Bubinstein-Tabyi syndrome에 관한 증례보고

Rubinstein-Tabyi syndrome은 드물게 나타나는 기형증후군으로 정신 발달지연, 넓은 손가락과 발가락, 작은 키, 특징적인 안모 등의 증상들을 주 증상으로 하는 여러 계통의 형태이상이 비 특정 양상으로 나타나는 선천적 증후군이다. 1963년 Rubinstein과 Tabyi에 의해 처음 보고된 이 증후군은 많은 연구에도 불구하고 명확한 원인이 알려져 있지 않고 있으며, 1990년 이후 Rubinstein-Tabyi syndrome에 대한 특정소인 연구에서 이 증후군의 임상적 특징을 보이는 소수의 환자에게서 16번 염색체의 16p13.3의 유전학적 단절이 보고되었다. 그러나, 이 증후군의 특정병인으로 보기는 힘들고, 여전히 이 증후군의 진단에는 특징적인 임상증상들로 인해 가능하다. 이 증후군의 치과적 증상으로는 높게 위치한 구개, 소하악증 다발성 우식증 등이 보고되고 있다. 다발성 우식증을 주소로 내원한 6세 5개월된 남아가 넓은 엄지손가락과 발가락, 정신 및 운동발달지연과 안검하수증, 이상형태의 귀 등을 포함하는 안면부 이상 등의 증상들을 보였다 저자들은 환자가 보이는 특징적인 임상 증상들로 인해 Rubinstein-Tabyi syndrome으로 진단을 내리고 환자의 전신 상태를 고려하여 모든 치과 치료를 전신마취 하에 시행하였다. Rubinstein-Tabyi syndrome(RTS) is a congenital multisystem dysmorphic syndrome with many non-specific features, making diagnosis occasionally difficult. The major features of this syndrome include mental retardation, characteristic facial appearance, short stature, microcephaly, and broad thumbs and halluces. This syndrome was first described by Rubinstein and Tabyi in 1963, and many studies have been continued about this syndrome, but specific pathogenesis of the Rubinstein-Tabyi syndrome phenotype is still not clear. High arched palate, micrognathia and multiple caries etc have been reported in Rubinstein-Tabyi syndrome. In this report, a 6-year and 5-month-old boy visited at our department due to multiple dental caries, who showed broad thumbs, mental and physical development retardation, and characteristic facial appearance including both ptosis and ear deformity. This patient was diagnosed as a Rubinstein-Tabyi syndrome, and treated the multiple dental caries under general anesthesia. This study was aimed to observe the relationship between medical and dental characteristics.
금속용사(金屬溶射) 방식공법(防蝕工法)의 경제성(經濟性) 평가(評價)에 관(關)한 연구(硏究)

Generally, as corrosive protection processing of a steel structure, zinc galvanizing and heavy duty coating paint are applied. However, zinc galvanizing has the difficulty of restriction of a size, or on-site construction. Moreover, heavy duty coating paint has a problem with many administrative and maintenance expenses with short problem of adhesion, corrosion generating of a damage portion, and maintenance management cycle. In this study, a salt water spray test, CASS test, and the electrochemistry examination were carried out for the thermal metal spray method of construction for corrosive protection performance evaluation. Moreover, the corrosive protection life of a thermal metal spray method of construction was quantitatively calculated on the basis of this experiment. in consideration of LCC, the economical efficiency of a general initial corrosive expense was estimated 16 to 30% high, as for a thermal metal spray method of construction, it turns out that the administrative and maintenance expenses for 100 years became cheap 9.3 to 13 or more times
콘크리트 표면처리 방법이 용사금속과 콘크리트와의 부착성능에 미치는 영향에 관한 실험적 연구

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the adhesion property experimentally between spraying metal and concrete surface using thermal metal spray system which was applied to high corrosion protective system in steel structures. In the experiment, the pull-out test was conducted to investigate the adhesion property between spraying metal and concrete surface variable of treatment method of concrete surface. As a result, it was confirmed that the sanding blast and brush grinding to make rugged surface and the spraying strengthening agent as a treatment method of concrete surface was very effective to enhance the adhesion property. Also, it was confirmed that the water content of concrete, strength of concrete, a kind of spray metal and the thickness of spray metal was not almost affected to adhesion property.
맞춤형 클라우드 BIM 서비스 요구기능 도출에 관한 연구 - 의료시설 설계를 중심으로 -

Cloud BIM, which incorporates cloud computing technology and BIM technology, is increasingly used in construction. In particular, the recent trend of cloud services in IT field is to provide customized cloud services according to the characteristics of users. These changes are also linked to the cloud BIM, which is emerging in the construction industry. However, cloud BIM researches and commercial technologies that are currently underway do not reflect these trends, and they provide services through generalized management functions in construction projects. In order to solve these problems, a new type of customized cloud BIM service is needed that can provide cloud services by reflecting the characteristics of the project, customization based on the user"s work, and providing the knowledge service. Therefore, this study aims to derive the system requirement function that should be preceded for implementing the customized cloud BIM service, and the target project is selected as the medical facility.
