaire about the condition of each element by classifying the elements of good gym class into 5 elements (5G). As a result, the following conclusions were made. First, more than half of the preservice teachers at the Teacher Training College have some confidence in the basic skills of gymnastics. But most of them have little confidence in explaining or teaching someone about gymnastic techniques. In addition, little is known about the meaning, value, and educational effects of the textbook. Second, about the conditions of good gymnastics classes, their own ideas were established. In Good Design, every student should be able to taste a sense of accomplishment, set a goal for their individual level, and design a variety of activities without injury. Good Telling has specific explanations for each situation and skill, checks students" changes and growth in detail, and teaches many compliments and easy words. Good Showing is a class that allows you to visualize the situation of demonstrations, successes, and failures of accurate and diverse technologies. Good Involving is a developmental class that can stimulate children"s curiosity, provide group activities and ample practice time for students to collaborate and interact with each other. Good Understanding is a class where anyone can taste the experience of success, a class that reflects individual level and individual goals, the educational values, semantic and theoretical knowledge of the subject. It should be a class that can be done.
